The station (trains to London & coast) just a few mins walk. * On narrow cul-de-sac, parking vouchers usually possible (just 2 restricted hours daily Mon-Sat) + option of nearby carparks. * The Pantiles, restaurants, shops, & the Common, all easy walking distance. Ashdown Forest, & many National Trust & other places for expeditions, not a long drive.

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs or children under 16 . Our new cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly. There is an electric car charger for those arriving inelectric cars (£40 for full charge) payable before charging.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples.Pool is attached to the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time. Cottage is attached to 16th century Farm House but has a separate gate and private entrance and garden, independent from the house.
