Awesome awesome awesome is all I have to say about Vicky & Jims beach front house! Our group absolutely loved staying here. they did an amazing job setting everything up before we got there and we even had beer waiting for us in the fridge! Great location near to stores and only a short walk to downtown where you can hit up all the bars or shops. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know I will definitely be back soon. Thanks Vicky and Jim for being such gracious host we really appreciate it!

THe listing looks better in person, the place was great only a few feet away from the beach and all the fun things you want to go. When we first got there they had candles they had the fire outside going for us, they asked us if there were any special request I didn't know how to answer that I've never been asked that. The owner was very friendly and even loaned us blanket , coffee and firewood for the next day to camp . It was easy to complete the rental . The place was roomy and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was great! We felt very safe there and other houses are not close together like other areas. There is a little snack place next door which was really nice. The place was really clean and had everything you needed. We comfortably fit 10 adults and 3 kids! It is an easy drive to the beach!

This beach house is nothing short of awesome. It honestly blew me away. It is really close to the main strip in Rosarito and a short walk to the pier. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have a weekend retreat.

This place was AMAZING! LA casita is very unique and so clean! Very cozy place for a couple. This spot in Rosarito will make you see an amazing and unique sunset like any other place. Also if you surf, just walk down 10 minutes to the pier and catch some pretty decent waves. :D This house is on my favorite list and I will definitely go back again...

This is our second time staying at Beth's wonderful beach front house. After getting married in Ensenada, we began our mini honey moon here. This place is always clean, neat, and everything works. Beth is a great communicator who always gets back to me quickly. This best part of this place is location, location, location. You are ON the beach and can walk to any place worth getting grub or a local craft beer. My wife and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is my first rental using AIRBNB and my first renting a house at Rosarito and definitely will stay here again. I came here with wife and three teenage daughters and I must say I was impressed with the security, cleanliness of the community. I felt safe here and the staff was very friendly. Mike was quick to reply to all my questions and very aware of local news. I give this place a 4 out 5 stars only because when we first entered the house it was muggy and needed to air out, and one of the showers wasn't working, but it didnt matter much because it has two others that worked. I am planning on bringing my mom and mother-in-law in the near future. ;)

It was a great place for friends or a family great place

House was super clean and welcoming. So much to do around the area. Everyone was extremely helpful with checking in and showing us our home location. This will be our forever rental house for our trips here.

The house itself is incredible. The photos on his listing do the house no justice. Plenty of beds, plenty of room, plenty of of privacy. Absolutely love the house. Only thing that bugged me was the location of the house. It was kind of hard to find and in a secluded area. Very minor and overall we had a great time there.

Juan's house was great! Close enough to the party scene but far away to get a decent sleep without the loud music in the distance. The house is pretty large. Master bedroom, room with two twin beds and a room with a full bed. There is a pullout couch and a large couch up stairs to sleep on if necessary. We even saw a twin mattress in one of the closets. The kitchen and restrooms are very clean and the house is very cozy and cute. We absolutely loved it!

The house is haaa and spacious is about 3 minutes drive from the beach. Francisco and his wife very good people. Totally recommend this beautiful place.

Five of my friends and I stayed here for spring break weekend and it couldn't have been better. It was very spacious and clean. It's also close enough to the beaches and nightlife to get there in 5 minutes but it's also far enough away that you aren't bothered by any loudness. Juan was great with communication, he even greeted us with a very good wine! Also it was such an affordable price! We will definitely be staying here again

The bottom floor is the garage. As soon as Juan opened the garage it was very appealing. The garage is very spacious. Unloading was not a problem. We had speakers tables and even a portable firepit that we left in the garage. Once going up stairs you find your self in a clean and very cozy space. It not only has comfortable beds, but it has couches; Comfortable to rest or sleep in. Communication with Juan is very easy going. He walks you through the house and explains where everything is. We all liked how he communicated with notes in case he steped out of the house. We loved how his wife and him received us. They gave us some chicharones, salsa, and drinks. We did not have any troubles with appliances. This house literally has anything you can think of. It even has a bicycle and helmet in case you need to go to the main road to get something from the store. The main paved road is 3 blocks away. They also left us Drinking water, in water bottles and 5 gallon carboy. Hot water for showering was amazing after having a long day, and they also have shampoo and soap if you forget to bring your own. We all plan to stay in the same house if we ever go gain.

The house is nice. I loved the Mexican rustic feel of the house. Plenty of sleeping areas. Only downside to the house is the Unpaved road. The house is located up a hill and in an area that is underdeveloped..construction under way (noise form Construction wasn't a problem since we spent most of the time in town). Drive to main part of rosarito is about 3-4 minutes. Juan and his wife live in a back area of the property but after the first arriving and meeting, We didn't see them much after that..we had our privacy. House has everything that you may need if you plan to cook.

Claudine's house was absolutely positively amazing! Getting the keys from Claudine was easy and she was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had about getting to the house and what to do in Rosarito. The house itself was gorgeous. Beautiful kitchen, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Our favorite feature was the balcony with the oceanfront view. We spent the majority of our time at the house there soaking in the sun. The house's location was fantastic, steps from the beach and a short 2 minute walk from the Rosarito main street. This put us within arms reach of dozens of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Lastly, the house was very secure and it was obvious that Claudine had put in much time and effort to provide security for the property and for the guests staying there. Next time we head to Rosarito we will definitely be trying to stay at Claudine's!

Meeting with the host's very warm & outgoing personality definitely set the tone for our trip. My friends & I enjoyed our one day stay so much. The home is great for family gatherings, big yard to set up table,canopy and BBQ. High fence for privacy and it keeps vehicles safe. Its a 5 minute drive to the beach.

I stayed at Debora's place in Rosarito over the weekend with some friends. The place was as described. Nice and spacious, felt secure, and a fairly short walk to the beach and bars. Unfortunately we were late arriving due to buses and a few mixups of our own, so her sister who was letting us in had to wait for a very long time, but was still very friendly when we arrived, and offered to give people rides to get food. They also came in, cleaned in-between days, and left us breakfast in the fridge. Sadly, we weren't able to thank them in person, but it was very much appreciated. All in all. A great place to stay. A+

The walls/ ceiling were kind of falling apart. The sink in the restroom has no cold water, the shower has no consistent hot water. Watch out for bugs! Communication was great, very responsive. One of the sisters said she'd be back with milk, eggs, ham & other basics, but she didn't come back. Overall, it was okay, but definitely needs some improvements.

There are plenty of beds, which means everyone could sleep comfortably. The house is in great condition, and there is enough spaces to fit cars in the front yard. The house is very secure with bars covering every window. The hosts are very friendly and they are just a phone call away!

The house is newly remodeled. Good size , lovely patio. We read some of the other reviews and we brought our own fire stick and it was perfect. Wifi connect is awesome. Bathrooms are big , beds are comfy. Marco Antonio checked on us to make sure we were settled in. His response was prompt. This place was great.I was able to see the ocean everyday and also I was able to heard the water from the ocean at night.Everyone in this place was very friendly.The pool was great and the service on the restaurant was very good too.if you are going to stay here bring a amazon fire tv with Kodi because the TV anttenna does not work,wifi was very fast.I will stay here again in the near future for sure!I wish i had meat Marco but I'm sure that he was busy!

Property was well maintained, clean with a modern look. The property is gated with roving security. The people surrounding the property are polite and respectful. A shuttle is available if needed. Beach and convenient stores are walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location u can literally walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Sol. It was more beautiful then the pictures that are posted. It has been remodeled and is clean, bright, comfortable and in a private community (we felt very safe). We loved both the inside space and the outdoor space. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, I felt like I was at home. We did not use the spare room. However, we did use both bathrooms and they were clean and there were towels provided. Marco was very attentive and answered all our questions/concerns before/during and after our stay. We highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back next year (or sooner). Pros: Beautiful home, great outdoor space with patio table and fire pit, you get 2 parking spots, the beach access is awesome, and there is a great restaurant overlooking the back pool and beach. Location is great, walking distance to grocery store "Calimax" and great food spots. Make sure you try Tacos Manuel and get the Al Pastor tacos. Con: The pool (that is near the restaurant and beach) is too small to accommodate the entire community. It gets very crowded with just 2 families. Also, bring your own chair as seating is limited.

This is the third time I've stayed in one of Gaby's places. We had such an amazing time and loved every bit of her place and where it's located. We felt very safe and looked after. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

The house is very cute and in an excellent location. We enjoyed using the speakers in the living room to play music. It is a very quick walk to the beach. Quiet at night and the view from the rooftop deck was great. Gaby was very easy to communicate with. Responded to messages quickly and answered my calls every time. She gave excellent directions to find the complex. We really liked that it was a private gated complex with security personnel at the entrance that communicated with additional security personnel that were patrolling all around the complex. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.

The place was Amazing! Gated community with 24 hour security. The house was in a corner and had an amazing view of the beach. We loved how it also had a upstairs patio. We would go up and enjoy the sunset and just relax. The house was very nice and it has two LOUD speakers! Perfect to get you in the mood before heading out to papas and beer. Gabriela was also a great host. She waited for us even though we lagged and provided us with everything we needed to survive the weekend. I would go back to this house.

I absolutely loved Gabriela's home. It was pretty spacious. My most favorite place of the entire home was the living room. I enjoyed the upstairs beach view patio as well but couldn't get enough of the living room area. Gariela made us feel at home. I strongly recommend bringing extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper and ice. Other than that she supplies it all. Thanks so much Gabriella for making our mini vacation at Rosarito feel like we were at home.

Gabi was a great host, quick to respond! The house was great and the rooftop deck was our favorite place to hang out. The built in speakers were also a great hit. We would most definitely recommend this place to others. It is close to the night life scene, the beach and the most delicious fish tacos of my life (they are listed in Gabi's welcome binder). We used taxis to get around and it only cost about $1 a person. Overall a wonderful experience. Helpful tips: Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and towels!

I was a little bit nervous booking a house that was away from the tourist area, but I’m glad I booked Maria’s place. I went with a group of 7 and the house never felt cramped. The neighborhood was completely safe and there is even a nice restaurant down the street. As a plus, you can park the car in the garage or use the garage as a private front lawn since there is no roof. The beach is a simple 5 minute walk from the house and it has less people than the beach by papa’s and beer. Checking in is simple, just let Maria know what time you are going arrive and the property manager will meet you there and drop off the key. Maria is quick to respond to you messages and answer all your questions. It was really hot and humid during my stay but I knew that most likely a house in Mexico was not going to have AC. The second floor can get quite hot and I would recommend that you leave the front door opened and rooftop door open to allow more air to circulate around the house during the day. At the same time, you could just go up the rood and enjoy a nice cold beer with a nice view. All the clubs are about 5 minutes away and the uber ride only costed like 4 dollars. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.

Maria provided with everything we needed. The communication was clear and honest. We were a 5 minute drive from the main beaches. We took uber. There is an amazing restaurant right next door that they did not mention in the description and it was very high end and with a great ambiance . I would definitely rent here again on my next trip.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this lovely home. There was plenty of room for everyone, way better than staying at a hotel. The beach was walking distance and the restaurant next door had such a great atmosphere. The location was just a short drive from the clubs and shopping area. Maria and the property owner were very gracious and friendly and were very prompt in responding to any inquiries we had. Thank you Maria!! ❤

First, the good: The location is perfect. During the day you can walk to the beach, less than 10min walk. The beach are here is more secluded than by Papas and all those bars, so a lot more relaxing and space. But you can still walk to the busy beach if you like. If you do get hail a ride make sure you use Uber and not a taxi. Cost is $2 and we squeezed 6 people in a car. We tried a taxi once and it was $15. The rooftop was a nice spot as well to hangout and have some drinks. Now the bad: Construction going on right outside. The house across the street is doing some demolition and they start every morning at 6am sharp. Drove me crazy, especially when we are going to sleep at 3/4am. Jackhammers, drills, everything. Same with the house on the left. It's being built so constant noise from there as well. Second, the heat! Houses don't usually have ac, I did know that. But the level with the rooms was almost unbearable. Think sauna. I HIGHLY suggest taking your own fans or buying some. Last, the fridge didn't work. We bought quiet a few drinks but we couldn't drink any because they were hot and we didn't have an ice chest. We did buy ice for the freezer but it melted to fast. Overall, if you're looking to hang out at Papas and the bars, good spot. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed in Maria's place for the 4th of July with a group of 7. Maria was very easy to contact and helpful. The house was very clean and kept well. The house didn't have A/C but it wasn't too unbearable. The house is close to nightlife and a short 20 minute walk to Papa's & Beers along with many food restaurants.

The house is beautiful and just as advertised! Very close to the famous bars and beach life. Very easy to find. Plenty of parking space on the premises and on the street! Plenty of space for people to sleep. One thing is that upstairs does tend to get hot, so opening the windows is a must. But other than that, nothing bad to say. I will definitely return to this house again!

Elizabeth's house was awesome! We had 8 people stay in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. There is a gas station 1 block away. The house is about 5 minutes walking distance to the main road and downtown. I will definitely plan on staying here again when we return to Rosarito. Thank you very much Elizabeth!

We were welcomed by her assistant Martha, she was very nice and welcoming. The house was very spacious and clean. Its very close to the beach and papas & beer. We had no issues at all, definitely coming back!

Place is very spaces and big rooms. Close to shops and beach however, the mosquitos are a big problem and veery stuffy in the rooms especially at night no fans.

Host treated me with great respect, Gave me a full tour of the house made sure i had everything i needed before she left. She gave me her personal phone just in case i needed to contact her.

This is a cozy beach cottage is about a 10 min walk down the beach from restaurants and bars which felt like a bit of a walk on the way there when it was warm but I was pleased when we could return to a nice quiet place at night. Lizzie was very quick to reply and was there to answer questions and give suggestions when we checked in; all around a lovely visit!

Perfect get away, my family had a blast the kids loved being right on the beach and best part of all we didn't have to drive much at all we were in walking distance to most everything. The house is small but we didn't mind it was cozy. Our host was on top of any questions, my family will definitely be coming back soon.

Great little house. 2 comfortable beds and a couch. Nice little patio with beach chairs. Easy access to town and right on the beach. The ceilings are pretty short so a tall person (more than 6'3") might have to bend a little bit. Jennifer was very responsive and set up an easy check in, gave great directions and everything in the house was as described. I hope to return.

Jennifer's place was an excellent location and easy access to the beach. We were there for Father's Day weekend and the place, although small, was excellent for the four of us (2 adults 2 kids). My little girl is in a wheelchair so the entry way to get to the front door was not wheelchair accessible, but she let me know ahead of time. Minor details in improvements that are needed were shared with her, but we are not picky and we spent most of our time on the patio or on the sand at the beach. We loved our stay there. Definitely considering booking again for next year. Perfect for small children.

This place was perfect. Very small but we weren't in the house much. We fit four guys in there no problem. Close to the bars and clubs but far enough away to have some down time. The location right on the beach you can't beat and Jennifer was awesome with communication and follow up. Will be going back for sure.

Mark was a great host. We had an issue with no hot water, but Mark got it fixed ASAP. He is very responsive to any concerns. We had 10 people in our group and the house was spacious enough for everyone. The house is nice and the view of the beach can't be beat.

Mark was very helpful with local recommendations and answering our questions. The house location was good if you want to stay right in town. But, it was very loud all night since it's right next to all of the clubs.

Well, I usually book by convenience and location and this property definitely has that. It's literally right smack in the middle of RosaRito. That being said, property overall is ok. It's what I call a Mexican 3 star hotel. Definitely good enough for a bunch of college kids and guys coming down to party. Mark communicated well and was easy to access I'd needed.

Mario is an excellent host and I enjoyed staying two nights. The room is a little rustic but the location made up for this. The house is located in a quiet and clean residential area and is just a block or two from a great beach with a boardwalk and away from the craziness of the beaches near the Rosarito Beach Hotel. The main Street is also a couple of blocks in the other direction where you can catch the van taxi for 15 pesos (less than a dollar) to go downtown Rosarito where all the action is. There are tons of great restaurants, grocery stores etc within walking distance. The price of course can not be beat and Mario is a great host and willing to help with anything you may need but yet gives you plenty of piracy.

Mario is a great host he invited to have coffee with him every morning, watch TV with him in the evening, have a beer with him, he recommended restaurants and bars and areas where not to go. Like one of the guests stated it's a bit rustic but it's only a few hundred yards from the beach. could be a little bit noisy in the evenings. dogs bark throughout the day and night you never know when they're going to be quiet but all in all it was a decent place to stay he let us use his computer for the internet he says he's going to make some upgrades as in a closet and cable TV we are welcome to use his living room and watch TV whenever we wanted

This place was much bigger than we expected, with a beautiful roof-top terrace with a view of the beach. A very comfortable stay for our weekend away from home, plus my dog loved it. We were a stone's throw from the beach. There was a festival of some sorts going on nearby, so there was loud music until about 3am, but I don't know if that's normal. Didn't really bother us. We took our golden retriever and he loved it, but beware--some of the stray dogs in the area are a little aggressive (just keep in mind, we didn't have any issues). Ray was extremely attentive and answered any questions almost immediately.

Our stay at Ray's house was great, we were a short drive to the restaurants and shopping. The house is really as the picture show, very clean, nice, and comfortable. You can walk to the beach from his property which makes it very convenient when you have kids. He was really easy to get in touch with and open to comments about the house. The only thing I hope the city will figure out is that to the right side of the property there is some standing water and sometimes it smell bad. Ray was kind enough to call the city again to do something about it. I hope this matter gets resolved, I would definitely would come back again. Thank you

We had a lovely stay . The house has everything you need for a good vacation weekend better than any hotel stay our family of 10 enjoyed the lovely view of the ocean the neighbors are very quiet and we love the fact that it's only three blocks away from the main party area we would definitely come back.

Ray's place is very lovely and we had a fantastic experience in Rosaito. Very close to the beach a house away. Walking distance to the night life and Ray was excellent and communicating and very accommodating. Highly recommend Ray's place! :)

Beautiful house, beach view, just enough distance from the party spots to walk there to enjoy and then return home for peace and quite.

Went to Rosarito for Memorial Weekend. Ray was an amazing host. He greeted us and answered questions about parking, which was easily going on the street in front of the house. The house itself was very clean and spacious . There was 3 bedrooms. It was sooo clean !!! Very safe . Total of 5 beds . Can easily fit 12 people . The living room had big couches and a tv . There was a Bluetooth stereo system great for putting music . Both bathrooms had all toiletries needed with great choices of shampoo and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils . There was a full size fridge and stove. I t was a 10 to 15 walk to papas and beer and the local restaurants. To get to the actual house is a little tricky since the street curves but otherwise location is ideal for both partyers and families. The home is very safe and clean . The host is a great communicator , friendly, and helpful . I will gladly stay here again . Ocean view from the terrace on top of the house is a plus !
