Cottage on Åsen

Small cottage with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here there is a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice ride, a bit heavy for some lots. Recommend to go up before dark. Remember good shoes and warm clothes. On top of that, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Idyllic annex in scenic surroundings, with stunning views of Hallingdal. The annex is located by itself on the outskirts of farm. Great hiking possibilities in both summer and winter. The distance to Solseter with marked trails is 1 km. Golsfjellet is a mile away. The cottage consists of kitchen w/wood stove +2 hotplates, bathroom with shower cubicle and fire toilet, loft and living room with double sleeping couch. Heated with wood and electricity. It is possible to rent bed linen for 75 kr per set. Private parking outside the cabin.

Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter, but I can be of assistance if conditions for your 2-wheel drive are rough. Bed sheets and towels included!

Welcome to our lovely Norwegian cabin in the mountains less than 2,5 hours from Oslo. The cabin is situated on Nesfjellet mountain, 15 minutes from the town of Nesbyen. The area offers a wide array of activities in both summer and winter. We are amid the slopes of Nesbyen Alpin. The area is also widely known for its excellent cross country possibilities. During summer, the 9-hole golf course just down the road, and mountain bikers can enjoy some of the best routes in Norway!

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård. Huset er bygget i 1905 og har interiør fra århundreskiftet til ca 1970. Store, lyse og luftige soverom i 2.etasje. Kjøkken og stue med vedovn og kamin i 1.etasje. Huset ligger like ved Hallingdalselva med flotte bade- og fiskemuligheter. Du kan låne robåt eller kanoer. Vi snakker norsk, engelsk og spansk.

Own cottage at the top of Nesfjellet. 2h 30 min car from Oslo. Screened location, 1030 m. Magnificent view. Newly renovated interior w double bed (new mattresses) and sofa bed. Fireplace. Bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Kitchenette with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Heat in all floors. Electric car charger. 4G coverage. Great starting point for hiking, biking, alpine and cross country skiing. Only 80 m from machine-prepared ski slope.

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
