We were looking for accommodation that was close enough to the places we wanted to see, it is quite near Todi, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio and we, were able to visit them all with about twenty to thirty minute drive. The house is cozy with new furniture and well cared for and the price is great, we remained (URL HIDDEN) I must make a note for the bathroom with a small sink, very nice however the ceiling with original exposed beams and fireplace in the living room .

We had a great stay at Vista Verde this June/July. The accommodation was just as described and very comfortable, furnished to a high standard, with everything you might need. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking - one of the best views we saw all week and the sunsets were very impressive. The location was incredibly peaceful and quiet; Tenaglie is a very nice little village and a short drive from Montecchio, a slightly bigger village with a couple of bars and restaurants (and a great Gelato bar where the whole village seems to hang out). We had a great time exploring the local area and lovely villages: Todi, Amelia, Alviano, Lugnano in Teverina, Lake Bolsena (a lovely day, bit cooler with a breeze and just like being by the sea), Guardea (well stocked local shop) Orvieto (large supermarket on the outskirts), Baschi (great bakery and gelato bar), and also days slightly further afield in Siena, Montepulciano and a day in Rome (by train from Attigliano). It's a completely unspoilt area and underdeveloped by tourism - so lovely to feel that you're getting a bit more of the real Italy and are off the beaten track a bit. Car essential! We flew into Perugia airport from Stansted, UK. It was a really sweet tiny airport and pretty stress free compared to arriving into Rome. Our quickest collection of luggage and hire car ever! Approximately 1 hr 15 mins to Vista Verde. Local roads seemed to be very quiet so a good driving experience (even in Italy!). Kate and Merritt were lovely and welcoming hosts, taking time to show us the local area on our arrival - it was great to get to meet them as their stay in the downstairs apartment crossed over with us by a couple of days. Overall, a really amazing and relaxing holiday and we are very sad it is over!

We had a great time at Lorenza and Enzo. A quiet house among sunflower fields and Olivier. The pool is just gorgeous and very well maintained. The apartment we had was spotless and very welcoming. We shared many privileged moment with Lorenza and Enzo who likes to discover their region and its traditions. In short a dream vacation spot ...

Our stay here was wonderful. The Rossi's were lovely and friendly hosts and could not do enough for us. They also gave us some of the wine they make to taste it was delicious. Baschi is only 2 miles away and the town of Orvieto is a ten minute drive, which I would recommend especially for restaurants. The pool here is large and the views are amazing, unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough for swimming. We would love to come back and stay for longer next time. James + Brigette

We had four fantastic days here . The apartment is close to the exciting city Oriveto and marmore Falls. lovely hosts who make their own wine and olive oil from the fields located around the apartment. very sweet hosts.

We loved this cottage! It had everything we needed for our stay, furnished in a lovely way, the location was wonderful (very remote so you definitely need a car), host very welcoming and happy to help! Would recommend and we hope to return again next year. Great Air BnB experience!

This wonderful accommodation is surrounded by nature, away from noise and smog. To get there you drive about 600 meters of gravel road (unpaved but well-maintained). It has a large parking space. Outside a nice area with table, chairs and barbecue. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and sleek design. Very special wooden sculptures of animals that adorn the rooms and furniture. Inside the living room you have the sofa in front of the large fireplace, for which wood is provided free and all you need to turn it on. In the same room a nice round table for meals, a modern smart-TV (with satellite free channels) and a blue-ray player. In addition, inside a wardrobe, a large collection of music, films and books available for guests. A side of the fireplace are two bedrooms. In our stay we made use of the left one. The other was closed, since we were only two people. The room is very bright and tastefully decorated as the rest of the house. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and numerous pots and victuals. During my stay I found no staple food, so it's good to get equipped with everything you need. In fact, even though they also included services "Required" in the ad, I had to ask for soap and toilet paper, which I have been readily supplied. I can not assess the pool because I was not in the opening period. Communication with Karl was simple and accurate. Upon our arrival we met the mother of Karl, an extremely friendly lady who lives on the floor below, which gave us his full availability for every need, while leaving the total privacy and confidentiality. Definitely stay in accommodation Karl to escape from everyday stress and relax in the unspoiled nature. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Karl and his mom we were literally like Umbria. Thanks to them we will return to this magical region and also friends of us will go, after seeing our photos and heard our feedback. The apartment is just perfect for a family of 4 to a couple, with everything we need more. Beauty is in the day! Whether it's nature, the garden, the house, the pool (outstanding !!) as well as the apartment, we could not be more delighted! And quiet ... Wow! To reformed !!!!

Italy at its best: a tasteful apartment in the beautiful Umbrian landscape, very nice and helpful hosts, not far from Orvieto, Todi and even Florence and Rome and a HUGE Pool. Perfect holidays for the whole family. We will be back next year!

This is a beautiful apartment with amazing views and all the amenities you could need. You will definitely need a car as there is nothing within a walkable distance. My only small complaint is that use of the washing machine is at a €10 per wash cost, this is not outlined on the Airbnb description. I woul definitely recommend this apartment if you want a peaceful stay with wonderful views.

It was an amazing period in Umbria, peace, peace - offer worth recommending! The host greeted us with a great wine own production, showed us around to answer any question, helped to organize the time. Half of success is the location, but without the family atmosphere of the place would not be the same. Thank you!

tremendous reception complete with a welcome cake and light wine farmer in cool; difficult to find megli ;, the host is very accurate, friendly and accommodating; The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and is a good starting point to visit the most beautiful hamlets of Umbria, where you can taste the best typical foods of the area.

Wonderful farm stay accommodations. Brand new facilities, just opened as a B&B this month. We stayed in a two apartment, two bath, ground floor apartment. Also rented a one room studio. Everything was clean, tasteful, orderly, spacious and new. Strong wi-fi and internet access. Owners were at your service. Upon arrival one of them met us in the nearby town and we followed them to the farm stay -- their own farm of olive trees and vineyards - a very peaceful setting. Also on-site is a nice garden, animals and fruit trees. We were fortunate enough to benefit from the ripe tomatoes and lemons. For breakfast we were offered a homemade apple tart with home-grown walnuts - yum!. Owner offered to drive my husband the first night to the local town, Civitella, 4km away, and oriented him to the grocery store, the pizzeria, the (wonderful) community pool, etc.. Civitella has an amazing panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside and overlooks Corbara lake (a great spot for fishing). It's a lovely place to just relax -- wake-up to the sound of roosters, take a stroll through the orchards, relax on the porch as the evening sun sets...However, we are active vacationers and spent our time exploring the area. Nearby activities: 20 minutes to the Orvieto, with its historical Basilica and underground Estruscan caves. 40 minutes the town of Bolsena, and 1 hour to Capodimonte where you can rent all kinds of water toys and boats to enjoy Lake Bolsena - Europe's largest and cleanest lake. 1.15 minutes to Assisi and St. Francis historical sites, a beautiful canyon drive 1.15 minutes to Pitigliano - "the little Jerusalem" and Sovana, a cute one-road medieval town There is much more to explore and the owner will be happy to direct you to other notable towns. We simply ran out of time. But would gladly return and highly recommend this new airbnb offering.

This is an absolutely amazing house at a breath-taking location! The views from all sides are gorgeous and the surroundings are very beautiful. There is loads to explore in the area and the little towns close by (such as Orvieto and Baschi). The house itself is just wonderful - it has a lot of space, very comfortable bedrooms (the floors are divided into small apartments, so there is a lot of privacy as well). The best thing is the garden and outdoor area, which is great - the ideal location for relaxation or a family/friends gathering. During our stay, we had a few problems with the electricity and missing keys, but the hosts were very helpful and quick to resolve all issues. I certainly recommend this place for an excellent and rustic get-away holiday.
