The apartment has an amazing view, possibly the best in the country! It was lovely and has everything you could need. Perast is also a great base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Nela was very helpful and her comprehensive email guide was invaluable. We loved it!

Fantastic location, right on the waterfront of Perast, with boats to the islands on the doorstep. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, with a lovely, very large balcony where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Nela was a great host, very attentive and responsive, and provided a wealth of information to make our stay even more enjoyable. Very sad to leave!

From our first contact with Nela we were treated with great care. Every message was promptly replied to Nela made us feel confident that we were in good hands. We were! The apartment was very well represented in the photos. It is a perfect studio, and the downstairs bath ideal use of the space. The terrace is obviously the highlight of Nela's Apartment! We LOVED our view and enjoyed the friendly Boatmen's banter below as tourist paid their short visit to "Our" lovely town and islands. While not secluded, we enjoyed sitting, quiet hidden, on the terrace as the visitors past below. According to our new friend Nikola (Boatman) Nela has The Best Terrace in town! We agree!.. Perast itself is indescribably charming with a surprisingly large amount of restaurants to choose from (at least during the season). There is only one small grocery shop, but larger can be found quite close in Risan and Kotor. You won't regret staying at Nela's!

Our stay in Perast in Nelas apartment was as great as it could be. We very much enjoyed the terrace with a perfect view, and the silence in the village at night. At daytime there was plenty of bus tourists coming to se the village for a short period of time, and they all walked in big groups in front of the apartment. We didnt care so much about them, as the terrace is a bit up from the ground and its difficult for people on the ground to have a look in and up. It was just good entertainment. Perast have several good restaurants and the locals are super friendly. We had a swim just in front of the terrace on the other side of the road. No beach, but a kind of molo with stairs. Even better! As mentioned, Perast is a quiet village. We enjoyed it a hundred percent. With that said: not a place if you are looking for party all night long. Nela was a super host, the best. We never met her, but had contact via Viber during the whole stay. She gave us tips for what to see and do, and helped out immideately with things regarding the apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Nela's apartment for five days in June. Communication with Nela was excellent throughout the booking process. We arrived during a freak thunderstorm and had to be diverted to Dubrovnik. Transport around Perast was difficult because of the amount of rain that was falling and some roads were flooded. This might have been a very fraught experience but Nela was constantly in touch by text, giving advice and organising a taxi to pick us up. She really couldn't have been more helpful or considerate and I cannot praise her too highly. During our time there we met four of her representatives who were all kind, pleasant and professional. Perast is a beautiful small town with about six cafes strung along the waterfront. It is situated in an extraordinarily picturesque setting looking across a bay towards two small islands and surrounded by mountains. This is the view from the apartment's terrace and it really is breathtaking by both day and night- and especially at dusk. The terrace is what this apartment is about. There cannot be a better view in Perast and it is hard to tear yourself away from just gazing dreamily ahead. There are a lot of day trippers going past but they are slightly below you and we didn't find it a problem at all. The apartment itself is quite small with some quirky features and it could feel a bit cramped if it was necessary to stay inside. It was well equipped, though. The bathroom is down a flight of stairs and has a washing machine. The wifi worked fine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is all about the outside rather than the inside and the description of it as having extraordinary views is absolutely accurate.

We had a brilliant stay at Ali's big apartment with a great view on the sea. The place is central and within 5-10 minutes walking distance from central Ulcinj and the Old Town, yet quiet and a bit away from the main noise.

We stayed in this apartment in the final week of June and the first week of July and I would happily return. The apartment is comfortable and we loved the large private terrace with its beautiful sea view. I especially liked the outdoor kitchen, I wish more holiday apartments had this feature. Everything was within walking distance. Ali's family are charming, especially his mother, and they could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We didn't have a car and Ali even took us to the local beauty spots! Ali is passionate and informative about Ulcinj, and was always easy to contact if we needed anything. Ali, many thanks to you and your family for your amazing hospitality, (especially for the gifts of homemade cheese and wine) I hope we will stay with you again!

Ali was a wonderful host! He gave us recommendation for places to visit and eat. Given the season, some of them were not open but the one restaurant we did manage to go to was indeed very good. The accommodation was well appointed and very clean. Though we didn't cook with the outdoor kitchen, it was very pleasant to enjoy our morning cup of tea on the covered outdoor terrace. Definitely recommend Ali's place to others visiting Ulcinj.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and located close to restaurants and the old town. There's also a parking space for a car in front of the house and a small grocery store just around the corner. We really enjoyed the balcony with an outdoor kitchen and a sea view. Ali greeted us upon arrival and gave us lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Ulcinj. The apartment had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was situated in a calm area but close to everything. The outdoor kitchen and the terrass was very beautiful. Ali helped us with great tips on what to see and what to do- and how we could go to Tirana the best way when it was time to leave.

This is a fantastic place to stay, however it was a bit different than we expected. This is a suite in a 10 room hotel with a restaurant at the bottom, not the entire home like we thought. And the rooms are a bit smaller than the photos led us to believe. However, it is right on the water with stair access into the sea, which in the summer would be fantastic. Unfortunately, we were there a bit early and it was too cold to swim (late April). The beach is a paved beach, so think concrete and umbrellas not sand. The water and the cove here are stunningly beautiful. The view from the suite's balcony is the best part of the property. Dragan, Vladimir's father, was a delight to meet and we even had the pleasure of dining with him one evening at the restaurant onsite. Great fish, fun family atmosphere, and beautiful location.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. This is the best place I have stayed in. It's got a magnificent view of the sea. The beach has really nice water. The food in the restaurant was also good.

We absolutely loved our stay- what an amazing location! We were made to feel so welcome by Vladimir's parents, who were so lovely and friendly, We ate each night at their restaurant below the apartment and the food was absolutely delicious (fish fresh from the catch that morning!) and very well priced. The view from the balcony was stunning and we very much enjoyed watching the sun drop into the sea at the end of the day. The apartment was very clean on arrival and there was even a maid who came each day of our stay. Overall we had such a fantastic time and are already thinking of returning to Montenegro next summer - what a beautiful country!

Unfortunately there was no cooker so you have to adjust to eating at the restaurant , which turned out to be very tasty. Unfortunately there was no air-con in the second room so it was to hot to sleep in it.

It is good place, smaller than the pictures, but really neat and cozy.

My two friends and I thought the mushroom was really unique and fun. It snowed massively over night and the hosts were amazing and cleared the paths and driveways, and let us know that the main road to Podgorica was closed and they we should take a different route. However, we only syayed for one night, and we didn't really think the space was big enough for 3 people to stay. We also thought the towels very small.

There was a little mistake at our arrival, the mushroom we had booked for 2 nights was also booked from another website ! But our guest proposed an acceptable solution, we had 1 night in another nice apartment at half price and 1 night in the mushroom which is wonderful ! They also offered juice and coffee and their knowledge of the region, telling us the good restaurants, where to go (URL HIDDEN) everything was fine after all !

Firstly, thank you Ali for all your help! You were a hero of the night when we arrived. After sunset the town was heavily crowded, we lost our way and were standing in a narrow street where there was no way forward nor going back, cars were everywhere around us. By then a 14-hour journey had been behind us, my 3-year old daughter couldn’t wish more than we arrived finally and have a good sleep at our accommodation. Ali was so friendly and kept the contact with us by phone. He found us in the city centre and led us on a more car friendly way to the accommodation. Refreshments were offered when we arrived at night. And it is this thoughtfulness and care that accompanied our stay during the week. To the extent that I love: politely, but not annoyingly. When we asked about good beaches, reastaurants, sights to see in Ulcinj we got useful recommendations. There are very different opinions about beaches and places in Montenegro. But if you know where it is worth going you will come home with pleasant experiences. If you appreciate neat and clean rooms and a host I described above, I can highly recommend Ali and his family.

We spent great time at the apartment. We went to Ulcinj at the end of september. All the memories of this place and especially of Ali and his family are fantastic! Actually first impression was not so good. Rooms (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) seemed too small. But we quickly got used to it and started to feel there like home very soon. Ali's parents were careful about us and treated us with delicious sweets and fruits. Ali is responsive person. He made a list of places we should visit and showed us surroundings. Moreover they have a gorgeous dog named Fuffy!!! Location is stunning! It's very calm and quiet, but at the same time it's close to the sea and city center. So, we strongly recommend you to choose this apartment!

It was really a very nice appartment in the middle of the city of Ulcinj. Great location for going out in the world evening and going to the beaches near to Ulcinj. Very friendly hosts and we especially loved the outside kitchen. Vers nice place to spend holidays and really great place to go kitesurfing (15min with the car). Very tidy and beautiful appartments!

Ali and his family were wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Even though our bus was an hour late, Ali was waiting for us at the bus station, and his father brought us back to the bus station when we departed. Ali and his family life in the upstairs unit, so they were available if we needed anything during our stay. The apartment is newly renovated and is very clean. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the beach is a short 5 minute walk (lots of stairs, but that's normal for most apartments in the area), and there is a small grocery store and cafe very close. We would definitely stay here again!

Ali was a really cool host, and had plenty of time for us even after we arrived. He also sent us a list of things to do in the town and surrouding area, and helped us with our queries about travelling to Shkoder. The flat we stayed in was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the parking was very convenient too. It's a really short walk down to the main plaza - highly recommend this place to anybody staying in Ulcinj.

It was fantastic to stay at breathtaking flat. You may easily reach there by taking taxi brom main bus station. It takes 2 € or you may walk 15 minutes by along the sea side to Muo neighbor. If you take a taxi you should say "Muo Vista" to cab driver. Natasha and his family members are very friendly and helpfull to during the stay. I highly recomend this flat.

Beautiful bay views! Great location just out of the old town only 15 mins easy walk to the old town. Everything is new and in great condition with excellent furniture. Very comfortable place to stay. Hosts helped out immediately when the internet wasn't working but after a quick restart everything worked fine.

The location has benefits and negatives. The benefit is you truly cannot get a better view of Kotor Bay. It is absolutely gorgeous and the balcony is a perfect location to bask in the natural beauty of the town. The negative is that you have to make a 20 minute hike to get there. You are able to get a taxi, but unless you are able to contact the host to get one for you, they may have difficulty finding the place. The inside was gorgeous and well lit, allowing natural sunlight to bask the interior which is luxurious and well decorated. We were worried based on some of the reviews that contacting the host would be difficult, but the Montenegro Traveling Agency was very good at responding. And if you do not have a phone to use in the country, download Viber or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to make communication easier. The host was even kind enough to give us a lift back to the bus station on departure.

We didn't actually meet darja & ranko in person, but instead ranko's sister Radmila, who was great!! Even though are bus was very late, and we came in the middle of the night, she welcomed us in the best of ways. Would love to come back!

Aleksandar has a beautiful apartment. The interiors are very meticulously made. I really loved every bit of the apartment. The location of the apartment is very convenient . It is about a 10 minutes walk from the main entrance of the old town. It is around 3 minutes from a beautiful cafe and a 4 minutes walk from restaurant Galion. Had a wonderful time at the apartment. Aleksandar was very helpful and the check-in was really smooth. I will definitely recommend Aleksandar's place for a memorable stay in Kotor.

Great spacious apartment with modern appliances and updated bathrooms. Location is excellent, only a 10 minute walk over to the Old Town. There is even a grocery store about 5 minutes down the street, so easy to cook at the house. Aleksandar was a great host, he even picked me up at the bus station and then dropped me off at the bus station when it was time for me to go. And, the bus station is really close, definitely within walking distance - so that was above and beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great and Alex is a fantastic host. It was a perfect base from which to see Kotor and the surrounding area. Alex picked me up at the bus stop and had great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. He was friendly and gracious and always available. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the old city, 5 minutes from restaurants and a market. It's clean and new with good WiFi and nicely appointed with all the basic amenities. Great shower/water pressure. I hope to make it back to kotor and if I do I will stay here again.

This flat is in a wonderful location. Right next to a supermarket and a couple of minutes walk from the old town and the sea. The flat is spacious and looks like the pictures. The bedroom light didn't work when we arrived but Marijana fixed it the following day. Marijana was friendly and good at communicating.

Marijana is a really nice hostess. The appartement is really cute , clean, spacious and functional. Bed is really comfortable. Looks exactly like the pictures. Good location. Just 5 minutes from the old town and next to the shopping center. A bit far from the main bus station, I would say 20 minutes walk. The only thing was that there is construction next door and they start working at 6:30am ... I know that its out of Marijana's control but as someone else said if you want to sleep in the morning its good to know... Except for this , everything was perfect and I would totally recommend this place !

The flat is very nice, right in front of the old town's walls, a 5 mins walk from the main gate. It is in a very quiet position, yet very close to a big shopping centre. Everything is clean, newly renovated, and well equipped. The flat is on the first floor. It has a double bedroom and a sofa/folding bed in the living room, where also the kitchenette is located. We met Marijana and her family and neighbours at different times: all were extremely nice and helpful, and gave us useful advice. Highly recommended place for groups of 2-3 people visiting Kotor.

This was a great stay for us in Kotor! There are two bedrooms with comfy beds, and they provided a bottle of wine for our stay. The hosts were very helpful and kind.

I would definitely stay here again- great location in the heart of old town and close to the beach. Great modern, clean and large apartment. Air con was nice and cold after a really hot day. We were able to check in early and drop off our bags and the host was very helpful in providing suggestions around the time. Had a great time here!

This is a fantastic place in a great location within the walls of the old city fort of Kotor. The apartment is extremely spacious with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, a kitchen, fridge and full bathroom with washing machine. Zdravko was waiting for me even though I didn't arrive until late in the day. He gave me a map of the city, gave me idea's of what to do and when and answered any other questions I had. The apartment is right above the office you meet at. I did walk right past the office though since I was looking for a place called "Kotor Apartment" whereas the sign reads "Apartments Kotor" I believe. Anyway, its a small office with a small brown sign in an alleyway that you are looking for. The apartment is on the third floor at the eastern end of the town so it is easy to get to. You can park your car for free on the nearby streets outside the town. Zdravko sent a map and pictures of where to park and it was fairly easy to walk from this place and into the town. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. I slept very well, and even though there was music playing outside, I was able to get the room fairly quiet when shutting the windows and shutters.

The apartment is clean and functionally equipped. It is located in the south part of old Kotor which is more quiet than the north part (still there is a pizzeria and a youth hostel downstairs around the corner so sleeping with open windows in the main room that leads to the front might be not 100% for sound- or smell-sensitive people). The main room is equipped with air condition, the bedroom and the bathroom aren't (which wasn't a problem for us). Keko set out a bottle of local wine for us and send us a map showing free parkings around the old town of Kotor which was really helpful! (You have to walk about 10 minutes to the apartment from outer parkings as there are no cars in the old center). You might want to know that the "small private terrace" is rather the top of the stairways leading to the apartment. In comparison to other towns in the Kotor bay, Kotor old town in general as well as the apartment in particular is a little pricey.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment, enjoying the short trip to Kotor and the Jetti at the front of the property which was ideal for sunbathing and frequent plunges into the clear water of the bay. The flat was very clean and tastefully decorated with nothing left to be desired! Highly recommended and in a great location to see the sights of Kotor. Views across to the old town from the living room are particularly good!

We felt extremely welcomed into this apartment. The building is beautiful and the view out of the main windows was out of this world. Located opposite the old town, the stone apartment wasn't too far from anything and it was a nice area to walk around and explore. Parking was plentiful and the neighbours were very sociable and willing to help. We would recommend speaking to the neighbours and asking for Josep's boat tour, as him and his uncle have a small boat and they offer a private tour of the bay with excellent stories of the area. The apartment benefited from a gas cooker and underfloor heating, which was a nice touch.

The Stonehouse was lovely and worth the money. One can't help feeling comfortable and like beeing home. It was definitely one of the best apartments we have been to, very clean and spacious. The House is located in Muo, we had to walk 20 Minutes to Kotor. When you want to go home late you shout take good care on the street or better take a taxi. There was a public parking lot in front of the house, which was full once. We didn't meet Dusanka, but her neighbor let us in and helped us, when the parking lot was full. Definitely recommended!

Arguably one of the most gorgeous apartments my girlfriend and I have stayed in. As per the photos the apartment is rustic/stone with white furnishings - what the photos don't show is that when you look through the stone windows you see the clear blue of kotor bay right in front of you. It was a pretty amazing sight every time we walked into the living room. The apartment was also clean, modern, cool with air conditioning etc. In terms of location if you are staying in Kotor bay I couldn't recommend it higher. It's down the far side of the bay which means there is only a small single road running past the apartment making it very quite. There is only this small road which separates the apartment from the bay which you can go swimming in from right outside the apartment. The bay is also cleaner with very few boats as compared to the other parts of the bay. The old town with all the restaurants is a 5 minute (2 euro) taxi or 20 min walk. We certainly preferred being slightly removed from it. Finally Dusanka was a really easy host and although she wasn't there she had arranged for her neighbour to be on hand if we needed anything. If we end up in that part of the world (and I hope we do) we would love to stay there again.

This stonehouse appartement is a very cosy place with a great view on the bay of Kotor. The appartment has spacious rooms with aircondition and is very clean. The wifi worked really well. Muo is a good place to stay it is only 5 min away from Center of Kotor by Car. This appartement was one of our highlights on our Balkan Tour and we can really recommend it.

We didn't meet Dusanka but her neighbors, Danka and Goran, were very helpful. Although, Dusanka was very responsive via email. The place looks exactly as posted. The view of the bay from the front window is amazing. Since we were staying during the off-season, it was a little colder and the place does not have heat but we had plenty of blankets to keep us warm. Slippers are nice to have in the morning. It's about a 25 minute walk to Old Town which we didn't mind. And if you don't mind navigating the narrow road with two way traffic. It's quite exciting. There is a bus that seems to run frequently.

We had an excellent time at Dusnka's beautiful flat. The location was perfect, on the bay of kotor and a nice 30m walk into old town kotor. We loved the stone work inside the apartment and the amazing seaside views from the living room. The flat was immaculately clean and perfectly comfortable. Dusanka was a great host, arranging parking for us and giving us laundry detergent. There is a tasty konoba (local restaurant) just up the road and small markets nearby. We loved it!!

Amazingly renovated flat in old town Kotor that combines modern touches and traditional details. Expertly appointed with all of the basics one might need. Lazar and his wife were very gracious and welcoming hosts. They met us promptly upon arrival to provide ideas about how to spend time in Kotor, got us situated, and also helped us upon checkout by arranging a cab to the airport. Conveniently located near a local cafe/bar and the fortress steps. Highly recommended!

This place is perfect for a couple who wants to be in the very center of the old town when they step out the front door. We had an excellent stay with our two kids, although the studio is really perhaps better suited for 2 people. We didn't mind the sound level at all and things quieted down already at 11pm (no night clubs in the near vincinity). Many thanks also to the hostess Danijela who was very kind and helpful when we arrived at 11pm (much later than we had announced!) We hope to come back in the not too distant future.

We had a fantastic time at this apartment! It was right in the heart of the old town on the corner of a gorgeous little square. There was a small supermarket 30meters away and several restaurants right at our doorstep. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything you could possibly need for a stay including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a wonderful terrace in which to enjoy breakfast. A bonus was that the apartment is located on the stairs which lead to the fortress walk - an absolute must if you are in Kotor - so access to the walk is simple. Our host was fantastic - we were really late arriving and she had organised to leave the key with a contact downstairs, so we had no problem accessing the apartment. She checked up on us later that evening to make sure we had everything and gave us brilliant recommendations for things to do in the local area. I would absolutely recommend staying in this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Lazar and Danijela's apartment. The room is spacious and well equipted. The location in the old town is very central. It takes ten minutes to walk to the bus station and five minutes to a grocery store. Everything worked very well except for the wifi which disappeared for a few minutes from time to time. Luckily Lazar had warned us about that. Lazar was extremely welcoming and helpful right from the start. He came to meet us when we arrived and went trough the old town map with us. He gave really good tips on which busses to take etc. He was also very responsive during our stay and kindly adviced us again with busses. We had thought about renting a car to go up to the mountains but Lazar offered to drive us up to Lovcen for a very reasonable fee instead. He was very friendly and informative during the trip and waited patiently whenever we stopped to take pictures. We could not have been more happy with the trip to Lovcen. The only problem we had was the noice coming from the restaurant outside. The restaurant right belov the windows has a television outside and the people were usually noisy till midnight at least. In the morning the church bells woke us up qt seven. Still, we were very happy with our stay.

The apartment is fantastically positioned to experience the atmosphere of the old town in Kotor. You are also very well placed to explore the whole bay of Kotor and get away to quieter spots. The bells ring frequently but add to the charm and don't start too early!! Loved the stone walls in the appartment, the views into the square and you had everything you needed. Lazar was quick to respond to communication and meeting for arrival went very well. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lazar is a very friendly and communicative person. The Aparment is just like seen on Fotos well equipped and designed. Everything is clean and easy to handle. The only unpleasant thing is that there is a bar under the Apartment where locals like to sing old famous songs loud as they can. So better don´t try to sleep before 1.

We were very happy with our stay in Nikic´s apartment. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Andrijana (who was extremely helpful with all questions prior to arrival), but we were more than well taken care of by Andrijana´s younger sister Mina and Mrs Nikic. Mina even took the time to accompany me to the doctor late on night, and come a long to a pedicure appointment at an address we would not have found without her. A super sweet family who would do anything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Mrs Nikic gave us a home made treat one day and always provided fresh towels. When we needed help getting bus tickets for Croatia, Mrs Nikic went and bought the tickets herself in case the staff did not speak English. The view is breathtaking and it is a nice and quiet neighbourhood very close to the local bus which takes you to Budva and beyond. The apartment looks exactly like you see in the photos. It is not that easy getting from the road to the entrance of the apartment, but the family will let you go through their apt if you need to. We had a gread stay at Adrijana's apartment. She wasn't there, but her family welcomed us very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The appartment is nice with a huge terace (amazing view over Sveti Stefan) and you'll find there everything you need.

The host was very communicative until we arrived. She is overseas and leaves onsite admin to family members, who live directly above the apartment. There were a number of issues that left us feeling like we had totally wasted our money: 1. On arrival, her sisters/friend asked us to park sideways in the allocated parking space as the post/chain was bent and they could not release it. This should have been checked beforehand. Later this evening her mother interrupted or rest after our long drive and told us to move the car from where we had earlier been instructed to park. Clearly, the communication with her family was non-existent and this disturbed our first evening. 2. The condition of the apartment inside was not great. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling in the corner of the bathroom, the handles on the kitchen drawers were loose (two fell off) and the blinds in the living room were broken. These basic maintenance issues are unacceptable. If you look carefully beside the bed/bedside cabinet you'll see that nobody has properly cleaned/dusted the bedroom for weeks. 3. The balcony is overlooked by the upstairs family residence - there is basically no privacy whatsoever and therefore this did not feel like a comfortable place to relax. 4. The host offered us a transfer to the airport for €45. Local taxi firms in Podgorica offer this service for €25, so the family are totally ripping you off if you use this service - beware! 5. On the second day we returned after a long, hot bus trip to Kotor and all we wanted was a cold drink, a shower and to head down to the local beach. When we arrived back to the apartment, the key didn't work. We tried for 10 minutes in 35 degree heat to open the door before messaging her sister. She said she was aware of issues with the lock and her other sister was upstairs and would come down. 5 minutes later an elderly man who understood no English came down and spent 20 minutes trying to open the door. Finally, the other sister appeared and tried for 20 minutes to open the door, before finally calling a maintenance guy - we had already waited for 55 minutes in the heat. This guy used another key to open the door, then promptly closed it again - 10 minutes later it was open again and the sister and the guy disappeared without a word. So now we had access to the apartment but no way of securing the door. We chilled for s bit as we were just so happy to be inside with aircon. We sent a message to the sister 1 - can we have a key please? Sister 2 came back with the key (this was now 3 hours of our day wasted). I noticed that there was another key for a separate door in the second bedroom. Therefore I asked them just to lick the...

This could not have been more lovely! The apartment is perfect - exactly as depicted in the photos with a gorgeous terrace and a stunning view over Sveti Stefan. And Andrijana's family is absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful and they provided us with everything we could possibly need or want for our stay - they even brought us a feast for Easter Sunday! And homemade sherry and other treats. I loved this place and will definitely be back - thanks so much for a great stay!

I don't think I've ever experienced a view remotely similar to that of Andrijana's terrace. Picture 5 adults staring for minutes at Sveti Stefan, in the evening sky, none of us able to mumble a word. Everything else is simply non-relevant. PS: I must add though the kindness of Andrijana's family.

We had a wonderful stay at Sveti Stefan. We liked the apartment – the absolute highlight is the big terrace with an amazing view over the bay. The apartment is perfectly located to reach the quiet natural beaches, which are a 15 min walk away. Andrijanas family was most welcoming and very helpful. A truly a beautiful place for a holiday!

Despite some minor issues our stay was perfect. Apartment is really good, fully equipped with all necessary stuff. It also has big balcony with a great sea view, You just can't compare that to tiny hotel rooms:) (Look through photos - apartment looks exactly like on them). Andrijana and her family are really nice and hospitable people. If we were having any problems Andrijana was always available by phone and if not her than somebody from her family or even neighbors were always there to assist us. I would definitely recommend this place and Sveti Stefan on whole for everyone who's looking for quiet vacation without noisy entertainment and crowded seafront.

Very nice apartment, which offers a great view of Sveti Stefan from the large terrace. Our host was very friendly and helpful, he greeted us with a welcome drink. Close to the main road along the entire coast, this property allows easy access to Budva or Petrovac.

Perfect place to stay in kotor! Sava picked us up from the bus and was the best host we have had in all our years using airbnb!! Very friendly, full of information (provided maps etc) and gave good restaurant recommendations. The apartment is great! Very spacious with a washing machine, easy 10-15 min walk to the old town and beautiful view of the whole old town and fortress wall, cliffs etc. We would recommend to everyone. Sava and the house are great!!!

What a beautiful place to stay. I loved it. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with art. The view from my window was spectacular. Postcard perfect. The apartment is on the other side of the bay from the old town, but it's a pleasant walk. It costs 2 euros in a taxi and Sava can call a taxi for you, but I only took a taxi once because I enjoyed the views as I walked and all the locals smiled and greeted me as I passed. Sava can answer any of your questions and he was there to help whenever I needed something. He even made time to be my personal photographer when I wanted some photos taken with the stunning scenery in the background. I was travelling alone but the apartment would be great for a group of friends too. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Sava is a great host - very friendly and approachable and able to help us out with any questions we had. Apartment is great for families - loads of space, good kitchen, tortoises in the garden, beautiful clean water to jump into just at the end of the pier. We are missing it! Muo is a great place to stay if you want to be a little away from the bustle of Kotor itself... we found it a nice distance to walk into the town and back for an evening meal. We had a great stay here and are already thinking about when we can come back! Thanks Sava.

Sava received us with open arms. He made us feel welcome. He went through the apartment with us and explain how things work. We were taken by the wonderful views and proximity to the water. Sava said that if we were thinking of something was just contact and we did daily. It could be anything from proposals for excursions to help with the barbecue. He was always there.

We had a great 9 days staying at House 44 in the bottom flat. The location is amazing with beautiful views of the bay and Kotor, though there is a certain amount of noise at night which comes from cruise ships docking and parties in the old town. The flat itself has all you need. The plumbing is a bit basic but the garden is lovely, and comes with very endearing tortoises. Sava was super-helpful on arrival and also helped us to find an opthalmologist when I had eye problems. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. The road in front gets a bit crowded at times so driving can be a bit stressful. But you can walk out of your door and dive straight into the bay (or walk into Kotor), which is fabulous!

Hi, we spent our summer vacation with family of Redzepagic this year. We found accomodation thanks to Elma,but actually we lived in the house of her parents, Fajzo and Elmira. They treated us as good friends and met us. Fejzo provided transfer for us from Tivat to Ulcinj and backwards. They showed us the city,as well as recommended what to see and where to eat, and also took us to the Great Beach, etc. Our hosts are intelligent people with great sense of humour. It was a pleasure to talk with them while we wined and dined. What concerns accommodation, it was in good condition. There are apartments and patio and all are in good condition, and fully (URL HIDDEN) the way, it occurred to be better than in the description of the house. There was also an electric grille in the patio, which was very convenient for cooking meat. Redzepagic’s family became our friends, and we hope we will come to them again. Consequently, if you decided to come to Ulcinj, we highly recommend you to stay with this family.

I can't imagine that there's a better deal to be had in Ulcinj. The view alone from every apartment here is by far the best view in town. The apartments are comfortable, spacious, bright, they all have wonderful terraces, kitchens and everything you could possibly need. The hosts are an extremely kind and generous couple who will not only accommodate your every need but will go out of their way to ensure you have the most memorable stay possible. This is simply a perfect place to stay and after talking to other tourists in town, there is no better value to be had.

On arrival we were picked up by Elma's father at the bus station from where he proceeded to give us a very informative tour of the town. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a fantastic view just like the picture shows. Our host - Elma's father, was always there for us offering coffee in the morning, transfers through the day and Rakija at night. We decided to go to Montenegro because of the very good opinions about Elmira flat and its beautiful view from the balcony. And it was a very-very good decision! Our experiences couldn't have been better. The town is nice, the flat is perfect, and our hosts were very kind. We felt as if we had visited our relatives in Ulcinj. Wonderfull holidays!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly what we can see on the pictures. This is the smallest of the three apartments, however we had enough room for two adults and a two-year old daughter. The balcony view is amazing! We had our meals on the balcony - it was a great experience! There is a variety of beaches in Ulcinj, so if you stay in Ulcinj, you need a vehicle to explore all of them. The nearest one in the Small beach, which is about 7 min walk down the slope from the house. And a lot of different sandy beaches that comprise the Great beach. We did like the Valdamos beach (pebble), which is located in a picturesque bay about 10 min far by car. Elma's parents, who reside just downstairs, treated us like their own children. They are absolutely sweet! Elma's father Fejzo asks almost every morning, if we need anything or if something disturbs us. He also showed us around, so we were aware, where to buy local food, where to have sunbathe, etc. We had supply of fresh water from a mountain spring delivered in big bottles by Fejzo. Her mother Elma was also very friendly and the last morning there, she invited us for a fantastic breakfast with tasty pancakes. We did feel there at home! It was overall a great experience. Good location, attentive host but property needs updating.

We had a fantastic time in Budva and mostly thanks to the location and comfort of this apartment. You have the beach a few steps away and hanging out in the old town is a real experience. Peaceful apartment, clean and spacious. Everything worked perfectly and Slobodan and Monja were always available to help us out if we needed something. Definitely the best hosts I've met on Airbnb so far. Look forward to go back next year!

Super apartment in the vibrant old city of Budva, a 30 second walk from the beautiful beach. Slobodan was very helpful and friendly, all you wish for in a host. Perfect place for travellers looking for a crowded Place with a lot of partying at night :)

The owner was very helpful and friendly. When unlocking the door of our historical crib we ocassionaly caught envious glances of nearby wandering tourists lost on the Old Town cobbled streets. As a great bonus - the terrace for dining and star gazing.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, in a beautiful location and a lovely lovely host. The apartment was clean and tidy and with all the basics you need. The décor is done to a high finish and it has a very nice modern feel. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. Sava was very welcoming, allowing is to 'check in' early and giving us tips on the best places to visit. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend the apartment or the host enough.

Sava was really nice to pick us up from the central bus station in Kotor. He showed us where the main super maket was and told us a bit about the city. The apartment was really nice with a beautiful view. All the facilities were there. I can really recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sava's apartment. He warmly welcomed us in person and was kind enough to drive us to the bus station upon our departure. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and the location is a convenient 20 mins walk to the old town, supermarket & bus station. The apartment is just a stones throw from the bay so we were able to go for a refreshing morning dip in the water and the views are stunning especially at night time where the lights of the old town twinkle across the bay. Highly recommended.

Our stay with Sava was great - the apartment was clean, modern and well equipped and in an excellent location for exploring the beautiful bay of Kotor. The views are stunning and you are close enough to take in all that Kotor has to offer but still be far away enough from the busy port, where cruise ships arrive daily, to enjoy the peace and quiet and take in the views. There were two lovely restaurants nearby which served great food at very reasonable prices and there is a supermarket a short walk away to pick up any essentials. Sava himself was helpful and incredibly prompt. He was happy to suggest local sites and activities we may be interested and sorted out taxis and car hire immediately with just a quick message. He was also kind enough to pick us up from the airport which was verymuch appreciated.

Sava was a warm and informative host. The apartment had a wonderful view of Kotor Old Town and of the bay. It was an easy 20 minutes walk to Kotor from the apartment and it was great to have our own parking spot in an area with difficult parking. The flat was clean and modern and it was great to be able to sit on the balcony and admire the view. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Kotor with Sava was the best--and we came in January, during the off-season! Sava was one of those "one in a million" Airbnb hosts: you don't come across many like him, as he so clearly enjoys hosting guests and welcoming them to his country. Sava was a great host and we would highly recommend this accommodation! Sava communicated with us efficiently, so all our queries were answered before and during the trip almost immediately. He was on call 24/7 to help us book taxis and recommend attractions/activities/restaurants in the area. When we first arrived, Sava met us at the apartment and gave us an informative introduction to Kotor and the apartment itself, highlighting the essential housekeeping tips. Overall, we were thrilled with the apartment: it was spacious, modern, clean, stylish and had an INCREDIBLE view. The balcony overlooks the mountains, old town and sea (which is just outside the apartment). The old town is only about a 20 minute walk away, or you can easily ask Sava to call you a taxi (about €2 each way). Warning: there are no pavements, so take care when walking around!! There are lots of great restaurants with delicious fresh food, and we generally didn't spend over €10 per meal (very cheap food compared to the UK!) There isn't much to do in Kotor itself, so it's a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday (and the view from the apartment is so wonderful that we relaxed on the balcony most of the time). There are some trips you can go on, though - we went on a white water rafting day trip with the Kotor Old Town Hostel and had a blast! PROTIPS: 1) Take an umbrella in case you get caught in a thunderstorm 2) Take comfy walking shoes 3) Take a camera (most important!!) and learn how to use the nighttime settings - the old town walls light up at night, which is stunning 4) Try local food 5) Wake up early to make the most of the sunshine 5) Buy some snacks and water bottles to keep in the apartment in case you want to spend the day there 6) Ask Sava any questions you have because he is the expert and can help with anything!

Eleonora is very nice and easy to communicate with. She patiently waited for us although we were late (we got a bit lost on the way). The flat is located in the Kotor bay, next to the city of Kotor but in a more authentic area (named Stoliv). The flat is comfortable and clean, and the terrace is very nice. Eleonora gave us some advice about what to do in the area, in particular a fish restaurant nearby (15 minute walk) which was amazing (especially the fried calamari). All in all we had a great stay and we strongly recommend this place. If you come by car, just know that the road is a bit narrow and you have to manoeuvre to pass the cars coming the other way. And dont forget to check the address before arrival. And enjoy :)

Eleonora was a wonderful host. Very attentive and always at our disposal. Beautiful apartment, beach 2mn, however, a bit far from the center. A car on site is recommended if you want to go in the center more easily. The apartment is very clean, no surprises.

Great little apartment that suited our needs for a holiday home perfectly. We stayed two adults and two small children. Good location for taking day trips around the area. The children enjoyed playing with the cats of the neighborhood that came to the terrace every day. Eleonora was exceptionally kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is the first experience of booking through airbnb and very good! We traveled with two young children and had every detail is important. The apartments were even more comfortable than we expected, everything was very clean, boiler provide hot water around the clock, a full kitchen with all necessary utensils, found even liquid from mosquitoes (which was very important), the bed is quite comfortable, clean linen and sooo many towels) ) mileyshaya terrace with partial views of the sea, eat breakfast there is a pleasure! As in the whole of Montenegro, hosted the cat in the yard) to the sea 15 meters away, the sea is clean, the beach is unfortunately not very clean, garbage disposal with the beach regularly, but on the whole acceptable. The most important thing was not the crowd sunbathers as in Budva ... A single word about the hostess! Warning, polite, very nice .. met us at the airport and drove to the apartment free of charge (!!!). It was always in touch and quickly answered questions by mail. When needed an extra set of clothes, almost immediately brought, he helped to organize a trip to Mostar, umnichka! Big thank you to her, though it was very nice to talk to) did not want to leave at all!

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment. This was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Eleonora was such a kind and welcoming host and even picked us up from the bus station. She also recommended a fabulous local restaurant for lunch (which we returned to for dinner later during our stay). It's about 10km from Kotor so it's ideal to either rent a car, or rent bikes like we did and bike into the city (about 30 mins). It is one of the most beautiful and scenic bike rides I have ever done. Also the beach is about a 5 min walk and is a perfect place to soak up the morning sun. The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need.

We had a great stay at Eleanora's apartment. Eleanora was a fantastic host and picked us up from the bus station and then gave us a lift to the station when we left, and was really helpful to us. The apartment is spacious and clean and only a few moments walk from the small beach (you can even see the bay from the bed!). Although the apartment isn't in Kotor itself, taxis to Kotor are really cheap and there's an hourly bus. We would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment. Thank you Eleanora!

What a pleasure to meet Eleonora is an absolutely charming person, always ready to help you, absolute benevolence. Someone that wants to count among his friends. His apartment is located about ten kilometers from Kotor, a little back from the road and is very well equipped. We even found better than the pictures. Sparkling clean, it has a nice terrace and also a parking space which is very significant in the corner and allows to leave the car there, not to worry about it and enjoy the beauty Bay of Kotor. Just walk a few meters to find small pieces of beach where you can be alone even in the month of August. I can definitely advise that this rental. Eleonora and thank for his natural kindness.
