This is spare apt. There is 2 beds and and a night table. There is an eating table and chairs with dishes glasses and utensils and an electric tea kettle. The bathroom is standard. Giovanni was helpful with the locks for the door. There is no fridge or cooking. It is located 1 block from the town piazza very central Paola. Beach is 10 min walk down hill.

What a wonderful place! We spent nine days in Luigis apartment, hosted by his parents – Signora Piere and Franco. The apartment is huge and very convenient – located on the hill, with a gorgeous view over San Lucido, the sea and the mountains. The beach is a 5 minutes drive and grocery store is also very close. We enjoyed very much the authenticity of the place and great hospitality of Piere and Franco. They are very nice, kind and service minded people. We arrived rather late so they had invited us to dinner. They have given us all the necessary information and shown us the neighborhood. And best of all, they have provided us with fresh fruits and vegetables from their farm :-). Thank you both for your kindness! Michael with the family

Arriving at the home of Luigig and his parents is like coming home to our family. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the south of Italy feels like a warm embrace. Luigi's parents are use friendly, while leaving you all the private space you need. The house is exactly as described and on the pictures. A family home without all the sexy additives. Great of you are looking for a stay in a peaceful surrounding. San Lucido is a nice little town with choice of bakeries, butchers, smaller supermarkets etc. Only a few kilometers away you have a larger supermarket. This place is a great point of departure to explore both the coast line and the natural paris of Calabria.

We have senior get fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden of the host. Always ready for a small chat. Very helpful. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Luigi, Just wanted to tell you again how much we enjoyed our stay at your property in San Lucido. Your mother and father could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Your mother and a very close friend of hers met us at the train station and took us to the house. She had a homemade meal waiting for us which was delicious. Later that day your Mom also delivered some vegetables from her garden and some fresh prosciutto to enjoy. Your Dad also provided us with a local contact to serve as our translator and driver during our stay. His name was just Guiseppe and he could not have been more perfect for our needs. We would wholeheartedly recommend your property to anyone traveling to this part of Italy and would like to thank you and your family again for making us feel so welcome in your country. Grazie! Apartment on the first floor of a family house in a large garden. It includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, two bathrooms. Luigi's parents live on the ground floor. It is they who welcome you as Luigi do not live there. The location, in dead end, is very quiet, apart from the street noise, road or train. Overlooking the sea and mountains. There are nearby (car necessary, 5-10 min) to many beaches, you will find one that suits you (paying or free deckchairs! Buy an umbrella and a chair proves profitable), the landscaped ponds are visible on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps very nice, the water is pure. Ideal place for beach program. In the historic town you will find several small shops where you can find everything, restaurants, bars. On the beach at night disco entertainment, also in the historic center. The place is very lively in the evening (at least in August) and mainly frequented by Italians. Few people speak English, but with the gestures we cope. Luigi's parents are very nice, too bad they do not speak any English, so exchanges are difficult. They offer vegetables, fruits from the garden on arrival. It is a safe address.

Luigis place is a perfect location of a relaxing vaccacion. We had the honor to have lunch with his family and to get fresh fruits and vegetables out of his moms own garden. The city self is far away from tourism, a really secret spot. Thanks a lot for this stay!

There are no gracious calabrian hosts more authentic than Francesco and Piera. Their 2nd floor apartment is both spacious and comfortable as well as close and overlooking the beautiful small coastal city of San Lucido with solitude and quiet as a premium. Nothing to say the house was really great as promised by Louis even more of our expectations and absolutely enjoyable by our two families. Paul did not end more than five years running back and forth, when we arrived and had the space to do it ... Optimum position as required, on the hill with wide views of the gulf and also well ventilated so that we poturo sleep peacefully without suffering never hot. Piera and Luigi Franco's parents welcomed us with affection and generosity and we could enjoy ourselves of the many fruits of the garden that day Franco attends with passion. Thank you !

Francesco was al great host! right on time, he was on the train station for the transfer to the appartment. You could reach him eassily and he would do anything to make your stay as comfortable as you want. He gave us information about the area and things to do in San Lucido. The appartment was great! Very clean and comfortable. And nearby the city center where you can find bars and lovely restaurants. We had a wonderfull stay in San Lucido and we recommand this appartment.

LARA and 'a kind and helpful person, greeted us warmly. The apartment 'located in the town center and served by all the primary services, from there you can reach the SS18 to move easily in all other places' of the coast. The apartment 'in an old building, on the third floor, with the opportunity' to morning and evening workout, because the absence of 'lift. We were at the Philippe' s home the second time. This summer we rented a house with a family of 7 people with children for 39 days. Panorama from the house is fantastic! The house has a lot of nice improvements compared to last year. It is very nice! Children (4.7 years) in awe of being in this house. They liked the large area and of course the pool! Special Thanks I want to say for Lorenco for help around the house and Anita for a delicious meal! All excellent. We really liked this place, I recommend it.

Very amazing !! As soon as you arrive you are catapulted into a place where peace, relaxation and beauty have the same dwelling. Perched on a hill in the vicinity 'of San Lucido, Philippe's villa and' the ideal place to spend a holiday with friends or family out of the chaos of citizens and maritime centers. The villa has 4 independent rooms with bathrooms, 2 of them connected by leads to the living area. Beautiful home with incredible views of the mountain and the sea. Could not get tired of contemplating the landscape from the terrace or the pool. 2 rooms are independent, so ideal for adults who want independence. Each room has its own bathroom which is really great. Sleepers with sleeper consider taking earplugs because the roosters and dogs are heard.

Beautiful house with fantastic views in a very hospitable environment. The decor is even better than in the photographs, sun shade at the pool and on the terrace always guarantee a shady spot. San Lucido is a magical place, which is not particularly touristy yet what also clearly was a plus for us. The communication before and after the arrival worked out great and Anita and Lorenzo, who endeavor to guests on site, were extremely helpful and friendly. We found it very relaxing a bit to relax away from the crowds in this beautiful atmosphere. The house is definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday, the large garden is full of fig, lemon, - and Khaki trees we liked particularly well.

We spent a week in Philippe's house (after a 2 weeks round trip in southern Italy) and had a great time there - the 180° view over the sea is just amazing ! The house is as nice as it looks on the photos, and designed to spend most of your time outside on the terrace enjoying the view. Communication was nice and easy... even locally in Italian thanks to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) trad ! I highly recommend the place if you want to relax, in a gorgeous environment, away from the crowd.

I generally enjoyed! I have been vacationing with family and young children visiting Philippe 1,5 months. The place is wonderful, allowing you to enjoy the sea and the mountain nature. In San Lucido is something to see and have a great time and the people here are very kind and hospitable. Great view from the terrace of the house. 10 min from the sea by car. The pool is great. Philippe showed himself an excellent organizer and helped to quickly resolve minor problems. Separate many thanks to the Philippe's friend Lorenzo for his care of us and hospitality.

This place was great. The town is super quiet in the off-season. We had the beach entirely to ourselves. There was a nice little market nearby to make meals and sit on the terrace. Cesare was the ultimate host, even picking us up in Paola when we arrived later than we anticipated. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the November sun.

Fantastic location, large comfortable apartment, and Cesare was the perfect host. The restored property was a site where it was a privilege to stay. We hope to return!

A small path leads to the beach ... near which small stalls where producers sell their own products: fruits, vegetables, eggs ... please the eye and taste buds. The structure is exactly like the picture, very friendly and central to the main street of Torremezzo and the sea. The rooms are neat and cozy. The owner, Mr. Caesar, a sociable and friendly, generous with tips, always present in the structure and available. A really good experience, keep it up!

We had a fantastic stay here for 3 days in September. It's very quiet here this time of year, so we had the amazing terrace all to ourselves. The hosts are very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Highly recommended!

Dear Marco, we enjoyed our stay the first week of May enormous. The house was outstanding and we loved the view every moment of the day especially the sunset. In real we found the place and house even more beautiful than at the pictures. We stayed with 14 people including baby and 4 little children. We recommend this place especially for big families who want a nice and quite place. For people who like to go to bars or restaurant this place is not suitable. Marco's place was beautiful, it's a big spacious house with plenty of luxurious extras, the pool area was amazing with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding hilltop towns. Local shops were great and any problems we had were sorted quickly by the Villa manager. Very safe and secure neighbourhood with easy access to the main road. We had a great 5 days here in a relatively undiscovered part of Southern Italy, pure escapism.

The apartment of this announcement is really nice, especially for his incredibly scenic location. Its large covered terrace is ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in front of the Tyrrhenian Sea, in these areas particularly transparent. On the horizon you can see Stromboli. The sea and a huge free beach (but for those who prefer them there are even three or four plants with relative bars. One is also restaurant) are easily reached down three corners of a very steep road. In the car is a joke, walk like I did is still feasible. In the village you will find two bars, two grocery, a pizzeria. I found it difficult to move without a car to get around a bit 'the area as public transport are certainly not the trump card of Calabria, but the owner has been so kind as to pick me up in Paola, which is the nearest station and accompany me in San Lucido, another country of the surroundings, to make an ATM. In the lower part of the house lives a cute dog and the grandmother Lapo. For upper etazh.Senora very responsive and solve any problem. Unfortunately, only speaks Italian. The house has everything you need. Cooking utensils, crockery, furniture, BBQ in the garden. Hostess washes laundry on request. It's not new, but well maintained and running. This apartment is perfect for those who like to travel on their own and be independent from the rules of hotels and other crowded places. PS. In August, it was a bit noisy from the music to the waterfront bars, but we did not pay attention to it.

This was one of my best experiences at a BnB in Italy so far. Mirella was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off at the station. She speaks little English but brought a friend who does to help make check in smooth. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. And all for a cheap price.
