Our HOLIDAY APARTMENT MAK is located in Neustift in the Ausserrain district, in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains. We are in the middle of the valley and have an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain tours and to the ski areas in the Stubai. I am a connoisseur of our homeland. I am happy to give my guests information on leisurely hikes to many summit tours, skiing, ski tours or snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking or beautiful excursion destinations.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, away from the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

The location of the accommodation is ideal as a central starting point for various destinations and activities in the Stubaital. The centre of Innsbruck is about 18km from Fulpmes. As a mountain-loving Stubaier, we are happy to give you tips and recommendations for planning your leisure activities and thus make a holiday according to your ideas possible.

I also rent an room with bathroom and private access on the ground floor, which can be combined. Prices INCLUDE city tax €2.80 per night per person.
