La Maison du Bonheur is zo genoemd, en Sylvie en Régis en hun kinderen bij te dragen veel van hun goede humeur en warme welkom. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, zeer rustgevend en jacuzzi voegt eraan toe dat perfect ontspannen touch voor een verkwikkende weekend! Dit huis en zijn bewoners zeker de moeite waard!

Superbe accueil personnes simples, sympathiques et respectueuses de l'environnement (tri sélectif, jardin immense....). Lit très confortable avec douche a l'italienne. Possibilité de se faire a manger de plus. Que demander de plus ?

Accueil très chaleureux de toute la famille. Sébastien et Alice sont particulièrement doué pour vous mettre alaise. Le petit village calme est proche de Maubeuge.

The stay overall was fine. It is a shelter here for people who like skydiving and parachute jumping. Upon arrival, the stay was quite visible, but there was no one else present to receive. The room was open. This unfortunately could not lock. The room was equipped with a toilet, sink and douce ... and was clean. The building has a kitchen. Everything OK. If you do not find it annoying to possibly sit alone in an abandoned building, you will feel comfortable here. (After three days there was a group of 20, which gave some more commotion)

Matched the description of the place. I slept in the room. The day I was there, there was still not a lot of noise in the evening and morning. Attention well take the GPS data, it is not easy to find especially at night.

In the countryside, in the small town of Ferrière-la-Petite, an old mill stands with its beautiful grassy front topped by a gazebo under which a sunny day, it is good to enjoy a tasty cocktail. Immediately, you feel at home, thanks to Bruno and Cathy your hosts, small friendly couple, welcoming you with a smile, kindness, gentleness and make every effort to satisfy you. Cathy with her beautiful smile and her beautiful blue eyes you in his den, explaining the history of the house very interesting. Vraiment un excellent logement. Notre hôte nous avait prévu une petite bouteille et des bougies vraiment quelqu'un de très chaleureux. Le logement était parfait il est idéal pour un petit moment romantique entre amoureux.

We booked this wonderful house to have a relaxing weekend with our small kids and friends. Everything was very clean and just as described. Alain and Marie-Pierre were great hosts and we felled absolutely welcome in their house. We were most happy with all the things that were foreseen for the baby. Would recommend this house to everyone who wants a calm and relaxing moment in a beautiful environment.

We had a wonderful time with our baby in this cosy home away from home in Choisies. The area is quiet and beautiful and worthwhile exploring. The house is very nicely decorated and Alain and his wife have done everything to make us feel welcome: they provided a baby bed, a high chair, even a changing mat was available. We also got lots of delicious fruit and vegetables from the owners, from their beautiful garden. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very cosy and spacious house in Choisies. Very quiet place with a some other houses and a little church. From the house its very easy to enter a walkingtrail that leads you to Maubeuge or al the way to Val Jolie. Alain is very kind and helpfull and will give you al the instructions you need. We can definitely recommend this house and thinking about going back some day to relaxed and enjoy the surrounding.

It has all been said in other reviews: the great fun touches (homemade jams and apple juice), the facilities for children (even a stair gate), a very well equipped kitchen (even a blender, pepper, salt, oil) and above very nice house. We enjoyed getting to chill out with our two little boys aged 3 and less than a year in the seats. The region is highly recommended for hikers!

We had a lovely time at Alain in Choisies. The house meets all the expectations we had. If you are looking for peace, nature and quiet outside then you are at the right address. Alain is a fantastic host. We've got delicious jam and apple juice from him as a present. We were there with our daughter of 1.5 years. Everything we need for her was provided. Perfect. The area is also beautiful. In short, it was a wonderful holiday! Recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Choisies. Alain and his wife were very nice and we received freshly made apple juice and marmelade upon arrival, which was a nice treat! The house is very nice with a small kitchen with enough pots and pans for all your cooking and a small dishwasher (be sure to bring some dishwasher machine tablets!). The kitchen opens to a little private garden with chairs, table and bbq! There is also wood which you may use in the fireplace. There are two good bedrooms upstairs, a big bathroom with a small tub (for if you have small kids) and enough couches to sit on! We certainly enjoyed our stay!
