Kühlschrank, ein Herd mit zwei Kochplatten, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Geschirr, um kleine Malzeiten zu bereiten sind vorhanden. Im Souterrain liegt die Garage, über die man hineingeht, und ein Bad mit eingebauter Sauna. Die Südterrasse ist mit Liegen und einem Tisch mit Stühlen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig.

Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you.
