Fire pit to warm up and cook a few marshmallows. Flutter boards are there for your leisure. Skating in wintertime. Pizza/store is 5 min away. 25 minutes to airport or downtown HFX to enjoy the city events. No kids, pets, or parties allowed. Not elderly friendly if mobility issues due to stairs to lake.
