Duplex of 128 square meters located in the pedestrian center of the city of Pontevedra. On the lower floor there is a large living room with several rooms (working, terrace, sofa, seating area with table) and a toilet. Upstairs, there is the kitchen and a double bedroom with a full bathroom and built-in dressing room. Ideal for teleworkers, professional visitors and families (caution with stairs and handrails). It has a bedroom but the sofa in the living room can be made double bed.

Historic landmark apartment in the center of the old town in Pontevedra. Less than a minute walking distance to the main square in the city. This is a pedestrian area, with a restored stone balcony and rustic stone wall on the inside from beginning of the 1800s. Home of the violin player Manuel Quiroga - giving name to the street. The famous Rias Baixas beaches are very close by - 15 to 30 minutes by car - and at night the city is buzzing with people.

Beautiful apartment completely new, fully furnished with all amenities, as well as community pool (available June-September) and parking. Very well connected.
