From the first communication with Siobhan to the day we left, we had a fantastic experience. Michael & Siobhan are both incredibly friendly & even invited us to have a couple of drinks with them one evening. We had quite a jam packed schedule so didn't spend as much time as we would have liked at Siobhan & Michaels place but it was fantastic. They have a tranquil pool setting as you step outside with deck chairs, so you can have a swim or relax, suntan, or read a book in a very relaxed atmosphere. When we return to Cape Town, we will definitely try & book in with them again.

It was a wonderful holiday in Cape Town thanks to Siobhan and Michael. Their friendly and helpful hospitality made our stay really great! With its own access and own secure parking, the flat-let is cleaned daily and all you need is found in the kitchenette. Lovely place, value for money, quick communication. Sincerely thanks to Siobhan and Michael for taking care of us!

The bestER! Even better than the beautiful pictures. The finer details and efforts (milk, sweets, wine, biscuits, quality coffee, double ply toilet paper, amenities) make a huge difference indeed. The friendliest, most helpful and accommodating hosts and cleaning staff. Tastefully decorated,extremely clean. Having your "own home" with all the privacy you need, but at same time not an impersonal, or lonely room/place. Can cook or have a braai. Very quiet area and safe for runners too. Near airport and Mall. Fantastic experience. Outstanding.

I would stay here everytime I visit if I could, they were amazing, I read reviews before choosing a place and they really lived up to all the expectations.

I went there with my husband. We had informed Siobhan of our arrival. She kept in touch with message to keep us informed that the room was ready to move in. The place was very easy to find using maps and it was exactly as the pictures show. Very tastefully decorated place with attention to detail. The apartment has a private entrance so it didn't disturb anyone and we had our privacy. They have two very nice dogs. They stay away mostly, did not interact much with them. The apartment is about 15 km on the outskirts of Capetown, for people who don't have a car it might be tricky. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Would love to stay here again.

Siobhan and Michael are great Hosts. Sorry we did not have more time to share. The Apartment is super and very well maintained. It is not far from the city and the wine growing regions and ver safe. Thanks Michael for offering us your GPS but we did find everything we wanted. Thanks also for the amenities in the Apartment. Good luck

Louw was a great host. The apartment is exactly like the photos portray and Louw has maids that attend the studio like a hotel which is also great for cleanliness. We appreciated small gifts and surprises from our host and the communication via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) made it very easy for us to get in touch with each other. The location of the studio is super close to the Waterfront and Waterkant area. We walked to both areas but also Ubered on a couple of occasions (25 rand to waterkant is a great price - under $2). We'd recommend the place to anyone who visits Cape Town.

A great place to stay in the City Centre - very close to the ICC where I had a conference. Everything was spotless and everything that I needed. Louw was very helpful and accommodating.

Louw was a great host who gave a warm welcome and was on hand and easy to reach whenever I had queries whether to do with the apartment or Cape Town generally. The apartment was as described and accurately reflected the photos, clean and secure. The area is very central, it's easy to get anywhere from here. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was an amazing - almost exclusive - experience (contact cleaning, furniture, engagement style). Louw went out of his way to make it a personal experience, connected, talked, shared and stayed out the way exactly as needed. The apartment was very well facilitated, great arrangements. VERY responsive. He has done a phenomenal job of creating an ecosystem. Stay is highly recommended.

Louw is a great host. He is really taking great care of this apartment and always available and eager to help. The apartment is very well located and shops, gym, transport, tourist attractions are in walking distance. The flat is very well equipped and Louw went out of his way to make sure we always had what we needed. To sum it up, we enjoyed a Hotel-like service while in the comfort of being in our own flat. We will most certainly stay here again once back in Cape Town!

I had a 5 day stay at the accommodation. The location was perfect, close to all amenities and very easy to get around. The accommodation was quaint, very neat and clean. Louw was an absolute gem as a host. Very welcoming, hospitable and very accommodating. He added so many little touches that enhanced the stay. Definitely recommended!

Philip and Glenda (and Sherlock!) are friendly and fantastic hosts with a beautiful space. They were very easy to communicate with and kind enough to accommodated a special need we had at a very short notice. The apartment is well appointed and nicely equipped with both wifi and DSTV. We didn't make use of the braai facility or swimming pool, but they looked lovely! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and a short drive to shops. We really enjoyed our stay at 10 on ou Kraal and hope we can return for another great vacation soon!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was clean and cosy. Philip & Glenda are friendly and a great host. I would definitely recommend this place, espacially if you want something private.

Very nicely decorated suite. Good natural light. Good privacy. Located on a quiet street in a nice residential neighborhood. Well equipped for self catering. Shopping centre with supermarkets, several eating places, laundry, and pharmacy is about 1 km away. Several other big shopping malls in the area. Good access to the freeway system. About an easy 20 minute drive to the V&A waterfront and less to the beach. Good access to the airport. Glenda and Philip are genuinely nice people, and a nice couple. They introduced me to the South African braai (barbecue). My week went by too fast.

It was an awsome stay. Very cosy and close to everything. Hosts Glenda and her husband were great and very friendly. I would recomend staying here if you are ever in cape town.

The place was very spacious and you definitely get your value for the money! Very well equipped kitchen! The wifi coverage was a bit low but the hosts informed us about it and that they were in the process of improving it. It was a pleasure staying there! Cheers!

This place was perfect for my needs ! It was just a business stopover for one night but I wanted somewhere with some privacy and my own space. The place is spacious and smart and is maintained and very clean. The basics for a quick cup of tea or coffee in the morning were there and it was very quiet. I'd definitely recommend the place for business trips of even a couple as there's plenty of space.

The apartment was much larger than expected and has a fabulous little garden with pool access. The pace is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook, relax. watch TV, sit by the pool etc. The area is close to the N1 / N7 interchange so easy access to many parts of Cape Town without having to negotiate the downtown traffic. The hosts are super-friendly and always ready to help. Recommended for business travellers or holidaymakers.... probably a very good bet if you plan on a longer stay as there is lots of space both inside and outside.... much more than a "granny flat".

The area is 10min to the airport, 10min to the city and waterfront. it was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Krystle's place. It had everything that we needed and was a great location to explore Cape Town. Uncle Cees, who met us in Krystle's absence, made us feel very welcome. My favourite part was the view from the balcony, you can even see Table Mountain from the side of the balcony. We will definitely stay at Krystle's place again and recommend it to any of our family and friends.

I had a nice time at Renate's place. A very convenient room, everything you need, and Renate is very friendly and helping out when needed. The neighborhood is quiet, with a shopping mall nearby and a little further, but still walkable, the beautiful sunset beach.

Tracey was an incredible host... her home was perfect for us. It is modern, comfortable and private. Having wifi was perfect for us to be able to work and made our boys super happy the complex is on the ground level which was convenient for us.. we truly felt at home... We just loved staying at Sean's place. Our kids especially loved watching the horses trot around in the mornings. The view is outstanding and we loved that the parking was so close to the apartment. The finishings are modern and everything is clean and neat. Wifi and DSTV were a bonus on top of the easy access to the beaches. Charmaine - the co-host was always available and communicated well with us. Very pleasant and offered us some recommendations of the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Very nice apartment, neighborhood was very quiet and only a short walk from a busy mall with tons of food and drink options. Hannes and Ruan were great hosts. They had excellent recommendations for food/beverage/activities. We enjoyed our stay!

Appreciated the fact that it was central and close to all the places I needed visit. Ubers roamed the area freely and I used them a few times. As for the hosts - Hannes and Ruan were friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room within walking distance from the Canal Walk mall as well as Ratanga. We enjoyed their hospitality and also to come and go as we please. Great stay!

“I had a lovely stay with Hannes and Ruan, the area was safe and peacefully quiet. The room was beautiful, lovely, very clean and spacious (as is in the pictures) and it had a lot of storage space. The bathroom was big and stocked with some good bubble bath and salts, which I appreciated. I did not need to cook but they opened up their kitchen for use, were hospitable, were quite helpful , flexible and good with communicating prior to arrival. The apartment is accessible with regards to any mode of transport you wish to use and canal walk is within walking distance. Hannes and Ruan have a beautiful penthouse apartment in a quiet business area of Cape Town. It's just 10-15 minutes from the CBD, there's a lovely park and canal nearby for walks and Canal Walk shopping centre, with everything you could need, just a 5 minute walk away. The room is huge and well maintained, with plenty of storage space. As a long term guest I can highly recommend Hannes and Ruan and their apartment. They are both very attentive hosts who would do anything for anyone. For someone travelling alone I have formed a lovely bond with the guys, so will always stay in touch with them. To make friends with your hosts is something truly special.

Petru is really welcoming host. She always support us with all our needs. Her house was tight for family, but nice. My sons (3 years and 8 months) were happy there. Place is safety and peaceful, people are friendly.
