Fantastic opportunity to rent a newly built city apartment with elegant design. This penthouse with an elevator is situated on third beach line, approx. 100 m. from the beach, 200 m. from the train station. Restaurants & cafes and grocery store around the corner. 1 double bed, 180 cm, extra bed to role out 80 cm x 200 cm in the living room, a sofa, can accommodate a child under 150 cm. Full functional kitchen as well as dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

This lovely apartment (117m2) in Fuengirola has everything! Comfortable beds, all kitchen appliances, air conditioning, underfloor heating, nice chairs on the terrace, etc. Everything like we have it at home. In addition to all the comfort in the house, there are shared facilities such as a heated swimming pool, a small gym and a roof terrace.The beach is 100 m away, the train to Malaga stops 200 m away and the center is within walking distance.
