Fabulous location, clean, quiet and just what I needed for a couple of nights. Rachel was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is there are no curtains or substantial blinds so the sun comes straight through at the crack of dawn. Rachel made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information. Her apartment is clean, warm and homely; it was also situated near to the city centre, making places to eat easy to access. We didn't at any point feel unsafe walking around. I would definitely recommend Rachel's studio for both the quality of her place and her great hosting! If we came back to Nottingham we would definitely book in again.

This is an absolute gem in Nottingham. This place exceeded our expectation. Christina's attention to detail is exquisite in every regard including down to the welcome pack and picnic bags. It's in a great neighbourhood and the communal garden is a welcome bonus.

I chose Christina's place based on the many great reviews and I was blown away. She goes above and beyond to make your trip there, your stay, and your departure as easy and trouble-free as possible. Very clean, a nice hot shower, she even stocks the cupboards with basics (milk, cereal, tea, coffee..) The neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful and the city centre is a lovely 20 minute walk away, as is the castle. Couldn't recommend it enough!!

Had a great stay at Christina's, pictures show exactly what the studio is like. Christina supplied household essentials which was brilliant and the studio was close to the centre! Would recommend staying here!

The flat is private and comfortable, and nicely furnished and decorated just as it looks in the photograph. We had no car but it was easy to walk down into the town and there are frequent buses back. Christina had left all sorts of welcoming goodies in the flat for us and the instructions for how to get there and about the flat were very detailed. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

Great location, Christina sent a fully explanatory e-mail to explain access etc and followed up after we arrived to check all was ok. Really nice touches with fruit and basics like tea and coffee provided with some other goodies. Very clean.

Phil was absolutely lovely and so hospitable. The room was clean and welcoming and it was exactly what we needed. Phil went out of his way to welcome us, gave us breakfast which we didn't expect and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The place was ideal for us as it was only a short walk into town. Me and my partner fell in love with the house and vibe. Very relaxing. Phil is such a lovely man. He made sure we felt like we stayed in our own home. We had a good chat. He allowed us to check in earlier even thoe we ended up coming late he waited for us. The next day breakfast was so unexpected we felt full just by looking at the breakfast. My experience in this place has bene amazing. Phil is a really nice, helpful and reliable persone. He tried his best to made us feel like at home. Paul and his partner were great and very accommodating. We arrived late hours of the evening but they were still happy to have us for the night. The room was perfect for the night, with your own living room area if you decide to relax. You also have the opportunity to fall asleep watching the night sky.

Paul and Marco are great. They are super friendly and if you book their room they actually give you the whole level of their house. You can have a bedroom and a TV room. And their house is so warm and clean. You even get a window above your bed which is great for star-gazing.

Great stay and the host did everything to make us feel welcome, only the flat is located above a busy bar/club which made sleeping before 3am difficult, also the lack of hot water in the flat during our stay was a disadvantage!

We didn't meet Annie but we didn't have problems to getting in the apartment, she was very helpful and quick in answering. I'm sorry to being only one night. We'll return for sure!

Margaret and Malcolm made me feel very welcome and 'at home'. I fell in love with the studio apartment as my little home away from home for 4 days stay in Nottingham. The garden view out the door and windows was beautiful to look at every day. It is very convenient aswell as the buses stop practically by the driveway going either into town or out of town. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby 'Wollaton hall' and grounds for a relaxing stroll. The studio was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed including wifi, the luxury of a microwave, kettle (with tea and coffee!), mini fridge and even a hairdryer, towels and soap and tv! I even got invited over for fish & chips lunch with the family one day! so sweet, would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again given the opportunity.

This was a good place to stay for a short break. Excellent location, very close to bus stops towards Nottingham centre and the university, Beeston etc. Also amazing quiet, given that it's right next to a roundabout and a large hospital - it is set well back from the road.

Margaret was waiting for me with a smile, even getting in quite late in the evening. The room was even nicer than the pictures, with basic supplies for breakfast included and good wifi service. The separate entrance and great location made it an ideal place to stay. I didn't have any problems during my stay, but my hosts were easily available if I did. I would certainly try to stay here again!

Lovely self-contained flat in a charming old house in a very pretty and quiet part of Nottingham. But still only around 15 minutes walk to the Market Square and less than that to the Castle area of the city. Steve and Ellen are very helpful and they provide items for a lovely breakfast as well. The flat is far nicer than a 4 star hotel we stopped in at Nottingham recently! There is also plenty of info provided on local attractions if you are planning a longer break. Only point to bear in mind is the flat is located at the top of a few flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues unfortunately you probably won't be able to enjoy this one..

Our stay at the place was very enjoyable. The room is exactly as described, cozy, lovely, spacious with a nice mix of Edwardian and oriental design. The bed is soft and super comfy. We basically had the whole floor to ourselves, with separate bathroom and kitchen. The bathtub is really nice too, and it was simply irresistible after a whole day walking and exploring Nottingham. The location is a bit away from the city centre, but well within walking distance (~2 km) or there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters from the premise. The neighbourhood is also an upscale residential area, very quiet and even pleasant to have a walk around. Lucy was super friendly and helpful during our stay, she even let us borrow some of the books on the shelves!

I was so happy with my stay in Lucy's house The location is great since it's quite near to the city centre. Lucy did us a walkthrough and provided all the facilities we needed which most of them were brand new. The room is well furnished and looks exactly what the picture shows. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend to those who are going to Nottingham.

Perfect room, perfect host, perfect everything. It was our first time in Uk and Lucy made everything easy and nice for our stay. The house is very clean and organized, everything works fine (heating, internet wifi, bath tube, complete kitchen staff...). It is in a very nice neighborhood, very safe and quiet, with easy access to downtown, public transport, and has a very good supermarket 1 minute walk from the door. Also Lucy gave us very nice support about the city and many other doubts we had about our trip plans.

We stayed with Lucy when we moved to Nottingham. She was a truly excellent host and really helped us learn about the city. The room itself is gorgeous. Down the street there is an excellent fish and chip shop that has both takeaway and eat in options. There is also a really cool micro pub where all the locals hang out. Aldi supermarket is also only a few minutes walk away.

This apartment was perfect for our needs, it was spacious, clean, very quiet, with a space for the car off road right outside. Nadine was really nice and extremely obliging and accommodating. If you need anything she goes out of her way to supply it. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and we had everything we could possibly need. We were working so I couldn't comment on Transport or restaurants but the apartment, an ex Granny flat I would think, is at the top of a very leafy road of big houses, in a very affluent attractive looking area and near a park. I would definitely book again.

The appartment has everything you need for a great stay. Although I stayed for business purposes the area is not that far from the city, easy bus route and has loads to offer. The area itself is quiet and has a lovely real ale pub at the end of the long road. Well worth a visit (Doctors orders) sitting amongst the parade of little shops. Nadine and John could not have been more helpful and I am sure if I needed advice on where to go for the day/evening both would suggest options. I loved my stay and have booked again.

John and Nadine's flat was great. Very clean and tidy with good kitchen facilities, nice living and bedrooms and the bath was luxurious. Very convenient for town centre 30 min walk or short walk to bus stop. Definitely recommend.

His place is right in the city centre, and so it is great for shopping, nightlife, and generally exploring the city. Also for work trips. The host is the dream host. Efficient, available, funny, fair. The position is the best you can desire, in the city center and 7 minutes walk from the train station. The building is amazing as well, in a fantastic traditional little street. Impossible to find something negative!

Baxi and her fiancee, Ian, were superb hosts. I was in Nottingham for a training workshop and so was working all day before I arrived. I met them both the next day over breakfast and they were a charming and friendly couple to talk to. They are new to the Air B&B network, but seemed like they had been doing it for years. The house has recently be refurbished and decorated to a very high standard and was clean, warm and comfortable for both nights of my stay. I really enjoyed staying with Ian and Baxi and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The house is about a twenty five minute walk from central Nottingham or there is a bus stop at the end of the road and it takes about ten minutes, with buses every five minutes.

Our stay with Ian and Baxi was quite enjoyable. They were very quick to respond to all of our messages. We arrived in Nottingham ahead of schedule, so they gave us a great recommendation for a Sunday dinner. When we arrived, Ian ushered us in and got us settled into our cozy room while Baxi put their 10 week old boy to sleep. The little guy was adorable and really well behaved - he didn't disrupt our sleep at all. We shared a couple glasses of wine and had a nice chat with them that evening. They also let us use their washing machine that night, which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed getting meet and chat with Baxi and Ian.

This place is great. Baxi and Ian are a great couple - very friendly, interesting and easy to talk to. They also seemed genuinely interested in our travel plans and I feel like we could have really gotten to know them if we had been staying longer. Their house is beautifully renovated and the room is gorgeous with beautiful linens and towels. The shared bathroom is huge. We did not get a chance to explore the local area, as were really just stopping over, but their house is very close to the city centre.

First time of using Airbnb and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sally's communication was excellent, keyless entry to the apartment which meant we didn't feel like we would be disturbing Sally when we arrived late at night. Sally was happy to meet us if we had wanted her to but we didn't need to as the instructions were so clear. Location is excellent - 5 minute walk from the train and tram stations and 10 minute walk (at a slowish pace) to the NIC. Beds are very comfortable. All bedding and towels provided. Apartment itself is very quiet as it is top floor and next to the fire escape stairwell so no neighbours next to the bedroom. Thanks Sally - it was a great weekend. Will be coming back next year!

The main attractions for us were the location, gym and pool/facilities. Location was fantastic, gym and pool were great and virtually empty when we were there, but the steam room and Jacuzzi were out of order - overall it was really good and Piotr was excellent both before and during our stay.

Very comfortable stay at Piotrs apartment. It really is a lovely place, I was there in winter but I would imagine the balcony to be very useful in summer with that beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with all the essentials we required during our stay. The kitchen had modern appliances which were easy to use. The only thing I would have improved is the lighting of the place, personally I like a bright room so the lighting was a little too dim for me. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Amazing! From the host to the apartment! The host was very helpful and was quick to respond if you have any questions. I didn't need to contact him at all during my stay only to let him know of my check out, because everything you will ever need and want is available in the apartment, it's cozy yet elegant and has an amazing view from a big balcony. The entertainment you have access to through the smart tv, the comfortable bed too that you just don't want to get out of at all and so much more! Just a refreshingly clean apartment. It's in the middle of everything, can get to everywhere you need by walking. Never used transport as the location is perfect and everything is around. Definitely have plans of going back to Nottingham and I would not think twice about where I'd want to stay!

Host is nice and helpful. The apartment is clear and tidy. It is big enough for couple to stay. And there is a wonderful Nottingham city view at the balcony.

Ben made us feel welcome straight away by greeting us outside the apartment before taking us in to show us around. He then left us to get settled, any questions we had we were able to reach him on his mobile and he was happy to help! Overall perfect stay! Lovely well furnished home which has a real "homely" feel to it. Will definitely be staying again!
