If you are looking for a gracious host and a welcoming place, this is the listing for you. It’s a place filled with warmth. The best thing about this listing was that it matched the description perfectly, including the two cats who in reality are much like dogs. The pets were adorable and friendly. My overnight stay was perfect with a comfortable bed, a TV and a work desk. Some light snacks, water bottle and a mini first-aid kit were very thoughtful additions inside the room. Shared spaces were not an issue even with a guest in another room. Barb’s restaurant recommendations were perfect!

Another excellent visit at Barbara and Carlos' Airbnb. Barb upgraded me to a larger room and she, generally, responded to all my needs. Very hospitable and responsive. I hope to return there for future visits.

Her place is in a wonderful neighborhood where I felt safe leaving my car on the street overnight. The house is a beautiful historic home. She left each room their own bottle of shampoo and soap and towels and each room has an electric keypad lock. It was probably the most secure I’ve ever felt in an air bnb. They also have a cat who was very cute and nice.

Thoughtful amenities in a clean, historic house. Expect a really cozy bed and Netflix to help you unwind! Located in a good part of Springfield, Siervo’s home allows easy access to multiple parts of the city. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay when I come back next month.

This is such an amazing location. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. The bed is amazingly comfortable. These hosts provide special touches I never would have expected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This entire experience working with and communicating with Roxana and Zach was so simple and fast.

Trust the reviews, this is a solid, comfortable Airbnb with everything you need to make a comfortable stay. I will definitely be renting again in the future when work brings me to the area!

No bells and whistles - just a private and clean space close to Cottage Street in Easthampton. You have off-street parking, your own entrance, private bathroom with shower, and control your own thermostat. Roxana was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and it felt just right for the price.

The Quarter house is an absolutely cozy and wonderful New England home. If I’m ever back in the area I would certainly stay there again.

South Quarter House is a country gem. We spent two relaxing nights in this beautifully renovated farmhouse with modern conveniences, i.e. wood pellet stove, central heat, nice refrigerator. With four children running around (one of them a toddler) we appreciated the baby gates and that the pellet stove is not hot to the touch. Eric stopped by shortly after we arrived and gave us a quick how-to on the pellet stove. He was easy to reach and responsive throughout our stay. We were at maximum capacity in the house and there were ample pillows and blankets. The soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom was a nice perk after a long day of skiing. The house is clean, well-maintained, and oh so cozy on a cold winter night with friends and family. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again.

This house has history. It is very nice indoors and outside as well. It is well kept and and perfect place to stay.

We came to the Berkshires for Christmas at a nearby family member’s, and really enjoyed our stay at Eric’s place. The house is charming, with a pellet stove that heats the downstairs and scenic farmland behind the house. Eric himself was extremely helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

This place is a gem. I cooked a dinner for my family and the kitchen had everything I needed, and the table was big enough for us to all sit together. The pellet stove was nice to sit in front of and relax after the bustle of cooking and cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable, and oh my goodness the upstairs bathroom!! Has a claw foot tub and a perfectly placed window to lay back and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I’d love to come back in the spring:)

Wow! Such a nice man Degaulle was! The house is big and beautiful! He gave my girlfriend and myself local places to check out the next time we were there, chatted with us and got to know us a little bit, and his hospitality was just amazing! The bedroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. He puts a lot of work into making sure his guests have a nice stay, you can definitely tell! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking at this place to stay it's affordable and well worth every penny and I will definitely be back again!

Richard’s place is a comfortable room in an old house in a quiet neighborhood. Off street parking. Great hospitality.

You get what you paid for. Perfect if you’re just looking for somewhere to spend the night. Mostly just spent the time I was there in the room that was provided. Richard was nice and easy to get along with. And the whole experience went smoothly.

As always, Richard creates a very accommodating atmosphere in his home.

Richard's place is simple, quiet, & quaint. I was pleased to say I had cable TV, A/C, a desk for studying, and high speed wifi. He and his wife welcomed me with open arms. I will stay again the next time I have more training there!

Martha keeps a beautiful home which is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Her attention to details both and design and attention to her guests is outstanding. This was our 1st experience with Air B and B and because of Martha it will not be our last. I would highly recommend Martha's home to anyone seeking a comfortable and attractive place to stay. We lived our stay here, comfortable, quite, and very restful. Martha's hospitality was awesome, and her home was beautiful.

Martha is the ultimate host. Her space is the quintessential New England getaway— complete with Americana decor and ambiance. we slept beautifully. The bed was immensely comfortable and cozy (we were there in winter) and the space was so private it felt like we were in our own little apartment. Impeccably clean and aesthetic, the stay was truly a bargain. This is everything a guest could ask for and more. Martha offered so many guidebooks and local tips, and we enjoyed the area so much. She understood that it’s really the little things that count, and we appreciated these touches so much. We cannot wait to visit again soon!

Nancy's place is simple and modest with a comfy bed in a quiet and dark bedroom on the 2nd floor. It was all I needed for a one night stay in western Mass. She was attentive in her communication and generous in her sharing of food (which I did not take her up on). I arrived at night in the dark and was grateful she'd given me tip that hers was the second house on the left. Lights were on and it was very welcoming in the rainy dark. Kitty cat greeted me on the couch.

Great place to stay, no other tenants to worry about or share a bathroom with, clean room, comfy bed, full kitchen, best deal in town! Host is wonderful and delightful to share meals with. I will be back!

So much good to say about Dean and his house. By far the best B&B I have stayed in for the money. Dean leaves so many amenities for guests. What impressed me was a pair of reading glasses for guests. If you ever forget yours you will appreciate this little gesture. All the toys and his abstract paintings were a delight to study.

Dean is an amazing host, with tons of stories about Holyoke and all the different artifacts in the home. The room itself is spacious and comes with many amenities including books and games if you get stuck inside because of the cold weather or rain. Access to the art studio was a great touch and helped us reconnect to our artistic sides and this came through because Dean shared his own experiences. The location is really close to the trails of Mt. Tom and to a couple of local shops in town which are down the block. It's not too far from downtown Holyoke (about a 20 min walk).

Dean's space is beautiful, warm and peaceful, with great color everywhere and a delightful collection of art and artefacts. It's extremely convenient to the interstate but at the same time quiet. Dean gave me two tips (about local places for minor car repairs and breakfast) that saved me time and money. Very thoughtful details, as well.

Dean is a kind and caring host. House is awesome, really an art and antique museum. Room was clean and comfortable. Wished I had more time here and will definitely be back.

This is a great spot to stay, with a very thoughtful host. I am in this area a lot for work and my #1 choice will always be this place. I'm disappointed when I find out it has been booked already. You have the feeling of a separate apartment with a separate entrance and your own personal bathroom. A lot of nice touches!!!

I loved staying in the Blue Room in Athena's home. I felt welcome, safe and cared for. I appreciated the feeling of privacy and rest that the private room provided. The room is exactly as described and as it appears in Athena's photos. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the sunlight in the room is beautiful, the shared bathroom is fine. Parking is no stress, as you just park in back of the house. A restaurant and a good coffee shop are right around the corner, a two-minute walk away and it's an easy 10-minute walk to the main streets of town. Athena is lovely, friendly, positive, relaxed, welcoming, kind. I would stay with her again.

Athena's house is magical! It is just around the corner from Joe's Pizza House, which my son loves to visit. It is a charming house, very comfortable and clean and Athena is the best host. We keep returning to her every time we visit Northampton.

The room I stayed in was large, with very fascinating furniture! I thought it was quite charming. Shower itself was lovely and modern, but the bathroom floor was a bit grainy so would recommend slippers! Clean and quiet overall. VERY responsive and friendly hosts, extremely warm. This is a great place. It lives up to the positive reviews it gets. Close to the action in downtown Northampton. Roomy and clean, heating system works great, as does the internet and tv. Clean with fully functioning kitchen. Safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly come again.

The house is huge and clean, great value for the price! Their are 3 bedrooms each with it's own door for privacy. The house also includes 2 beds on the 1st floor off the Kitchen & Living room. We only stayed for 1 night because it was a last minute reservation, however, we would love to return and experience the neighborhood when it gets warmer. I'd recommend this place... my dad loved it :-)

This was just what I was looking for. The price was good, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were great. Really nice, friendly folks. They have snacks in the room and food in the fridge that is available for guests. The guests in the other two bedrooms were very considerate -- friendly but not intrusive at all. If you are looking for a low cost comfortable place to stay, this is it.

My spouse, preschooler, and myself stayed at Taryn's place while visiting the area. It was the perfect home base for us. Our daughter absolutely loved the 'monster apartment' and we had plenty of space. We were able to get work done during the day, explore the area, and we had everything we could possibly need. We were continually noticing special touches throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

This place has got to be one of the coolest places we’ve stayed at! Taryn was quick to respond to my inquiries and was super accommodating to us. We loved coming in to jazz music, the Monster cereals in the kitchen, and the overall decor. It certainly made the art nerd in me jump for joy! Our only regret is we only stayed for a night. We hope to visit again soon!

If you can find a time this air bnb is available STAY HERE. Everything is so lovely, it was my goth dreams come true. Not only is there something to look at in every corner but it is so clean and there is a lot of stuff to use/eat in the kitchen. My only issue was that the bed is a bit stiff so if you have a bad back you may want to bring some extra pillows. That being said I will be staying here again, I am obsessed with the aesthetic and it so close to so many great activities Id be stupid not to.

Easily the coolest place my husband and I have ever stayed! The attention to detail is remarkable and the artistry put into this space is mind blowing. If you are at all intrigued by this air bnb than take it as a sign that you should stay here. Taryn has created such a splendid little universe of hospitality, comfort, and wicked style. The amenities were great, you don’t have to bring much. You’re also supplied with a great hand written guide to Easthampton’s restaurants and attractions, and access to the rail trail is very close, making the walk to Cottage street for dinner quite lovely. If you are an Edward Gorey fan, appreciator of the arts, looking to bring some extra pizzazz to your vacation, or have a partner that’s really into vintage video games, this is your spot. So delightfully surreal!

Another wonderful stay with Carlisa and Ray! Their home is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. They're quick to respond and there are plenty of breakfast and snacking options in the kitchen. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is my second time staying here, as it is a great value for anyone doing business in Springfield who doesn't want to waste money on a hotel downtown. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities provided covered just about everything you could ask for. Each time I've been there, there was a huge snow storm, but they did a great job of keeping the house accessible and safe. Only downside was the steam heater was on full blast, but I cracked the window and then slept like a baby.

Again, thank you for opening your home to us. Definitely home away from home. I enjoyed the quietness and comfy feel. Beautiful home indeed.

This is our very first experience using AirBnB app. I was sceptical of the app at first...but the Host gave us a wonderful first Airbnb experience! His house is very stylish and very clean! The host is friendly, understanding and accommodating. What I liked the most is the Host respects guests' privacy and will not bother unless a guest needs him. The location is good too. Very close to highway! Great price for a room that actually looks larger than the picture. Thank you again!

Alicia and her husband Dave were perfect hosts and made us feel welcome immediately. It was great to chat with Alicia and enjoy a cup of tea as she made up the bed. The room itself was so peaceful and right next to the bathroom--very convenient! There were nice thoughtful touches--a bowl of hard candies and a pitcher with water glasses, as well as a cabinet of amenities if anything had been forgotten. The price is right and the location is great. I'd book again with Alicia in a heartbeat.

I couldn’t have stayed in a better place than Tian’s house! Felt like home far from home during these 4 months :) The neighborhood is quiet, room is big and luminous (3 windows!) and practical with a walking closet, bathroom right across the room on the landing. If you stay long enough to have access to the kitchen, a multitude of equipments are available, including a dishwasher, kettle, two stoves (one gas, one electrical) and two ovens, which is very practical! Tian is always happy to have a chat with you and is always caring and available by text message if you need to contact him! Py, his cat, is adorable and will happily come into your room if you let her :) Again, thank you for this great experience. I recommend Tian’s house to everyone whether it’s for a short stay or a long stay!

Beautiful home in the Holyoke highlands just 10 minutes from downtown Northampton. They were very flexible with check in and have a resident cat who is also very hospitable and made the trip away from my dog very comforting :) Thanks again you guys!

What a lovely place! Great location, just off a main road, but far off enough to be nice and quiet! Getting inside was easy with the keypad, and the room itself was very nice and clean! The heated mattress was wonderful!

Great place

Was very easy to navigate into Springfield and other great Massachusetts spots with this location. This is the perfect spot if you’re just looking for somewhere to rest your head at night. The house is very accommodating to privacy.

Siervo's place is a bargain! Clean room, clean bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, we stayed for about 3 weeks and it was very comfortable. Siervo was quick with responses and would provided fresh linens/towels upon request. Siervo's home is also located a convenient 1 mile away from downtown Springfield and is right off the interstate. I would not hesitate to recommend siervo's place to other travelers and other healthcare travelers!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed there and you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful house!

This place has several rooms on the second floor that the guests can stay in with two bathrooms. We were provided with shampoo and body wash to use and towels as well. The doors have a keypad to enter and parking is on the street which is free. A full kitchen is downstairs for use and was fairly clean and modern. Overall the place was clean in a presentable fashion.
