This listing is for the ENTIRE HOME for up to 6 adult guests (IF you prefer a shared economy, there are 2 separate listings to rent just the separate rooms from 1-4 guests ) * 3 bedrooms * 2.5 baths We request you let us know about children guests and additional guests as we are not equipped with more beds, crib nor have a child-proof home...and upon mutual agreement. Breville toaster, Hansgohe tap, Krups coffee, Bodum French press coffee maker, instant hot waster tap, + -For everyone's wellness, we make non-toxic essential oil enriched green cleaning products where we can for a better health results with our cleaning team to use for the home (for the environmental and health reasons) - 3 glass door balconies -1 Master Suite Queen bed in high vaulted ceiling / large luxurious bathroom freestanding bathtub, fluffy towels, wellness amenities enriched with essential oils glass enclosed Spanish tiles walk in Grohe brand rain-shower, double vanities, / walk in closet / glass door balcony with 2 chairs/ - 1 powder guest bathroom next to kitchen Ground fl plan: Front door, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, & patio space - Bedroom # 1: Comfy larger room with new wood furniture of 1 Queen bed / side tables / closet/ industrial glass vintage lights/ Smart TV leads to an outdoor table and 4 chair patio space which is shared with Bedroom # 2 - Bedroom # 2: Cosy and smaller (half size of Queen bed next door) bedroom with new furnitures 1 x King dimension bed that can be deconstructed into 2 twins mattress with table/ closet/ cable TV/ modern end tables and lights 1 bathroom for 2 bedrooms guests to use - Stunning bathroom luxurious bathtub/ wellness amenities enriched with essential oils / Italian tiled shower with Grohe brand rain shower head/ vessel sink with waterfall tap/ vanity with separate storage drawers - Patio outdoors space with a table and 4 chairs - Simple breakfast will be provide such as but not limited to and depending on availability and time constricts based on your booking time: caffeine, green, & herbal teas/ caffeine coffee/ almond milk/ eggs/ instant oatmeal ***YOU ARE WELCOME to BRING foods and drinks of your choice to enjoy; for example, if you prefer whole milk or non-fat milk or orange juice or specific foods, please bring this as it may NOT be at the home -- as this is a shared economy; there will be items in kitchen shared such as chili sauce, etc... ***please dispose the foods properly once finished: either in right hand side for recycled items / left hand side for regular trash in the kitchen/ please help us to separate bottles & cans for recycling in a separate bag so we can manage better the waste *** We are not equipped for more than 6 adult guests so if you truly require to have guest # 7; we will charge you an additional $ 50. We will also charge $ 50 for guest #8. We also request that you bring an air mattress as we do have have this. Please ask us about your special arrangement as we are not set up and don't want you to be disappointed... For the gym, we live 2 blocks from the YMCA so you and your family can always sign up to be guests during your stay if you like. - You prepare your own meals :D in a stunning new kitchen and top appliances and if you can, please put all dishes in dishwasher - Bosch will do the dishes ! :) - You are welcome to bring your own foods and put them in trash bags as appropriate - we have a recycled & trash can separately - The linens, bedding, towels are placed in closets’ drawers - Assorted brand of wellness & grooming amenities are in the drawers of your bathroom - Laundry space houses an iron/ ironing board/ swifter (swifter cloths are underneath the sink left hand side or in linen closet) - Kitchen also has a swifter behind the tall cabinet - Please give your plants a drink of water if you stay longer than 3 days – they thrive on it :D -We make certain non-toxic cleaning products with premium essential oils for our cleaning team to use and for our guests to enjoy (when we can) Thank you so much in your mindful participation to maintaining while enjoying our space :) we appreciate your efforts! The entire home will be exclusively yours except the GARAGE please. This is for the hosts to use. We reside next door. Happy to share restaurant recommendations, etc.! Guests receive 5 star ratings when respectful of the home! The home is in San Pedro (SP), which is a small, quiet port town. The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO AGREE PRIOR TO BOOKING & CHECK IN, as we reserve the right to refuse service: Please do not ask us for a discount on cleaning as we are about paying a fair wage (please see ABB's guidelines on this) for you and your guest. *PLEASE CONFIRM with VALID PHOTO ID PRIOR and UPON CHECK IN (via Driver's License/ Passports / Military ID are ok etc - just as in a hotel stay) otherwise, your Full SECURITY DEPOSIT is NOT REFUNDABLE and your stay maybe denied. We understand if you don't want to do this but please don't ask us to make an exception as this is not personal ... just like if you check into a hotel - you are asked your ID and in this case, it is our home which is MORE precious than a hotel. We are NOT LIABLE for you and your guest while you are staying here as you and your guest are responsible of your belongings, safely, medical emergencies, actions and behavior.
