Very nice place to stay. The full floor apartment in Japanese style. Best location — near the center and main sights

Linens were clean and relieved. It is the best location for sightseeing. There is a big shopping street 1-2 minutes on foot and there is also a supermarket, so we could enjoy cooking at the counter kitchen. Be careful as the nearby parking lot is very expensive (especially on Saturdays and Sundays) because it is next to the Heiwa Park.

Great value, especially for the location!

Akira's place has everything you need for a pleasant short stay in Hiroshima. Reasonably priced, centrally located, has all the basic amenities and beyond - he had ear plugs, razors, and not to mention his own pocket-wifi to provide for the stay - coupled with his quick responses and the convenience of a self check-in and you have yourself a hassle-free trip. Some may find the space small, but that is oftentimes the Japanese reality in the bigger cities. We only stayed a short while so it suit our needs well. Thanks again Akira!

Best night sleep just when I needed it the most! The mattress was so comfortable and had such nice blanket options. The location was completely perfect and access to the bicycles (!!) ended up saving all 4 of us from going to bed with empty stomachs. We cruised downtown late night and had dinner and got to tour the area — all after 9 p.m. It was an unforgettable visit! Thank you!

Uta’s place was great. It was bigger than we expected, and very clean. We only stayed one night as we were visiting the Peace Park and Memorial Museum and we loved Uta’s place. Great location, only 5 min walk to the Peace Park and we loved the bikes that we were available to us too!

I went by car, but there were lots of coin parking around and the traffic valve was very good! The bath was beautiful and there were many amenities! I was grateful that there were many places to be plugged in because I stayed with multiple people! I want to use it again!

The room was clean and there were two convenience stores downstairs! It's not far to Heping Park. It can be reached in 10 minutes. After Heping Park, you will be on the pedestrian street of Hiroshima, Bentong! The price is very high, the landlord feedback is very timely, and the experience is very good!

I live in Hiroshima and this particular area is one of my favorites. There is a yummy sushi restaurant very close, Indian and Thai food. And a French Salon. Perfect!

This place was absolutely amazing. Easily better and cheaper than any hotel around. Comfortable beds, a good couch and a large bath make this a definite revisit place for me.

With cleanliness as shown in the photo, it is close to the Atomic Bomb Dome. I made a reservation the day before, but it was a smooth entry because I entered the room with a numeric keypad. Thank you for putting your luggage in advance.

The apartment is clean and as advertised. The lounge is a bit big so can be slightly tricky manoeuvring the luggage but generally it’s fine. It’s just opposite the street car and very close to Peace Park and a great bunch of restaurants that way. Would recommend and stay again if we came back :)

Super well located, very near the Peace museum. Arriving was very easy. Communication was on point. There is transportation available at 1 minute walk from the apartment.

司 Tsukasa’s place is walking distance from the centre of Hiroshima and easy to get to via the tram network. Everything we needed was inside the flat and there are local stores for you to grab any supplies. The lift was useful for the luggage we were carrying and a welcome change from many of the other properties we had rented in Japan. The bed is comfy so getting a good sleep is easy. Great choice for a couple of solo traveller exploring Hiroshima.

It was a very satisfying quality, including the location and cleanliness of the room. The care of the caretaker was very good and there was no worry.

Great location! Although it’s not close to the main station it is easy to get a tram or bus. Very close to the peace park and restaurants. Amazing ramen shop very close and a must visit(exit the door, turn right and right again) it’s called eight men.

Easy check in, decent internet speed and we were able to store our luggage while the place was being cleaned. Location was great and we appreciated the washer/dryer in the apartment.

In a great location, close to nearly everything in Hiroshima. Very well done interior. It's a 5 story walk up so make sure that's something you're okay with. Host provides English instructions for using the thermostat and the washing machine, which was much appreciated.

Simple but huge bunk-style bed boxes with plenty of room to store your luggage and everything else. Public space was plenty and clean as well. Beds were also very soft which is not always common in Japan. Until now my best hostel experience in Japan.

This place is situated perfectly for shopping in Hondori, visiting the A bomb dome and it's museums around and the Hiroshima palace. Access to o everything is simple and quick, and to top it off, the favilities (bathroom, shower, kitchen, washing) are first rate.

We spent two nights at Yoko’s apartment and it was perfect for us! We loved being able to walk to the peace museum (really interesting and a must-see in Hiroshima) and delicious food within walking distance. Thankyou Yoko!

Yoko is very responsive and will ensure that your stay at the apartment is as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself was in immaculate condition, with a lovely hot steamy shower and it is situated in a very convenient and safe spot.

It is located in the center of the urban area and a similar apartment next door. It is recommended to watch the navigation video issued by the host. The bathroom equipment is all new, and all the supplies are complete. At the same time, it has fixed WIFI and mobile WIFI, washing and drying, cooking utensils, sanitary cleaning appliances, everything you can think of, everything is clean and tidy. The hostel is incredible, so many nice touches, especially for book lovers. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Hiroshima. It is very well located, about a 10 minute walk to the peace park and very close to public transit. The owners have a small coffee shop next door which is also incredible!!

Two women used a private room for one night and two days. ◎ Close to the tram station ◎ Fashionable and clean ◎ Everyone is friendly, including couples, sons and pet dogs ◎ The cafe next door is also fashionable and delicious ◎ Good security ◎ Reasonable and very satisfied! The only thing that's hard to worry about is that there's no tissue. We think that area of room is enough unless it is big carry case. I want to use it again!

We left with two students and stayed in a room with a double bed only one night. Everything is very clean and comfortable, possibility to rent towels on site if you did not have them. The room and very small only the place for the bed a door tray and suitcases but it is perfect for a short stay and the location of the hotel and very convenient. Unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of the common area to eat but it had the very cozy area.

36Hostel is far beyond any other hostel I’ve stayed in! Very beautifully curated space throughout. The double room was just the right size, which is small— perfect for sleeping and spending most of your time around town! Common bathrooms and spaces were clean with soap, shampoo, etc. No complaints, I’ll be back here!

I am a frequent guest in the cafe and now it was my first time staying at the hostel. I know the owners well and they are such lovely people, that can only make your stay ten times better! Great and cool design, good books and heartwarming people. The hostel is super clean and well designed and thought through. You have to stay here if you are in Hiroshima. You will not regret it.:)

Very spacey and clean apartment. Close to smaller supermarkets such as 7/11 which was convenient for us. Instructions on how to check in/out were clear and the apartment was easy to find. The only downside would be the beds were on the floor, although this wasn’t difficult for us, it may be for other people (elderly, disabled etc). Thanks again for letting us stay at your home :-)

Masaki’s Place was a perfect place to stay in Hiroshima. It was well located and easy walking distance from various places to eat, main attractions, and the train station. The apartment was immaculate and very spacious. We were only there for one night but would have been very comfortable to stay longer. Great space; definitely recommend.

Masaki’s place is perfect! It’s super clean and stylish. The location is prime! Literally walking distance to everything (Hiroshima memorial park, Miyajima ferry, shopping district, etc.) The one thing I also like about Masaki, is she took the time and effort to write the instructions to the washing machine, heaters in English. I’ll definitely stay at her place again next time I come back

Absolutely loved this place! It is such an ideal location for Hiroshima since everything is within walking distance from this location. The space was large and comfortable for just me & my partner but more people would be just as comfortable. Checkin was easy, but the keyhole to get into the apartment building was finicky— not the hosts fault in any way. I would definitely stay at this location again whenever I am in Hiroshima.

Much, much better than I expected. The location is great, close to the main tourist spots and everything you need for a good stay (supermarket, bakery, cafeteria, cable car ...). The apartment itself is very comfortable and practical. If I can, I'll be back for sure!

The space is very interesting, it is close to the market, tourist attractions and there are some bars nearby. If you want to go to the region of bars and restaurants, just a 15min walk. We went in the winter, and the warm air worked very well. There is a small kitchen, which was quite useful. The washing machine is amazing, as we arrived in Hiroshima with few clean clothes, and we urgently needed to wash them. The owner provides the soap and instructions for using the machine in English, which helped a lot. I think the bed has had better days, but it hasn't compromised our nights of sleep. I recommend this space to everyone, especially for those looking for a little space, comfort and a good washing machine!

Close to street cars (trams) and park, quiet also

This place is tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle that you can feel relaxed. But just a short walk away to the great nightlife in the area. The interior is very clean and stylish. Even though it wasn't the most spacious place, it's just big enough for a single person or couple without feeling cramped. But that's to be expected in Japan. Thank you Yamamoto!

Great place to stay at! Has everything you would find at a hotel (microwave, water heater, mini fridge, etc...) and it’s located 15-20 minutes walking distance from the A Dome.

It was a pleasant stay at Yamamoto’s stylish and cozy flat, not to mention it’s very clean and tidy! The place is at a very convenient location in the heart of the city! Yamamoto is also a very helpful host!

There are many toll parking lots nearby, so you can use it by car. It was close to downtown Hiroshima and it was easy to use.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of a great little grocery store and within just minutes of several awesome restaurants. We were just 5 minutes walk away from the Atomic Dome and Peace Park, as well as to the ferry terminal for Miyajima Island. Everything in the apartment was sparkling clean and we had all the amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was in the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do in Hiroshima!

Hikaris apartement was a wonderful change from our cramped accommodation in Tokyo. Lots of space, Washing machine with English instructions and especially the location in Hiroshima - close to peace park and near the direct line to Miyajima saved us alot of time during our short visit. Hikari is a polite host who responds quickly to messages. The room was clean and spacious as shown in the photo and very comfortable. We stayed with a group of friends, but we were able to relax and spend time in the spacious living room. There are delicious bakeries, supermarkets, and Hiroshima-yaki shops nearby, and there are various shops within walking distance.

Walking distance to the peace park, downtown, walking distance, nearest station and big supermarket, Okonomiyaki, bakery and restaurant are very close and in a good location. We were able to spend comfortably in a very comfortable room. It is the entrance of the room as soon as you get off the elevator on one floor of the building. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The owner's lesson was quick and I felt very good.

A convenient place to stay in Hiroshima, a few blocks from the bus terminal, tram stops, stores and eateries. Safe and quiet building. Only evening sun reached our unit but it was full of light. It had comfortable space for two people—a bit tight for three or more in my opinion.

Walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is convenient because there is also a train stop nearby. I went to a nearby Okonomiyaki restaurant (name: Mitsu), but I was able to enjoy Hiroshima very deliciously. I will use it if I have the opportunity.

Takishi's place was very spacious, conveniently located, full of amenities, and an incredible. Out of the 20+ different AirBnB's I've stayed at in Japan, this one was by far the best.

A lovely spacious well equipped apartment- the biggest we have stayed in during our trip and with a sofa to sit on too! Everything that you might wish to see is within walking distance- from the Peace Museum to the Prefecture Art Gallery. The area has numerous restaurants and handy 7/11 and Lawson stores nearby. It is easy to reach from the tram stop from the station. Easy to walk into town for shopping or food. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. Any queries I had were replied to immediately by our host. Very happy.

This a lovely spacious apartment- bigger than all the ones we have stayed in on our trip- and even had a sofa to sit on! It is well equipped with a comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed. Takushi has provided little extras like tea, coffee for your stay. It is in a great situation, within walking distance of the main sites- close to the Peace Park but near enough to walk to the main streets of the town. There are convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants if you don’t want to walk into the centre of town. Takushi responded very quickly to all my emails, and provided excellent instructions to get to the apartment. We were glad to be able to stay an extra night.

Location was good and room was large.

A great space to stay for a trip to Hiroshima. Very spacious, lots of amenities. Plenty of shopping in the area, with ample access to transportation (subway and tram). The castle is also well within walking distance. The only drawback is the five flights of stairs up to the room, which tend to get smoky from the surrounding businesses. The room itself was smoke-free.

Amenity was prepared and there was a feeling of cleanliness and was very recommended. She said that she could leave the trash as it was and was saved. It was tough to climb to the 5th floor on the stairs, but there is no problem if you think it is a good exercise! ! ! ! !

This was the perfect accommodation for my family of four (parents plus 11 & 13 year old children). It was spacious, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. It was an easy bus ride and short walk from Hiroshima station. The location was fantastic: easy walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping and very close to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Would recommend to anyone who can carry their belongings up to the 5th floor.

The place was extremely clean and cozy. The Heater was a little trouble some to figure out but once that was understood it was a perfect place to stay

Good location but cheap

It was very close to the Atomic Bomb Dome, and a convenience store just got off my house. In front of me, I was able to enjoy it in a downtown area and an incredible location if I walked for 5 minutes on the main street. If the price is very cheap, the number of people is large and the sightseeing in Hiroshima is good, isn't it the best inn?

First, right next to Peace Memorial Park, open the window and you will see the Atomic Bomb Dome. "I came to Hiroshima!" There are many restaurants nearby, so it is not a problem to eat. Room was thoroughly cleaned and could be used comfortably. In addition, I felt hospitality, decorating plants and directing beds with kimono belts. In addition, it is a wonderful hotel that you will want to use.

Fantastic traditional little apartment in the most perfect/central location - ideal for exploring Hiroshima. The A-bomb dome was literally across the street. We all agreed the beds were some of the most comfortable we'd ever slept in! We never met the host but check in and check out were both straightforward with the key left onsite. Apartment is right next to a 7-11 which was perfect for the few provisions we needed while we were there. Note you can't leave your luggage in the flat once you've checked out. The best luggage store if you leave early is the central bus station. Large lockers are available there for 700 yen per day. You can catch the tram to it in 5 mins flat, then tram or walk back to the main attractions. Thanks Satoshi for a great stay.

I used it on my graduation trip. It was a wonderful house where even large groups could relax!

I was surprised that there were so many rooms. We used in winter, but there was kotatsu and was able to relax.

Ooshi was a lovely host, she responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we had both before and during our stay. The place was nice and clean, but the steep stairs are definitely something to take note of if you’re travelling with elderly or young children.

It was a fun old-fashioned house that could be enjoyed by a large number of people who successfully used a small space. In addition, everything from cleaning the room to making the beds was perfect, and it was very clean and easy to spend. I would also like to use it when coming to Hiroshima.

The location was good and beautiful!

As we only have three people, we stayed comfortably at the second floor. We loved the bedroom so much. We enjoyed our stay there in general . As we cooked dinner in the kitchen, it would be perfect if the dish detergent is a stronger one instead of the one for fruits and vegetables only.

Ooshi's place is in a great location. The 24 bus, only one minute away will take you quickly to the Peace Park, the train station or link you to all the other transport options. The house is spacious and very interesting from a historical perspective, especially upstairs which has lots of sliding partitions and a beautiful smell of cedar from the wood in the hallway. The house operates on three levels with steep stairs linking the floors. Each room has an individual A/C for heating and cooling, which work very well. Provided amenities are basic, but sufficient for a pleasant stay.

Location is good. 17 minutes walk to Xintiandi. It was a 15-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome.

Very easy, no fuss, get the whole place to yourself. Lots of nice food place nearby, Lawson's around the corner and right near a tram station. Also walking distance to the peace park.

The location was very good, close to Heiwa Park, and I was able to take a rest, taking all the facilities. I would like to use it again.

Tetsuji’s place is a very traditional japanese tatami house. You might have to get used to it, (Coming from a dutch traveller) but the place is cozy and great value.

We loved our stay here. Perfect for a single or couple. The location was incredible - close by within 5 minutes walk to everything you want to see such as the peace memorial, museum and shopping. Easy access to Hiroshima station via the street car stop near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, just a 5-10 min walk to most of the major attractions and easily accessible by public transport. Masa was super responsive before the trip and sent me additional information as well. Checking in was seamless, instructions were very clear. The place was quite small as expected for a place in Japan but all in all, a very comfortable and cosy stay for 2 people (can fit up to 3/4 comfortably!) Also, thank you for the recommendation of food/ places to visit - There’s a yummy okonomiyaki restaurant nearby the apartment ;)

My second stay at one of Masa’s properties was just as pleasant as the first one: great location in a quiet neighbourhood, only 5-10mn away from the Central Arcade and the action; bright, immaculate apartment (appeared to be brand new); clear instructions to get there and detailed procedures to facilitate life while being there; from microwave to tea-towel, nothing was missing; quick response to practical queries... Although we did not get to meet, I felt Masa was someone I could rely on in case of need. Where I will be staying on my next visit to Hiroshima is a no-brainer 😜😜😜

The location is very good, only two trams from the most lively place in Hiroshima, only 10-15 minutes walk. The nearest tram stop can be changed to Hiroshima Station and Miyajimaguchi. Although the room is not big, but the room, bedroom, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, toilet, washing machine are all available, the kitchen pots and pans and dishes are also very complete, even the seasonings and oil, really very intimate. There is also an oven and microwave, which is super invincible. Living here will have the feeling of going home. If you are tired, you can return home very conveniently. It is very suitable for travel and you can quickly fill up the electricity and continue the next day! Very recommended!

Great cozy apartment, it is near to the best locations to visit in Hiroshima! Even if it is quite small, it has all you would need to have a pleasant experience!

Our hosts provided thorough, easy-to-understand instructions on how to get to their apartment, which made checking in a breeze. The apartment is located close to the peace park, streetcar station, convenience store, and many delicious restaurants. I'd recommend limiting your party to 2 adults though as the futons were the thinnest we've slept on in Japan. The bed was great though!

Haru’s place was the first stop of our 11 days trip in Japan and the place turned out to be the best that we ever stayed. We stayed 2 nights here and are very impressed with details provided. Location is as per described and is less than 5 min walk to the A-dome. The place is equipped with every little details you can imagined to be comfortable in a home. Needless to say that the space is sparkling clean and with 3 bedrooms, the space is spacious for the four of us. Easy access to the streetcars with 7-11 and Family Mart nearby. There is a supermarket nearby, less than 10mins walk where you can get your food supplies if you wish to prepare your own meals. Sogo Departmental Store is under 10 mins walk and to the Hiroshima station is about 20-25 mins. Overall, I would recommend Haru’s place without hesitation.

I was able to spend very comfortably with more facilities than expected. Usability and amenities like a regular hotel. Check-in was easy and smooth. I want to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Good location, easy to find, very close to central area and tourist spots. However, the beds are partial Japanese, and people with bad legs and feet are not convenient to get up. Although there is an elevator, there is still a steep staircase from the entrance on the first floor to the elevator entrance on the second floor. Overall it is very satisfactory. The host responded extremely quickly! awesome

Nao's apartment was the perfect stay for my brother and me during our trip to Hiroshima. The place was very clean and the check-in was easy because we got all details in advance. In case of questions, we got an answer from Nao almost immediately. I would highly recommend this place for everyone, who wants to stay in Hiroshima for a couple of days!

This place was great. Walking distance from the Memorial Park Museum and with many little restaurants around. The check in was very easy and smooth with Nao’s directions and he always answered my messages. The apartment was clean, tidy, cozy and had all the amenities you might need. As almost all air bnb in Japan it is a small place but we could place oue two big luggages with no problem.

Nao is an awesome host! The room is exactly what is listed, really clean with no unpleasant surprises. He is an excellent communicator, replying really fast and even provides concise, clear instructions on how to check in and out. We had no trouble at all! The location is great too. We had a fantastic stay at Nao’s place in Hiroshima. The apartment is in an amazing location, within 10 minutes walk from the peace park with a supermarket and shops 5 minutes walk away. The check in process was easy and the apartment was sparkling clean, with great wifi, a little fridge and kitchenette and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Hiroshima.

It was a spacious and clean room that was much larger than expected. Since it was a building with a yakitori shop, I guessed it would be difficult to imagine the room as shown in the photo from the exterior, but it was a hotel that exceeded expectations. We had you prepare amenity properly for the number of people and were able to spend very comfortably. Thank you very much.

There was no parking, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds are very large, two in two rooms, and eight people can sleep slowly. Other than that, there was a mattress, and the sleeping environment was very nice.

We had a great stay! Everything looks slightly retro, but we loved it. A very cozy place to relax with a convenience store around the corner and a railway station only a 2 min walk away!

It was a very good location, close to Hiroden station and close to the bus stop. A lot of bath towels were prepared and I was very comfortable in the room as shown in the picture.

The rooms are very clean and easy to use. The amenities and cooking utensils were all available, so there was no particular problem with my stay. Access is also perfect!
