It's paradise! Mariah is a wonderful lovely host! The house and the pool is so beautiful! It's silent, you have everything what you need! Mariah gives you lessons in workout if you want, and i really had fun! I would come back again! If you wanna go to the Coachella Valley area, you need to stay here! Thank you Mariah! This was my first Airbnb experience and I thought it was awesome. I suppose my experience started before I arrived. She contacted beforehand to confirm everything and asked if I needed anything there. Though my stay was extremely short, everything was as advertised. I got in late but, Mariah was up to greet me and welcome me in. She showed me around the place and had everything ready. She's a very nice lady. Thanks Mariah~

This was an excellent choice for my Airbnb. I needed a place to crash since I live in LA but had commitments two days in a row in the Cochella Valley. Mariah was awesome. I showed up she showed me where everything was and then let me do my thing. Her place is in a nice area, close to lots of things. The mattress was an air mattress but a very high quality one. I slept well. Overall nothing but good things to say. A solid place to crash if you're out in the valley.

Mariah was one of the most welcoming Hosts I have ever experienced. She greeted me at the door and gave me a tour. My bed was comfortable and I really think she thought of everything and anything a guest could ever want to make their stay wonderful. She had coffee, tea, hot chocolate- bagels and muffins for the morning, and even offered wine for the evening. Full access to the kitchen, and the dining area is set up like a bistro! I truly cannot say enough excellent things about Mariah and the house. I will definitely be back for leisure instead of business, and will bring my friends with me. *Great neighborhood *Close to anything you may need.

Very clean and easy to access!

Nice quiet neighborhood. The Casita was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location was great as well. Short drive to restaurants, breweries (check out Coachella Valley Brewing Co. if you're in the area!), and the Indian Wells tennis garden. We only saw the host briefly but he was very pleasant and was also very responsive to our messages. We'll definitely try to stay here again next time we're in the area!

Our stay here was wonderful! We were looking to get away from LA, relax by the pool, and slow down for a few days. Andrew's place delivered! The casita was clean and spacious. We loved that we could control the AC, so it was always comfortable for us. The bed was outstanding!! The pool was clean, and they had great lounging furniture poolside. We had it all to ourselves! Andrew was quick to respond to any inquiries, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, hassle-free getaway.

Nice secluded room in the middle of a quiet gated neighborhood. The pool area is gorgeous and mostly private. No shared walls so noise between the main house and the casita was never an issue. Far from nightlife, but a $30 Lyft will get you to downtown Palm Springs. This is a great spot for those looking to get away to some peace and quiet.

Emily and her husband made my daughters and I feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The Casita exceeded our expectations: simple, yet pleasant, and best of all... Private, with the pool steps away from our door step. The pool was amazing to relax in, our hosts even provided little things like a Keurig machine with K cups. I don't know, that was a big deal for me haha if you are looking for private, low maintenance, simple amenities with a gorgeous pool to hang out in/by, this is this is the place for you!

The Casitas had coffee and biscotti, etc., as well as essentials (like toothpaste, lotion, etc.) you may have forgotten. The outdoor space by the pool is fantastic. Be aware that there is a microwave and fridge and the sink is in the bathroom. The location is a quiet residential area near the Living Desert and close to shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay there again as our 1st choice.

Emily's casita was just as described. Cozy, comfortable and clean. The pool and backyard were beautiful and we were a short drive away from restaurants and shops. Emily was a great host, adding amenities like snacks, coffee and assorted toiletries just in case we needed them. We would absolutely stay again if in the area!

Tom and Emily were absolutely delightful. The casita was clean and charming and the pool was beyond wonderful. I could have stayed for years.

Awesome experience staying at Emily's Airbnb in Palm Desert! Stunning views of the mountain ranges, palm trees, cool water in the exclusive very large swimming pool and personal touches in the private Casita. Equipped with its own entrance, a/c, ceiling fan, wifi, Apple TV, refrigerator, leather sofa, queen size bed and luxurious bathroom, the Casita had it all. Did I mention the keurig coffee maker, oat brand cookies, chocolate biscotti and ice cold bottled water, Emily added that special touch that will bring me back many times over! Emily and Tom were the perfect hosts and even thought to layout local magazines and personal things to do brochures within a 60 mile radius! I visited the little town of tall cedars and fragrant pines called Idyllwild with magnificent views of the desert below! There is so much to do in the area including 120 golf courses, gourmet restaurants, hiking trails, and celebrity tours, Palm Desert is truly a mountain desert paradise! Emily and Tom have made their home your home away from home! Thank you!

This place was AMAZING and I stay at a LOT of aribnb's. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, the apartment was so retro I felt like I was living in the 60's! Fantastic location to get anywhere...the host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Will be back in the spring if available!

This is a beautifully maintained AirB&B residence. The bed and sleeper sofa were more than adequate for our needs (2 adults & dog). The 2 bathrooms were spacious and very clean with white terry-cloth towels, etc.(more towels than needed or used by us). Heed the owner's advice and bring a full complement of toiletries including bath/face soap. Good TVs (living & bed rooms) with limited cable channels. Nice, sunny backyard with 6 chairs and patio table and with large green lawn (real grass!) that our dog loved. 2 beautiful citrus trees, loaded with ripening fruit (oranges or grapefruit?). Full kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cups, glasses, and cutlery. Will need a car for market and restaurant meals; fine selection of eating places in Palm Desert area. Within walking distance of Palm Desert Living Desert. Quiet! neighborhood with minimal traffic. Great AC that worked 24 hours during our week stay with temperatures exceeding 104F. Highly recommend this AirB&B.

Tomer's place was exactly like it looked in the pictures. It's a small place but perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bed was big and comfortable. All the fixtures were modern. It was quiet but still convenient. I'd recommend staying there without any hesitations.

Our stay was perfect! We loved the beautiful, modern property, and Carlos (the manager) was so helpful and courteous. He was very accomodating, showed us all the wonderful amenities, and even recommended a few restaurants to try and sights to see.

Carlos was great! he was super accommodating when we were running late for check in and when we got there he was waiting! we told him we needed a blender and he went and got one for us! he gave very simple clear directions and showed us where everything was.

I loved staying at jamila's home! It was small but so nice! It was perfect outside. I loved the misters and the outside seating! We had a GREAT time!

Our host was amazing. We arrived at the house and gave us a tour of the house. Showed us how to turn the pool functions on and off. Left us his cell number in case we needed anything. Our host and this house made our little getaway excellent! It was super cozy, and it was great for a group of 12 girls. Everything we needed from cooking utensils, outside BBQ grill, and cool pool/jacuzzi area. This for me was THE perfect house.

Beautiful home that is set up perfectly for larger groups. Also incredibly close to quite a few convenient amenities (Trader Joe's, Target, Whole Foods, etc.), which made our stay that much easier. Check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Everyone so so nice a gracious. It was a perfect little getaway for me and my kids. Carlos (the property) manager was very nice and helpful. During our visit he text us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service. They even had waters and snacks waiting for us when we got there. We would definitely stay there again. :)

First time visiting Palm Springs/desert area. The listing stated entire home, but it was a reformed back house. Which came to be a surprise, but host is very prompt on communication. She made sure our stay was pleasant and we really appreciated that. Her kitchen amnesties were perfect. Overall a nice quant place, with a hospitable host!

Athena's place was an ideal time alone in serenity. I was comfortable in the fresh and sparkly clean room and roomy bathroom that was well supplied. I caught a little sun on the patio and I got a lot of work done. There was great AC and a large TV with cable plus coffee and water supplied for my stay (thank you). While the area seems removed from the bustle, it is a few blocks from everything including shopping and restaurants. When I messed up the TV settings Athena was quick to respond, and it was a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable too. My only complaint, where to put the tons of pretty pillows!

I visit the desert often from LA; I like to try out new places to stay when I am in town. Athena's place was sparkly clean and fresh. From the coffeemaker and coffee she provided to the comfy mattress and extra large shower I fell in love! With free movie channels, I had plenty of in room entertainment. I was also able to walk to the mall from her house. Athena's location is central to everything. I went shopping on El Paseo and ate breakfast at The Palms Cafe (bottomless champagne and excellent pancakes!!!) both within walking distance. I will definitely be back again! I think I found my home away from home in the Desert.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at this amazing home. She wanted to spend the weekend with our kids, her siblings, nieces, and nephews. This home was more than what we expected. There was more than enough room for everyone. Le Van answered all my questions, was quick to reply, and the house was well equipped with everything. The small communal pool was 20 feet away. The bigger communal pool was pretty much around the corner and had a little water zone for the kids. My 2 year old son definately enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Larry was kind and accommodating. You can tell he has put a lot of work into the space. The ac did have a little trouble keeping up with the heat, but I was comfortable enough.

Larry and his wife Chequi could not have been more helpful and friendly as hosts. They introduced us to their friends, took us out to supper and made our stay in Palm Desert very special. The casita is very well equipped and has its own door, feeling like a separate little house. Larry had stocked up the fridge with milk, eggs and butter as well as providing bread and spreads and cooking oil. The bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner, soap and toothpaste! This is a really nice place close to a lovely park and public outdoor aquatic centre which is fabulous. Palm Desert is chock full of restaurants, bars and great shopping if that's your bag. Highly recommended, Larry we will miss you! Thanks for a great stay!

This was my first experience using Airbnb and it was a really good one. Larry was very patient with me and was accessible communication-wise. I found him easy-going and laid back. His casita is a really good deal for those traveling on a budget. It is cozy, comfortable and close to everything in the Coachella Valley area.

Larry was a great and attentive host. His communication starting at making sure he was available for our arrival to checking in each night to see if/when we would like to turn the hot tub on was great. The yard was secure, private and perfect for our dog to run around and hang out with the 4 house dogs. Having a kitchen and bbq at our disposal made for a great home away from home, would definitely recommend.

I stayed here with 4 of my girlfriends for a Memorial Day weekend getaway, and we loved it. The place slept 5 girls comfortably, and the property and neighborhood were awesome. The pictures don't do it justice! Even though Larry was out of town during our stay, he was able to put me in touch with his son who assisted us with checking in and out and other minor necessities like how we forgot a pump to blow up our pool floats! I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in the desert and hope to return to this house in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the location. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The Beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in. The house is about 30 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. Originally, we had planned on going hiking and eating out during our trip, but we had such a great time staying in and hanging out at the house, we stayed in the whole time. They provided a ton of bath and pool towels to share. Here are some notes to keep in mind... ~ The kitchen does not have a full stove. It has a hot plate and toaster oven with limited pots and pans. For an extra burner, the grill outside has a side burner that works as well. Realizing this upon our arrival, we were worried about being able to cook our full breakfasts and taco nights that were planned, but we were able to work around it all. In the future, I would bring my extra camping stove and a couple non stick pans. ~ We kept grilling at night, which was a little challenging due to the low lighting. It may be best to grill during the day or before the sun goes down. ~ The spa and outdoor lights are controlled by the owners.

Great place to stay! The main bedroom and backyard were INCREDIBLE! Very peaceful and relaxing. Pool was super clean and the choice of seating areas (including shade) was really nice. Communication was very timely and Gerry was a great host. The location is very handy. Close to food, shopping and recreation.

I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 2 young daughters. We had a nice time. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the backyard was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. And it was less than a 10 minute drive to local attractions. I would consider staying here again.

This lovely and quaint suite was perfect for me as a single traveller. I was just staying here while visiting family for a couple of days, but the beautiful location was perfect for accessing many other of the sites and activities in the greater Palm Springs area.

Ken and Alex were absolutely fabulous hosts. Their home was lovely and our casita was a treat. Their care for us began weeks ago when we placed our reservation and continued through and including the time of our departure. We recommend the poolside breakfast of fresh fruit, cappuccino, and scones. The location offers breathtaking views of the mountains and we were treated to a spectacular full moon! They made themselves available throughout the weekend, while being very conscious of our desire for privacy. We can't wait to return for another weekend. This was a truly high class experience, ideal for couples or for a private getaway!

Ken and his partner, Alex, were prompt communicators who were there to welcome us upon arrival with fresh-squeezed juices. At the same time, the space felt very private with it's own entrance and separate patio. ThWe watched the sunrise over the golf course from bed and were engaged on the green behind the house!
