Alphonse was very nice and responsive. He even went out of his way to help us dry our wet clothes after getting stuck outside in a downpour. His home isn't too furnished but your mainly paying for a place to sleep and it does the job if you are looking for a quick spot to rest your head.

The room was very clean and well kept, a shirt bus ride from downtown Madison, this was exactly what we were looking for!

Jordan has taken a small space and made if feel very comfortable and quaint. All the touches needed to feel relaxed and home away from home. As a nurse who works the night shift, he was able to accommodate this and keep the place as quiet as possible and honestly, the noise level is so minimal in the space that I barely heard anything. The jacuzzi tub and the other added touches are amazing. The tiny house description is accurate; however, the space feels much larger:) Definitely will stay again and highly recommend any of his AIrbnb locations!

This space was perfect for a weekend in Madison. There was a lot of privacy...basically feels like you have your own apartment back there. Location was great for the price! Everything was sparkling clean and I really loved the electronic fireplace!

Christine's place is easy to find, easy to enter, and so comfortable. I arrived a bit late, but Christine greeted me and offered some late night snacks, perfect for me as I'd missed dinner. Her condo was lovely, with wonderful quirks, including a very large metal rooster, which I absolutely loved. The was so clean and really comfortable! I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Madison.

This is a great place to stay only a few blocks from downtown, close to shopping bars restaurants and even music venues...also a quick uber or cab ride from airport.

Cheyenne's place is perfect for a one night or extended stay. She told me to come and go as I please so she is very open to everyone's travels needs. Communication with her was easy. She greeted me upon arrival, showed me my room, we exchanged pleasantries and I went to my room to relax. If you are in or around the Wisconsin Dells for business or travel, go the extra mile and stay in Portage at Cheyenne's home. Well worth it!

We had a long weekend at the Napping Farm. It was conveniently located and close to Madison and other smaller towns. The farmhouse was cozy and had everything you needed. It was great to have an escape from the city and get some fresh air. Plus, it was great we could bring our dog too :)

We love staying at The Napping Farm! The place is so charming and full of wonderful surprises, and Michael is a great host. It’s so fun to walk around the beautiful property and sit by the fireplace reading. A perfect escape from the city with a ton of personality.

Located close to everything the Napping Farm is a real calm getaway. Views of the trees from every window. A sort of time capsule lovingly kept in the family and now shared. The kitchen table is a great gathering space to prep meals, play games, and sit and chat. We discovered great thrifting and resale shops in Sauk! Lunch at the Whipperwill a must. Staying at Diana’s was a great choice. She has a very comfortable and home like atmosphere. She has two dogs that welcomed me when I came home which were very sweet. They are very well behaved and she has great control of them does not allow them to be intrusive they were a plus. The room at Judith's place was exactly what I needed for a work trip. Highly recommend for someone traveling on a budget who needs a comfortable place to stay.

Judith is a very warm and welcoming host who will accommodate to your schedule and needs. There bedroom and bathroom were renovated recently, so everything were clean. The house is 5-7 minutes walk to route 8 bus stop that can take you downtown in 15 minutes. And it's also right next to the lake, but I visited during the winter so I wasn't able to check out the lake.

Judy’s guest rooms are a great place to stay if you’re in Madison for a short time. I was only there for a day-long interview and it was a quiet, relaxing place to spend the night!

This is a wonderful vacation spot in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells! The house is absolutely beautiful. The skiing decor is a wonderful touch through out the entire house. The massage chair is a wonderful touch for adults to relax during their stay. The house was equipped with childrens plates, bowls and cups. The downstairs rec area was so much fun for our entire family.

Daniel’s Badger Den is close to the heart of Madison with plenty of places you could access by foot. The Den space was spacious and comfortable for a business stay. Would definitely consider his place again for future trips.

The Badger Den is a phenomenal space! Daniel did an amazing job with it's set up. I could not have asked for a better place. Everything was clean and tidy, lots of extra amenities in case you forgot something (like I did). The bed was super comfortable as well, with lots of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The Varidesk workspace is an amazing addition for folks who are traveling for business. I could not have wished for a better stay!

Janet was a wonderful host! She was extremely accommodating and understanding when we were unable to check-in until after quiet time. The self check-in process was very easy, and the bedroom/bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and Janet had a whiteboard in the bathroom where you could write down any requests. Janet's home was a great value for this shared space and the proximity to downtown Madison. We would definitely stay again if we happened to be driving through town. The accommodations were pretty awesome. The environment in the house was peaceful and welcoming. The house was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just a nice, comfortable stay. I am very familiar with Madison, but Amy's place is in a great location to get anywhere quickly. In addition, her area is safe. Amy's home is a place I would definitely recommend. On my next visit, I will be looking to see if Amy has any availability before booking my room.

Amy’s space is great and for the price you can’t beat it. She is super friendly and very willing to chat and answer questions. The house is close enough to Madison to be convenient, but there’s no hustle and bustle. The mattress was hard on my back and not super comfortable so that would be worth noting if you have back trouble. Overall though it can’t be beat.

I had such a relaxing, recharge here. Lots of good hiking trails close by. It is the “simple cabin” in all the best ways. Simply and tastefully decorated, with just the right amenities and space. And the view out the window to the water and setting sun could be perfectly seen from the couch or table. The place was neat and clean, the bed comfortable, and the host very gracious and flexible. I would definitely stay here again.

Brian’s Simple Cabin is an absolutely charming little cottage nestled against the Wisconsin River. Although we only stayed there for a night, we’ll definitely be heading back at some point for a more prolonged stay. The cabin is both 30 minutes from Madison and also 30 minutes from skiing, which made this the perfect location to catch a concert in Madison and wake up the next morning and ski. Brian is a great host. He met us in person at the park in front of the cabin and very easy to communicate with throughout our short stay. We look forward to staying at the Simple Cabin again in the future, in the winter or summer!

Great place

Brian's home was perfect. We were right on the lake and had a wonderful night cozied up in a cute cabin space. It was magically waking up to a snow covered lake. Everything was extremely quiet and peaceful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed this weekend getaway. Across the street from the cabin is a small park overlooking the beautiful lake. We skied at Cascade Mountain one day (20 minute drive) and hiked at Mirror Lake the next (30 minute drive). Brian is a great host providing local tips and making sure we had everything we needed.

The place is outstanding! Loved waking up to a great river view while enjoying some coffee. Brian’s response time was incredibly good! Will definitely come back in spring!

A totally comfortable room in a quiet hotel: To have my own hotel room in the middle of the Willie St district is such a luxury! I appreciated amenities such as a private entrance, microwave and refrigerator, toiletries, and even houseplants to keep me company and feel at home! Full disclosure, I brought my own pillow, a small down throw, and my own towel to enhance my comfort during my stay, but for the price, you can't do any better!

The attic space was great for a quick trip to Madison. The space was super cozy and warm. We especially loved the well stocked coffee station and electric fireplace. Jordan was also able us to borrow two bikes to bike around Lake Monona. The views and experience were amazing and unique to our stay here.

Get ready for the best sleep of your life! The bed and pillows were so soft it was like sleeping on a cloud. I absolutely love the style of this place. If you are a simple, chill person you are going to love it here. Jordan was quick to my needs and very friendly. The fireplace adds that's cozy feeling. Loved that you can write messages with a marker on the mini fridge and the tiny coffee maker made me feel right at home. There are liquor stores, restraunts, and gas stations 3 minutes away so it's in a great location as well. Definitely recommend is place.

We stayed in the milk house for a weekend and we loved our stay. Sun prairie is the cutest town and well worth the visit. The milk house was perfect for the two of us and it made our trip to Madison one to remember! The goats were a great addition as well.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and Jordan’s place is one of the nicest. Access in/out was the breeze and the Milkhouse Cottage delivers on all the promises. The location is beautiful and relaxing. You will not be disappointed.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! From the scenery to the linens to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, I could not highlight enough of the great things about the place. Thank you both so much for your hospitality! We'll be back this summer for better goat/chicken weather! :)

We had a great time here! The cottage was extremely clean and all of the amenities were excellent. I would recommend this place 10/10 times to anyone looking to stay in the Sun Prairie area.

An adorable little place! The driveway is small and narrow so go slow, and watch for critters too as this is a farm. The fireplace was cozy once we got it going and I loved the small touches of decor. Very nice place to stay! Very quiet as well. The robe and slippers offered are a wonderful touch!

What a cozy adorable and unique stay! We didn’t know quite what to expect but it blew us away with how comfortable, cozy, and clean the space was. Its on the most adorable farm with friendly animals and the hosts are wonderful and prompt with their responses. It’s just outside a very adorable town and less that 20 minutes from Madison, so you can access anything you need easily! A couple of quick notes: The bathroom is short so it’s not ideal for tall guests but it worked just fine for me! I’m 5’5”. Also the hot water ran out rather quickly but it runs long enough for one decent hot shower. Other than that everything was perfect! I do highly recommend staying here. Cheers!

Great little place. Cute decor.

This cottage is cutest place in Madison. We stayed here for 2 nights and were SO comfortable. The cottage has all the right things, is well equipped with everything one needs to function, just like home. Last but not the least, the house is sparking clean!!! Jordan and his wife were amazing hosts. They left us a note on all things we can do in Madison and around the area, which was super helpful! And let me not forget the fireplace, we went to Madison during the winter time for a wedding, and this was just amazing!! Thank you so much Jordan & Elizabeth!
