Lucia's apartment is very conveniently located for traveling around lake Garda. It doesn't have nice views, but is just 5 min. away by car to a really wonderful beach. Supermarkets are within walking distance. This small apt. is nice, best suited for two persons. We liked the balcony and the common pool in the garden. An hotspot for internet connection is included, we much appreciated.

We didn't got to know Lucia by ourself, but her husband welcomed us really friendly. The appartment was very clean and well equiped. Unfortanately there is nothing really "interesting" in walking distance, but for traveling by car the appartment has a really good location. The only thing which migh be disturbing is that monotone sound like an aircondition from a factory or such somewere in the nighbourhod - it's scarcely audible at the day, but noticable at night. I assume it's not there everytime because no visitor mentioned it yet. Thanks for the nice stay!

Unfortunately our experience at Lucia's place was not so great. As she was on holidays she charged a friend to give us the keys and show us the apartment but when we arrived she was not here, impossible to reach and it was only by chance that a colleague gave us the keys. Once in the apartment we were a bit disappointed as the bike that we expected to use to discover the area were broken, the internet router was not functioning and a small but inconvenient detail: there was no toilet paper.. In terms of positive points, the pool is enjoyable even if a bit crowded, you find everything you need to cook in the kitchen, and grocery shops are very close. The Garda lake is a very nice destination, even if the apartment is not ideally located you can easily go to the lake (manerba beach is very nice) or explore the valtenesi landscape (we highly recommend guided tours by bike with mtbikeland). If you have a car you can also drive to Riva del Garda in about 1h20 and hike to the lago di Tenno, its blue color is absolutely amazing. To conclude we had a nice time in Garda Lake but we would not book the same flat if we wanted to come back.

We stayed 13 days. All very nice, well equipped kitchen, small terrace where we had breakfast and dinner. The apartment is on the second floor in the Russian sense. :) Quiet! To the lake to walk for 40 minutes and the way back up the hill! Thank you for your bikes! Garda and surroundings are gorgeous! Special thanks for the long wait we arrived late at night! To all visit and live in Lucius and Giovanni's better to have a car.

The house is really great and has plenty of space. It is quiet and yet the lake can be reached in 10 minutes. Class! The (saltwater) pool is a few meters away, which was very convenient with small children! The bedrooms are spacious. The rooftop terrace offers fantastic views over the lake and the city! Communication with Anna was very friendly, she promptly answered all our questions. We were also well looked after when we had questions or needed help on site! We were greeted with cool two bottles of water and a bowl of fresh fruit from the garden! We had a memorable great holiday! Mille grazie!

We had planned a great family holiday and are thus eight (my parents, both 77, my sister with her husband and two boys 11 and 13 and finally me and my partner) traveled. The descriptions of the house and around that Anna has stated on their side, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Attico is huge, so that there is no tightness even at eight guests. It is furnished lovingly and with great taste and is really for us a home become. We have enjoyed the days at the pool as well as grilling and eating together on the terrace or the stunning views from the roof terrace of the olive groves and the lake. Something difficult it was to deal with the way from the parking lot to the house or the pool for my parents, so is not quite as useful for something gehschwache guests. For smaller or larger requests or hiccups Anna or Emilio was that there co-supervised the property at any time for us and have supported us. We certainly had an unforgettable week. Or to put it in the words of my mother in the adoption of Anna: "It was very very nice!" We will be back definitely!

Villa Iris is a very beautiful place. We spent one week there, two families with three kids in total. Due to two bathrooms and four bedrooms with enough beds we had alot of space. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice terrace with a barbecue grill and another terrace overlooking the wide landscape. The large and private pool is in 2 minutes walking distance (good if the kids cannot swim) and is beautifully embedded in the landscape. Emilio, who is looking after the house, brought us fresh vegetables from the Garden. Salo is about 10 min, a Carrefour supermarket 5 min by car. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back! Staying in Stefano's apartment was outstanding. The communication went smoothly, he replied quickly and always has been credited to our wishes. Stefano has gone to great lengths to ensure a smooth arrival. He received us with his mother near the apartment at an easy to find location and passed there, so that we find the right way. Stefano is very friendly and his mother is a real angel. We are only in the evening arrived and it has purchased specially for us some food so we immediately something to eat. The apartment is located in a nature park, far away from any hustle and bustle and traffic noise. The environment is fantastic, from the balcony you can look down at the lake, around a forest. The apartment is fine furnished, we did not miss anything. The double bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, and also on the sofa bed can sleep well. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the bathroom is spacious and well equipped. Toll is also the beautiful large pool invites you to swim. We have enjoyed the time, and can stay there every warmly recommend. The apartment is very nice, and Stefano and his mother are wonderful. We missed nothing, the apartment is very comfortable and the location in the Nature is peaceful. There is a beautiful sight on lake Garda. We really enjoyed the time we stayed there. We were welcomed on arrival by Anna Rosa and her sister. We felt very welcome. There toys and a small pool was put out for our children. This we liked very much. The house lived up perfectly to the description. Everything was neat and clean. The location of the house was ideal for exploring the surroundings of Lake Garda. Within walking distance was a large supermarket that was open 24/24. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended!

Group of five people (three athletes canoeists) has second stay. Great accommodation logistics: convenient location for 'sightseeing and close to numerous local. Also convenient for access to supermarkets. very well exposed apartment. Green around and very quiet. very clean and well-equipped apartment. Hosts kind and helpful home. We do not hesitate to go back and recommend it highly.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa over the Easter weekend. The place was beautiful, and our hosts were kind and helpful. We were able to visit Sirmione, Venice, and Verona during our stay in Italy, and we were always happy to return to Villa Luisa at the end of each day. On the sunny days, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with a gorgeous view of Lake Garda. It was also a beautiful area to go for evening walks. All four of us were absolutely satisfied with this location for our mini-vacation!

Sergio and his family welcomed us (4 people) warmly. It was almost everything you need for relaxing days on Lake Garda. The apartment is newly renovated and was very clean. Sergio's place is perfect for a relaxing holiday at Lake Garda. We got everything we needed. The flat was very clean and tidy. They have a parkingplace for their guests. Sergio was always available for questions and happy to answer them. We had a lot of privacy eventhough Sergio and his mother were upstairs quite often. We didn't notice them beeing there. The small town San Felice and the beach is perfectly reachable by foot. The best thing about Sergio's is the stunning view over the lake. It is how it looks on the pictures but even better in reality. We often sat outside on the veranda and enjoyed the great view.

Staying in the Villa Louisa was absolutely great! It was a perfect match: the outset the communication, on arrival everything was ready and Sergio was there to tell us everything, the accommodation is great, the view is bombastic, the area is beautiful, everything is super clean, to recovery simply a top hotel and location. I would immediately re-book a holiday at Villa Louisa.

Me and my friends had the apartment for 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. Sergio is very friendly and gave us a couple of tips for the area. The apartment was big enough for 4 large guys and has everything you need, including an amazing view over the Lago di Garda, as well as a nice terrace. I would happily stay here again!

The house is wonderfull, and the family was very friendly and hospitable! The view over the lake was fantastic! They gave us a lot of tipps! The way to the lake was about 20min from the house, sometimes we used the car. You can do a lot of things around this area! The atmosphere was very quite and good to relax!

Exceptional site midst in an old transformed farm. Amazing architect's house, some meters uphill, with panoramic windows to support broad view across entire south lake Garda and the mountain. Modernized and equipped so that we didn't miss anything even for family cooking. Right perfect to start bike rides lakeside walks or hikes for great panoramic views. Far enough from touristic noise and crowd, but close enough for 3km walk down to la rocca. Fresh rolls in the morning within 15min walking distance. Supermarket and local stores nearby in bike or car distance. Excellent restaurants in San Felice for common or even gourmet expectation. Bike rental nearby providing professional equipment for sophisticated tours. Sergio is a very kind and active host, always ready to come along for helping us out. From the first contact though goodbye. He even actively cares about the security of the place, which felt great. Again, the place: you see that the family are architects and put their heart in it. Exceptional building, thought through very well, providing a kind of "Feng Shui" we really like. Very cool was sitting on the terrace, enjoying lake view and sundowner from one of the wines Sergio had left for us. Thank you very much, Sergio!

Perfect appartement, perfect host and perfect location! Everything Was great! Was a bit worried about No aircondition, but for no reason. We stayed there only for two night, but wished we could stay for weeks. Great with free parking right in front of the house, and great with a place to sit outside. walking distance to great restaurant. Host only speak italien, but Even so it Was no problem to understand and get all the information we needed.

Good place to stay. Very quiet outside and not far from center. If you rent a car it is take 10 min to get to the lake.

Fiorella is a lovely host. She speaks only Italian but has a booklet in various languages describing how everything works and the surrounding area. The accommodation is clean and had everything required for a short stay. The village is small but has two resteraunts and a bar within a two minute walk. The location is great for Lake Garda, 20 minutes drive away. Their is an outside area which is superb for private use.

Fiorella and Dino made us feel extremely welcome. They shared tomatoes, corgettes, bean, plums from their garden/allotment. Although they had no English us no Italian we still understood each other. We met with Deigo and Julia, Fiorella's nephew, who spoke very good English and when she/us didn't understand they would interpret. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Fiesta in the village over the weekend was lovely with lots of dancing, local food, drink. Met lots of lovely helpful local people. Pizzeria in village very good and good value. No wifi in village but if you walk to next village about 15 minute walk it was free wifi on square. It also has a small bakery, general store with cheeses, ham etc and an ice cream parlour to die for! Ideally suited for touring the lakes, surrounding area although road around Lake Garda gets very busy.

Fiorella was a friendly host, present, prompt and friendly. We were greeted with the utmost care and kindness. The apartment is VERY VERY clean, comfortable. Fiorella provided us just got basic necessities (water, milk, coffee, biscuits and lemon). What, I consoglio also the person most sophisticated, both for the position for the reception and cleaning. We had a great stay in Cristina's apartment. Cristina and her sister are very nice and helpful. Both speak good English. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offers a great view.

We had a great time in Cristina's spotlessly clean apartment, it's really a great property! The view from each window is utterly breathtaking especially the one, over Sirmione and lake Garda, from the terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped and all furnishings were functional and comfortable. Host was also caring enough to welcome us personally at the apartment in spite of over an hour delay from our part and she also had a soft and delicious cake prepared for us for breakfast. We highly recommend this property and would love to visit again some day in Summer and enjoy the tempting pool area within the complex.

We (family of 6) spent a wonderful week at Cristina. The accommodation was as described. Especially nice was that it was quiet and we had a great view of Lake Garda. Cristina was very helpful and always available. We would go back anytime.
