  • Coffee in the morning was key and the bread was a nice touch. Sonia is a very thoughtful host. She even let us borrow a jacket to brave the chilly weather.

Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our small vineyard, a log cabin built in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 2 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.
The Carriage House is a self-contained cottage with two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Very luxurious bedding with Siberian goose down comforters in the winter. Taller folk need to watch out for the low, sloping ceiling at the top of the stairs so as not to bump your head! Downstairs is the living room with gas fired pot-belly stove, full size futon sofa, armchair and desk. There is a door to the newer bathroom. Tho open plan leads to the fully equipped kitchen/diner with gas stove, new fridge, new dishwasher, new microwave, drip filter coffee maker etc. Washer & dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen opens out onto the patio overlooking the pond. There is a picnic table for 4, Weber charcoal BBQ, party lights &, in the summer, a busy hummingbird feeder ... There is a signed parking space for 2 cars outside the front door
Frenchtown is 3 miles away, on the Delaware River. Cross the river & you're in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. There are historic towns & walkable towpaths on both sides of the river for more than 30 miles, the most famous of which are Lambertville & New Hope. There are hundreds of restaurant choices, Wine tasting rooms, tubeing, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, antiquing, art galleries, the Bucks County Playhouse, The Moravian Pottery & Tile Works all within a 30 minute drive
  • The cottage is a magical getaway. It’s tucked away in a beautiful setting by a small pond and surrounded by nature. The host also has two friendly, adorable dogs and a bunch of chickens that freely walk the grounds. The cottage is sparkling clean and Josephine stocks the kitchen with breakfast foods, a great bonus. There are also puzzles, board games, and books available for entertainment. Furthermore, the property is a short drive to local shops and restaurants. Loved my stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing rural stay.

    Daniella2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great, relaxing time! We enjoyed sitting at the pond and playing with their dogs. Cottage was great!

  • Josephine’s place is clean and she has thought of everything. There are extra towels, blankets, a hairdryer etc. She left a lot of food for breakfast.

  • The perfect getaway from it all. Extremely cozy and comfortable with everything you need, including great options for breakfast. Host was friendly and accommodating and gave great tips on local spots.

    Amber2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great weekend getaway here. The house is cozy and the pond at the back is delightful, even in the middle of winter. It’s a great location if you want to do any hikes or go and visit Frenchtown. Josephine even gave us a recommendation of a short trail that is a bit of a hidden gem and had some amazing views. Would highly recommend!

    Matthew & Elspeth2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This weekend we found the quaintest little carriage house, turned off all electronics, soaked up the serene landscape, hung out with chickens and dogs, and cozied up in front of the gas fire stove. Josephine is a lovely host, quick to respond, more than accommodating, and so very thoughtful with the fridge of goodies. She even got us almond milk to accommodate my lactose intolerance. Wish we could have stayed longer and will be back.

A cozy guest cottage nestled in the heart of Bucks County's countryside. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED. *** Due to the present global health issue we are taking extra steps to disinfect the cottage in between guests. Special attention is given to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles. ***
Our 700 square foot guest cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. There is plenty of space to rest, read, eat, or work. You also have access to the side yard if you'd like to feel the grass under your feet or lay on a blanket and look at the stars. To protect your privacy, we won't wander around on that side of the property during your stay. Please note: You may hear us and our dogs in the main residence at times, however, we always strive to be as quiet as possible when guests are here. The cottage is perfectly situated between the Delaware river and the Delaware canal. You'll get country views from every window with no visual distraction of other homes, aside from the main residence (which you can barely see when inside the cottage). A few highlights... - private entrance - private 2-car parking - private fenced-in backyard - gas grill for BBQ - fully equipped eat-in kitchen - microwave, coffee maker, toaster - refrigerator w/ water and ice dispenser - washer and dryer in cottage - all towels, sheets and linens included - flatscreen television - wifi access - 3-5 minute walk to canal and river INCLUDES BREAKFAST The cottage kitchen is always stocked with items to make a basic breakfast, including: - fruit smoothies (use Ninja blender) - oatmeal - granola - greek yogurt - bagels with cream cheese - toaster waffles Includes organic, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. You will also find: - coffee (organic & decaf options) - tea (loose leaf and packaged) - a variety of sweeteners - creamer (dairy & plant-based) - orange juice
Our property is surrounded by woods and offers a view of the neighboring lake during autumn and winter. We also border the 'Giving Pond' which sits on a 150-acre preserved section of the Delaware Canal State Park. Its a great place to fish, kayak, picnic or just relax by the lake. Its home to a variety of amphibians (frogs) and reptiles (snakes, turtles) and is also known to be a popular destination for birdwatchers. If you enjoy long walks (2.5 miles), the canal path will lead you to the Homestead Cafe & Roastery, where you can enjoy coffee, breakfast or lunch while sitting outside watching the ducks swim along the canal. You can also take the canal path to Ulherstown Road and cross the bridge that delivers you into the quaint village of Frenchtown. Once you arrive, the Delaware river will provide a captivating backdrop as you spend the day exploring art galleries, gift shops, restaurants and cafes. We're within 20 minutes of Ringing Rocks park, Lake Nockamixon and High Rocks where you can hike, kayak, mountain bike or rock climb. The Delaware river is within walking distance and is very popular for canoeing, kayaking and tubing (we have tubes and a canoe that you can use during your stay). Paddling on the Giving Pond is also an option, if you're more comfortable on a calmer body of water. The property sits among nature and is home to many wildlife. You may notice deer, fox, owl, hawks and if you get lucky, a soaring bald eagle. We are also surrounded by many bodies of water (Delaware river, neighboring lake, Giving Pond and the Delaware canal), which means you will come across a few insects. *Please note: during the colder months we experience an influx of stink bugs in the area - but we always do our best to remove them from the cottage.
  • Warm Cozy and supper clean.

  • Kimberlee is a very gracious host. The home is beautiful. Kimberlee is very accessible and makes sure you are comfortable. Were I to return to the area, I would love to stay at her home again.

    Kristin2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Kimberlee’s house is simply stunning. Great vibes all around. Will definitely stay with her again in the future.

    Kenny2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • The happiest room with the happiest views. We spent just one night at Kimberlee’s place for a best friends’ getaway and couldn’t have found a lovelier location. The drive out was beautiful too. Highly recommend.

    Melissa2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is decorated so cool. It's a nice quiet retreat in the country.

    Joy2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Kimberlee has a unique and lovely home which is spotlessly clean. She was very responsive to our questions. We didn’t have a lot of time to really visit as we were on our way to a family get together and left early the following morning.

    Katherine2019-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our (too brief) stay in this amazing home. Very, very special place. Beautiful, lush green property, perfect light breeze coming through our second floor windows with gentle wind chimes waking us in the morning. Added bonus: My dog loved the resident pups who greeted us in our room in the morning. Heaven. PS Kimberlee is so welcoming and made us all feel right at home.

    B2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Had an amazing stay at Camp Griffin. Kimberlee and her family are lovely, fascinating and made sure we, me and my samoyed Siri, felt at home. Enjoyed the early morning light at breakfast sitting out on the porch over looking the the fire pit and area for campers. Fresh herbs for an omelet in the potted garden. Lilacs in bloom and now Peonies. Nutmeg and Clementine, Kimberlee’s two pups, greeted my Siri and they quickly became friends. Very much appreciated that Siri could roam outside on the porch and the connected fenced in area along with Nutmeg and Clementine. Look forward to returning.

Our guest suite has its own entry, giving you easy and flexible check in. Just a quick walk to shops, restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking path along the Delaware River. Super comfortable bed with 2 organic cotton pillows and 2 buckwheat pillows. Cooled by fans in the warmer months, a breezy spring/summer/fall Delaware River destination. Recently added baseboard heat for a cozy winter stay
Modern and minimal, the space has a calming vibe. Enjoy coffee, tea, and a selection of movies. The TV only plays dvds, feel free to bring your own as well. There is no kitchen, perfect for a night or two, or longer if that works for you
Walk to everything in town... Lovin' Oven has great food and desserts, Blue Fish (awesome clothing), pick up a bottle of wine or a six pack from Frenchtown Wine&Liquor (many restaurants in town are BYOB), Early Bird for coffee, Sunbeam General Store and Modern Love for toys and gifts, and so much more!

Historic Clinton awaits! Walk downtown and enjoy all the shopping, restaurants, amenities and special events like Dickens Days, the Christmas Parade & the Rubber Ducky Race. There’s fishing, kayaking, and ice skating during the winter. This is an historic home on Halstead St, just down the road from the park, playground, community center and library. It was built by the Mulligan brothers, one of the first families of Clinton who owned the local quarry (now the Red Mill).
This is a charming 2 bedroom historic home. There's a large eat in kitchen which was recently updated. There's also a separate office space outside of the bedrooms if you need to work from home or just catch up on emails. For longer stays you have access to the washer and dryer in the basement so feel free to pack light! Oh, and don't forget about the large beautiful back yard that backs to the Raritan River!
Walk to the Red Mill, the 2nd most photographed site in NJ (after the Statue of Liberty), or the Art Museum, the coffee shops by the river or dine at the Clean Plate on the patio!
  • This place is great! Not only is it an awesome location, but the historic house itself is quirky and fun! Make sure that you are able to navigate stairs if you are going to book. Thank you, Thomas, for contributing to a great time in Clinton.

  • June & John immediately welcome you into their home. Oh, don’t let me forget tail-wagging greeting from Royce. Happily enjoyed coffee & fruit and cheese for breakfast, but especially enjoyed lively conversation. Clean rooms and lovely fluffy towels.

    Marsha2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed with June and John for 3 months for school rotations. June and John are very nice hosts and provided tasty breakfast and were adaptable to my needs. Their dog Roycie is very well-mannered and sweet.

    Brayden2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed with June (and John) for about a month while working locally and avoiding a long commute. They are exceptionally competent and considerate hosts. The private upstairs room and shared bathrooms were very clean on check-in, fully stocked with full-size toiletries and fantastic towels, and remained so throughout my stay. June was very accommodating of my unpredictable schedule and a big help to me as a began to find my way around town. When I had some trouble with my car, John went well or if his way to help me resolve it. When I needed to do some laundry, June welcomed me to use her machines. Forgive me for not saying more / I certainly would if it wasn't so late and I wasn't already passing out as I try to write this — just know that in every way, June is a wonderful host and her home is very conveniently located. Would happily stay there again if the opportunity arises. Blue skies!

    David2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • June (primary host) and John are simply wonderful people. I've been working nearby (at Alexandria Airport) since April and as the weather has gotten better (my job is weather dependent) commuting 4 hours daily from the Shawangunks in NY was really taking a toll — thus I'm so happy I found June through Airbnb, and right at the beginning of what turned out to be the busiest 13 day stretch of our season so far — allowing me to skip the commute and have a new, invaluable 'home base' only 8 or 9 minutes from work. Not only is the Pittstown location excellent (incredibly easy access to I-78, Clinton, and surrounding areas) but June's home is very welcoming and June clearly works very hard to ensure her guest enjoy their stay — the home is exceptionally clean and June regularly provides guests with fresh plush towels and linens, in addition to a super-comfy bed with plenty of pillows in their upstairs private room; complimentary full-size consumables in both of the two shared full baths (one with shower, one with a tub); and complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. The home comes with high-speed wifi and full kitchen access to include generous reserved space in the cupboards and fridge, all tableware, placesettings, and cooking utensils, and oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher (though June prefers you just leave yoif dishes in the sink and allow her to wash them). June also welcomes guests to use her fancy washer and dryer and provides the soap (pods) and miscellany required. June and John also have the sweetest and most mellow dog you've ever met. He's a really good boy — low maintenance, very friendly, respecting you your space if you prefer it, but happily indulging in a cuddle if you want one. My only disappointment is that June's place was already booked for the majority of my remaining work season, so I won't be able to take advantage of all on offer here through the fall. Five stars, every category. Great hosts.

  • June and John are lovely people, a true find. Very clean, great value for money.

    Mark2018-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed just one night and the room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy! June was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for me as my event was in Piittstown and it was just outside of Clinton. The only complaint I have is the price - the fees were the same as the price of the room. I am not sure how these fees are set, but the fees made the room a bit expensive for a room in a house.

  • Had a wonderful time at Camp Griffin for Friendsgiving and also with our furry friends! Kimberlee showed great hospitality even prior to the day of check-in by being flexible with our earlier check-in time. When we arrived, she greeted us with a warm welcome along with Kyle and their 2 dogs. They made sure they were home to give us a run down of the place and how to use their grill prior to leaving for their own engagement. I would highly recommend Camp Griffin for a weekend staycation or to celebrate something with a small group because of the intimate space that holds a lot of charm. And it’s pet friendly as a plus!!

  • We are a family of four, first time glampers and had an absolutely dreamy overnight adventure on a Saturday night with Kimberlee and Kyle - our hosts. When we arrived - we immediately sensed a beachy, LA shabby chic aesthetic (turns out Kimberlee is a successful interior designer who lived in LA). The yurt is just the right distance from the main house to be totally private but also connected. My drive by coffee chat in the kitchen after using the bathroom in their house turned into a much longer and deeper conversation. The best part is you can take the good vibes home with you...I feel a little bit lighter and brighter after staying there. Will definitely be back! (Quick note on logistics - the space heater does the trick - but definitely pack wool socks - it gets chilly at night and you’ll want them when you navigate a middle of the night visit to the bathroom like I did!)

    Alissa2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • My fiancé and I just got engaged and needed a nice country get away. Kimberlees home was everything ! Not only was the Decor truly amazing but kimberlee is the best host!! Her and her boyfriend are super friendly, and accommodating. Their dogs are the best! We truly felt like we were in a county paradise . The yurt is soo comfortable and charming ! We had great weather but just in case they also made sure we had a space heater . Cannot say enough great things about the whole experience ! We will be back!!

    Tara2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great first glamping experience at Kimberlee's and will definitely do it again! She gave us access to her bathroom which had a full shower which made the glamping experience very comfortable. We also really appreciated all the local tips of the area that she had provided us with. Thanks for being a great host!

Stay in our bright and relaxing studio at The Happy Happy Farm. We are a young family living in the heart of nature. The property is far off the street and surrounded by trees. The Delaware River is one mile away where you can go tubing, canoeing, walk or bike the tow path. You won't hear cars but you'll wake to our rooster and Guinea Hens. It feels secluded but you are only minutes from downtown Frenchtown, Lambertville, and New Hope where you find excellent dining, art galleries and antiques.
Bright and relaxing studio apartment above garage nestled in the heart of the woods. It has everything you need to relax but close by to attractions.
The property is secluded. It is down a long driveway and surrounded by trees. Feel free to walk through the woods, spend time with animals, meditate, or just kick back. There is a personal fire pit. We are just minutes to the Delaware river, Frenchtown, Lambertville, and New Hope. Plenty of shopping, galleries, restaurants, and antiques.
  • This place is magical. All the farm charm, plus a super cozy modern space with all the comforts. The pellet stove was a really nice addition to make it extra cozy.

  • I can’t say enough about this space! Definitely excited to explore the grounds during warm weather

    John2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely wonderful stay! Robyn and her family were wonderful. The property is so nice and woodsy and filled with all kinds of animal friends. The space was adorable, clean, and had all the essentials and then some. Would 100% recommend.

    Sarah2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Robyn’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy with the fire and had little bonuses (like a cocktail shaker) that showed a lot of thought went into equipping it for guests. Unfortunately, it was stormy for most of our stay, so we didn’t have much of a chance to explore, but we did see some of the animals from our window! There are some nice trails along the river and the old canals for walking and cycling nearby and some great restaurants and shops in the nearby towns. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive from Philly and to Newark airport, which made it a really convenient spot to stop over during our trip!

    Brittany2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely loved this place! Exactly as described. Super clean, very comfy and everything I was hoping for and more. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Great value and great place!

  • Fantastic location, uber comfortable bed (I slept great the whole stay) and Ed’s a great guy. Great value for the money. Other reviewers have commented on the road noise but I found it soothing - like a constant white noise generator, which I think contributed to my great sleeps. Highly recommend.

  • Very good host, dedicated and careful. He took time to find answers to my questions and gave me tips on different subject.

  • Edwin was a great host and the place was an awesome value. Very close to downtown Clinton, which makes going on walks/runs very nice. Lots of places to grab food for any type of meal around the place. I would recommend this place, and I would stay here again. I had a great time talking with Ed after work.

It is located within driving distance to NYC or Philadelphia so you have the best of small town as well as city experiences available. The house is clean with brightly lit rooms and the host is very personable and willing to chat if desired but he's also respectful of your privacy. I found would highly recommend staying there.

  • This charming cottage is in a great location: on the river, close to the canal towns of Milford and Frenchtown and right on the Delaware Canal Trail. Our family was there just for a weekend, but with a full kitchen and washer-dryer, this would also be a great place for an extended stay.

    Cynthia2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay! The barn cottage was in a beautiful setting. I wanted to add a special thank you for the green lantern that lights the entrance at night. It was a welcome beacon that ensured we didn’t pass the entrance at night. Wonderful amenities, and my husband thanks you for having cable TV so he could watch the Astros in the World Series, too bad they lost. Will definitely recommend this listing as the place to stay!

200 year old 1400 sq. foot home with front porch, side yards, trees and bluffs in the backyard; the Delaware River is across the street with small views from the porch; short walk into the quaint river town of Milford where there is a micro-brewery/ restaurant, antique shops, and market; perfect for biking, walking, kayaking and tubing; The home was an old stagecoach stop but has been completely updated and immaculately decorated with antiques. High-Speed Internet!
This home was built in 1814. The small building in the back we think was the 'summer kitchen'. it was a stage coach stop at some point. You will see that the river is just across the street. If you cross the bridge into Pennsylvania just down the street, there is boat access right there. This area is popular with boaters, canoes, kayaks and tubers in the summer; if you walk into town, the state's first microbrewery is a bar/ restaurant called the Ship Inn. There is also a market and antique shops in town--all a very easy walk. Also, please note that we have a TV with a HDMI connection (to hook a computer up if you have movies on your computer), and a DVD player. We do not have Cable but there is WIFI for streaming or working off your laptop.
Milford is an old mill town thats been here for 200 years or more. There is a small town park, creek, and a few more restaurants if you drive north out of town on Route 513. That is the route that would take you to I-78 to get you to NYC or Easton/ Allentown area.
  • A convenient proximity to town and a historical building done up nice and clean to appreciate the significance of this lovely little house.

Beautiful setting across from Delaware River. There is no WIFi but the AT&T signal is strong for cellular streaming. Host does a good job of communication and check in was a cinch. • We ended up staying in room 1, instead of room 7 so we can’t comment on the room itself. But Bridgeton House is a very lovely spot. It is well decorated and the river views (and swim) are wonderful. Having a night-cap by the fire was a great way to end a day of meandering. The staff was warm and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Well worth the trip.

  • The accommodation is very spacious, being the whole basement area, and includes comfortable sofas and armchairs, table tennis, and a Pool table. The super size bed gives a great night's sleep, and John and Lisa generously provide cake, snacks and a bottle of wine on arrival. This is one of the best Airbnbs we have used.

    Gordon2018-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • John and Lisa's basement apartment is stylish and spacious, one of the very best places we have stayed in through Airbnb. Whatever your expectations, this apartment will exceed them. It contains a Pool table and a table tennis table as well as a range of comfortable easy chairs and sofas. And sitting outside in the porch, surveying John's prize sheep, is a joy. The basement apartment is full of John's thoughtful extras - drinks in the fridge, snacks on the table, tea and coffee, and he is a most helpful host, anxious to provide whatever is required. The bed is the most comfortable I have slept in. All in all, you will not be disappointed!

BUCKS COUNTY PA. Just off River Road and the Delaware (ideal for kayaking - with miles of tow-path for biking or walking), the property is set back from a cliff with unobstructive views and a rippling creek below...plush green in spring/summer. The tiny house is 16'x16', two stories high... The deck is in, the hot tub is on and the fire pit is close by. Three miles from Frenchtown, NJ; 11 miles north of New Hope, PA. Fabulous restaurants, great antiquing - ideal for artists and writers.
    Ideal for single or couple.
  • Great little place!!! Extremely clean and such attention to detail in overall design of this little house...loved the art work and decor. Hot tub was a definite hi light.

  • Sharon's place is so charming and cute. It's very small, but all the modern conveniences are thoughtfully and surprisingly integrated. The hot tub was amazing and there's a fire pit outside as well. Nearby Frenchtown, NJ is a great spot for restaurants and gift shopping, and the area is historic with lots of old colonial buildings. Sharon was helpful and responsive and made sure we were able to stay even though we sort of booked last minute and squeezed in between other bookings. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

    Nathan2019-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great tiny house! This place has everything you need all in a cute little space, very well thought out and easily workable. The hot tub was great after winter hiking around the scenic and rural areas near the house. Peddler's Village was beautiful with all their lights up and close by too. Loved the weekend here.

    Randall2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • Sharon’s home was absolutely amazing! We spent our Thanksgiving weekend here. The checkin was a self checkin which was very convenient and easy. The home is right off of the Delaware River, which was beautiful to drive by, not to mention the entire community that was just picturesque. The photos definitely do not do it justice. There is so much detail and thought put into this space; we didn’t miss a thing. The fireplace was our favorite feature and the hot tub at night was so nice! If you’re looking for a small town relaxing getaway that is still conveniently located, this is a perfect home to stay at!

    Karishma2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, cozy cabin in the woods.

    Kate2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Sharon leaves well detailed instructions, tips for the local area and has fast response time for if you need to shoot a quick text to her. You will quickly realize she put a lot of thought and effort into decking the place out. You will quickly feel at home, and this is a great place to unwind. Enjoy every minute, and try the hot tub at least once. Frenchtown is a quick drive away if you want to explore a nice town as well. They treat you well.

    Pearl Anne2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed for three nights at this gem of a Tiny House! The space is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls weekend or solo trip. With the fireplace, cute decor, sun-filled living room, hot tub under the trees & cozy nooks it was hard to get out every day and explore the villages, winery and all there is to see in this unique spot along the Delaware River.

  • Craig's cabin is an exceptional, a perfect retreat. Beautiful view of river and hills, stylish decor with everything you need for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Craig was very kind and accommodating. The sunrise over the river is an inspiring way to start the day. Highly, highly recommend.

  • Great hosts, great views of the river and the area was nice and quiet for a weekend away. Close to great restaurants and many activities too. Very clean and well stocked with all amenities that you need. Great communicators too, also great recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

    Nicole2019-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • I grew up in Bucks County. But seeing it in the fall, from Craig's hilltop retreat was totally breathtaking. Filled with great touches, from the wooden ceiling fan to the skylights to the outdoor deck, the place was phenomenal. Craig was totally responsive and quick, allowing us to ride their bikes and check out a bit late. Its was relaxing and sublime.

    Andy2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a phenomenal find. Craig went out of his way for us the entire time. He is an amazing host, hospitable, informative, thoughtful and kind. Truly goes out of his way to make it a amazing experience and is always available for any information. The pool was wonderful, so much fun and truly a touch of luxury in the middle of the woods. Our quaint little was cabin was perfect, private and clean. The location is more than ideal. 20 minutes from New Hope and under 10 to Frenchtown. Beautiful place. Spectacular host. We hope to be back soon.

    Nathaniel2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Craig and Gerwin are probably the best hosts we've had over years of AirBnB stays. We had a beautiful weekend here thanks to the great speakers & Apple TV, the pool, the wonderful shower, plush robes, the stylish and well-prepared room. Surrounded by green, easy parking and commute to other towns. Walking distance to river. You definitely feel like you're in the middle of nature. Recommend!

    Chris2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great little getaway spot in a gorgeous location. We enjoyed the bikes they had and biked into Frenchtown. We also enjoyed some of the historical things in the area. This is in the woods, so there are some bugs, but the cabin is clean. Definitely recommend this place.

  • Our family spent an exceptional holiday in this home. We had access to the entire property and felt very private safe and cozy. The fireplace was unbelievable I am so happy that we were able to use it. The location is secluded yet close enough to town to grab anything you need. We especially loved the clean white linens large king beds and fast Wi-Fi service. At first it seemed too good to be true however upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised and it turned out better than we could’ve expected. We had a great all-around experience staying in this home.

There are many great restaurants nearby- happy to provide a listing of all our favorite spots. Note: this property does not have WiFi however there is a Comcast hotspot.
  • I stayed three nights at Lindsay's place. I chose the place for its proximity to where I had to be. However, it should be noted that it is quite close to Clinton, which is a cute little town with ample services. The place is huge -- living area and bathroom on the first floor, and a big bedroom on the second. There is also a washer-dryer. The kitchen is well equipped, and previous tenants have left behind a trove of necessities. High speed internet is not currently (as of 3/11/2020) not available, and this is stated in the description. In all a comfortable place and good value, and close to where I needed to be. Cannot ask for more.

  • We had a lovely time at Ken and Heather's beautifully-restored Colonial home by the river. It was the perfect house and location for a relaxing, kids-free weekend away. Heather and Ken were the perfect hosts. They checked us in and then were only seen or heard from if we had a question! Breakfast at the general store around the corner was delicious and a nice bonus! We were also excited to see that Prime and Netflix were available on the television as well. It was great to just curl up, relax, and watch a flick, while enjoying the tranquility of the setting. It was obvious that Ken and Heather take pride in their B&B, as no detail was left unturned! We are already talking about coming back in the warmer months to enjoy the canoes and bikes. We highly recommend Riverstone 1730 to anyone looking to destress and unplug for a while!

  • Ken and Heather's Riverstone 1730 house is an uncommon gem they uncovered, restored to pristine condition, and now offer to the public for quaint, quiet, cozy and relaxing weekends by the fire, or for extended stays complete with biking, hiking, boating, grilling and long nights with friends by the river firepit. The house is also especially suited to those who want to step back in history and catch a glimpse of what comfortable living might have been like in the 18th and 19th centuries, without the headache of emptying chamber pots or pumping water! My wife and I had a fantastic stay.

  • Ken and Heather were great hosts and really made our stay feel special. The place itself is a very rustic house but has some nice modern touches that blend very nicely with the style of the home. Whether you are looking for a base for your outdoor adventures or a quiet place to get away from it all this place has that covered.

  • Wonderful house; fully equipped to meet every need. Clean, comfortable and very thoughtful hosts.

  • Beautiful house in a beautiful location - perfect for a river get-away! Ken and Heather are amazing hosts, very welcoming and responding quickly to questions. From the kitchen to canoe and kayaks, everything you might need for a great trip has been provided. And from the prosecco and chocolates at check-in to our last morning enjoying our coffee on the dock, every moment was just wonderful. Our only regret is that we only booked 2 nights. We're already thinking of when we can return for a longer stay.

  • Fantastic stay with a wonderful host. Loved being able to walk over to the general store for coffee, a nice touch with the voucher that makes this feel like your personal b&b!

  • Ken and Heather are fabulous hosts. Riverstone 1730 is an impeccable space, with thoughtful touches. The appointments are classic Colonial coupled with the comforts of a cozy home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

  • We loved it and will return! We have always stayed in B & Bs in the past and now, after staying here, I cannot image ever going back to staying in just a room. We loved the history of the house as well as the space and modern comforts. The breakfast vouchers for the General Store around the corner is a great idea! Our favorite part was enjoying the river views from the rooms and being on the private dock. As an unexpected bonus, the TV had Amazon Prime so I was able to watch a particular movie that I had been meaning to watch for awhile. We consider the house (and hosts of course) a great find for many returns.

Charming house in the quaint town of Frenchtown, New Jersey.
  • Charming in-town location, but feels like an authentic country farmhouse. Lots of room, great mix of original touches together with modern appliances. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

  • A nice place to stay. Close to town.

  • We stayed at Melissa's house in Frenchtown, NJ, for a month. The place is wonderful, well decorated, with a gourmet kitchen. It is even prettier and more stylish than the photographs accompanying the listing show. While there were just the two of us staying in this four-bedroom house, it is very nice to have the extra space. The beautiful town center, within a short walk, has a lot to offer. I worked most days in Lebanon. The drive there and back along country roads were very pleasant. It was nice to "come home" at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again, for short or extended periods, if our travels/work brings us back to Western NJ.

  • The house has a lot of character but with all the modern amenities. Melissa was very responsive and flexible. We did not get to fully enjoy the location but easy to imagine that one could walk down to Frenchtown and enjoy the shops and restaurants.
