This is a cosy two-bedroom house in a quiet well-established suburb of Auckland. Only 13-minutes drive from the airport, with easy motorway connections to Auckland city. It sits between the extinct volcanic cone of Māngere Mountain and the Manukau Harbour. A short stroll away is Ambury Regional Park, a working farm and nature sanctuary where you can roam freely and interact with the animals. The room is very private and has its own external door and ensuite (enjoy the high pressured luxury rain shower) which cannot be accessed by the main house or suite 1. Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course.
