We have stayed in the apartment from 17 to 23 August and better impossible. The apartment has everything described in the announcement. But most fantastic family of Maria Grazia have been very helpful to us and very detailed. Maria's daughter who speaks fluent Spanish has made it very easy to stay there. We are very grateful and just say see you soon!

Everything was perfect. I can totally recommend this place, Maria Grazia (the host) was very kind and always worried to keep us confortable. The aparment was super clean very well equipped and everything is new. Very well located almost in front of a supermarket and really close to downtown.

Maria Grazia was outstanding! He greeted us with warmth in an apartment very clean and cared for. We only stayed two nights and we were sad. The house was equipped with everything they need, from the coffee machine to the iron, close to the supermarkets of the country and easily accessible. Vote also 10+ technological shower! We stayed 10 days in the apartment of Maria Grazia and both the housing and the care for his part was excellent. At all times they were at our disposal, facilitating and making our stay very pleasant. The apartment was really like in his description, was fully equipped and even greeted with a welcome. There was no parking problems in the area and right on the same street there are all kinds of shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ...) If in the future we go back to Sardinia, we will definitely be repeating this accommodation! We got an excellent treatment by the whole family.

The reception was excellent and they had the floor with the air conditioning on, a plate of pasta and a bottle of fresh wine. The floor was spotlessly clean and as the description of the page. We felt comfortable. I must also mention that Letizia, daughter Mary spoke Spanish and were a great help, has been a pleasure to stay there.

The welcome was fantastic, Mrs. Maria Grazia is very hospitable, helpful and friendly ... made us feel at home! We did also find different things for our seven-month-old puppy that made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment is well cared for and not really missing anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our staying at Francesca's place was perfect. She and her husband are very nice people and they helped us a lot with our trips and with visiting the city. Room and our bathroom was clean and perfectly prepared. They also let us use the kitchen. I have nothing to complain about and I definitely recommend this place!

We recommend Nino's place highly. Nini was very friendly and welcoming and the place was just as described. The location is relaxingly beautiful with wonderful panoramic views from the shady veranda and very quiet also. Accomodation was very good and clean as was the swimming pool too. We will definitely be returning here for longer next time. A great choice.

Fantastic accommodation with beautiful panorama of the landscape. Great with the pool outside the house. While we cooked the kids could swim. Beside the house is a sheep and horse pastures. Great to hear the sheep bells. Nino was a very good host who met us up in Nulvi and showed us the way. He was caring and friendly. Nulvi is a small village where we acted. Can recommend a visit to the cooperative that sells cheese from Ninos family's farm. The pizzeria Nulvi may also asking

Nino was present at 9am when we arrived, and it went every day to see if all was well, watering the lawn, clean the pool. A pretty good French or English has to be well understood. The place is isolated but 3 km of a fairly large village, with large supermarket, petrol station. The presence of two other apartments did not bother at all, and even a bath together, given the size of the pool is possible. Panorama beautiful, everyday sheep, goats nearby. A vegetable garden has even completed the fruits / vegetables purchased. Beach front 20 minutes, with a few turns. Sardinia (North) is a very beautiful area, Nino and even advised us 2 beaches, and an impressive Niraghe less than an hour. Thank you for this great week stay.

Nino was a great person. He helped us to know what is the best to visit and he explained us the traditionnal fiesta in his village. The house is very clean and, as you can see it with the pictures, the garden and the swimming ppol are amazing (Nino cleans it every morning!) it' s very relaxing and cnofortable, it was a real pleasure to spend time here.

We loved the stay in Nino´s place, it was a very relaxing holiday in a remote ans spacious country side place, with clean rooms and towels, big beds and a luxurious big pool. The host was very friendly and always around to help with anything you need. We were also glad about the Wifi and the Air conditioning.

Vannalisa house is in an ideal location for visiting the north west of the country and close to Sassari. The house was lovely and overlooks the peninsula Sinsiro. The pool was much appreciated. A fantastic apartment, spacious, super clean, very welcoming. Nicely decorated, with 2 double beds very large and comfortable. Located just 7 minutes walk from the center in a quiet area where you can park right in front gratuitatment. The Stefania was super friendly and the apartment has all the details you need not lack anything, even gave us breakfast! Highly recommended !! Sassari is a beautiful city and a great base for exploring the surrounding area

What a perfect place to visit stintino, alghero, and castelsardo. You can park your car easily and shops around. We also appreciate very good ristorantes in sassari. The flat is beautiful. It looks Like the pictures. Many thanks, i recommand it.
