This old southern plantation home is nestled at the base of the mountains west of Lexington. Only a 15 minute drive in to the town of Lexington. Built in the 1860's, it is brimming with character and country charm. Drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset from the porch swing.
We are back in a quiet lane. It really feels like you're taking a trip to a cabin for the weekend with all the trees and nature. We love how quiet the evenings are, the birds and frogs being the background noise, and the fireflies lighting up the evening in the summer. We often see deer out in the field in the evening, and love to sit and watch them from the porch.
  • Travis & Alyssa's place is cozy and wonderful. They really go above and beyond to make one feel welcome to their gorgeous property!

  • The room is even homier than pictured! There were personal touches throughout the room which made it such a relaxing getaway. The space was very clean and the hosts went above and beyond to prepare the space for us and communicate their plans.

  • Travis & Alyssa were wonderful hosts!! Their house is beautiful & the guest space was perfect. Very comfy bed, decorated like it was straight out of an HGTV show, very peaceful yard. Loved sitting on the porch in a bathrobe, eating granola & drinking coffee- all of which were set up for us when we arrived. They gave great tips for downtown Lexington, which was a very easy 15 min drive. We can’t wait to come back!! Wonderful experience.

Come back home to Grandma's country farm house. Quiet and relaxing. We are located 2 miles from House Mountain Inn and 6 miles from beautiful Lake Robertson, with a public pool, and miles of hiking. 15 miles from Historic Lexington, home of VMI and W&L University and one of the last functioning drive in theaters (Hull's Drive In). It's a quick hop down 81 to Natural Bridge State Park.
  • Great little house in the mountains! Very close to the House Mountain Inn. Very clean and organized and full of nice little hospitality touches.

  • This is the best airbnb I have stayed at so far! They are extremely thoughtful of their guests. The food that they provided us was so sweet of them. They have great communication with guests. The explanation/directions of how to get to the house were spot on!

    Katelynn2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great. There is a stream in the front which is so relaxing to sit and listen to. You do not have good Cell phone connection, but there is a house phone available.

  • Grandma’s Country House was everything we needed for a weekend away. It’s location is superb for anyone visiting The House Mountain Inn or Irvine Estate. The house is quaint, clean, and full of thoughtful extras like bottled water, muffins, extra comfy blankets, and extra toiletries. Margaret was beyond a fantastic host! Great at communicating all the details and any issues, as well as going out of her way to get a menu for a local breakfast spot. Even went the extra mile to leave flowers and a Happy Birthday balloon for our visit! We would absolutely stay again if in the area.

    Paige2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed a simple and relaxing night here as we were passing through and needed a place to spend the night. Everything was as described and we appreciated thoughtful touches like coloring books for the kids and water and some snacks and treats.

    Jeremy2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Cosy cottage in the forest. We slept well in soft and clean beds. Shower was a bit tricky but Margaret came and helped very quickly. We liked how clutterfree the place was and how the colors went well together.

    Erika2019-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • Margaret's place was everything I could've asked for and more. Immaculately clean and a wonderful value. Highly recommended.

  • Kit & David's cottage was everything we wanted and more. We were able to bring our two dogs along and have a quiet and relaxing long weekend with no agenda. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and tools you need to cook your meals. We really enjoyed dining out on the screened patio and getting to have a fire by the river. We never left the property during our stay because we were able to get enough walking and exploring in. We truly look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Kit & David!

    Kristina2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect home for a restful recharge. The on-site trails, wildlife, and beautiful farmland were great. Comfortable and very clean accommodations. Close to area attractions if you choose to venture out.

    Janice2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great experience staying at David and Kit’s AirBnB. The house is very clean and comfortably furnished. The location is beautiful and offers a private, quiet stay for those who are looking for a break. We would recommend this to place to anyone traveling in the Clifton Forge, VA, area.

  • A lovely stay in a beautiful spot! Quaint and personable touches throughout the house. We hope to come back!

    Nicholas2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second trip to the farm. House is always clean and tidy. River was clear and weather was perfect. Hosts left us fresh tomatoes from their garden and a watermelon. Lovely farm setting and a great place to relax. Highly recommend.

    Amy2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a perfect weekend staying at David's place for the Labor Day holiday. If you like fishing, floating the beautiful Cowpasture River, and enjoying happy hour on the screened-in porch, book David's spot right now! David and Kit were so accommodating even providing homegrown tomatoes and fruit when we checked in. This is a perfect outdoors getaway, and would recommend supplying yourself for the whole weekend with groceries and libations since you won't want to leave!

    Cassady2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is truly 5 stars across the board. My sons and I stayed at David's cottage for nearly a week and did not want to leave. A+ on personal touches, communication, cleanliness, amenities and all the extras. The river floats in our kayaks were amazing everyday, and soo close to many different river areas. The farm is also beautiful with lots of wildlife, the stars at night were breathtaking. Wifi works well, if necessary, but if you want to get away from the tv and enjoy nature, you cant go wrong here. David is super knowledgable about the area and only a quick text or call away, he was more than happy to assist in any way. Highly recommended, just dont book the weeks we plan to go back! :)

    Scott2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • A clean, comfortable, inviting house set in a beautiful setting that was perfect for hiking, walking, picnicking, and floats on the river. Screened porch facing the river was a favorite place to relax. Hosts went far beyond expected to make our stay memorable.

  • We stayed here for a wedding at House Mountain Inn and it was perfect. It's close to Lexington and less than 10min from the wedding venue.

    Trevor2018-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy was wonderful! Her responses were quick and home charming. Kathy and her daughter were very helpful in giving me tips on the best places to hike. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

  • Kathy was a great host. Vest communicative. The space is just as described and worked great for us as we attended a local wedding! We would go back again.

  • Kathy was an amazing host. We were there for a wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect.

    Gavin2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place was perfect. The snowy mountain scenery was dreamlike and we were greeted with hot mulled wine at check-in. Host was very attentive to any traveler’s needs. We attended a wedding at House Mountain Inn which was an easy 5 min drive. Breakfast was amazing by the fireside and our special diets were accommodated for. There was a multitude of birdwatching to be done-wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks!

    Lucy2017-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • A friend and I stayed here for a wedding at House Mountain. Kathy couldn't have been more hospitable. The area around her home is beautiful, with scenic highways, fireflies and trails. She was incredibly generous with her space and we felt very welcome. We had to leave on the early side to drive back to DC (our flights were out of Dulles and Reagan), and she got up with us to make us coffee and packed Thai tea for the road. It was a treat to stay with her and we'd love to come back ^-^.

    Olivia2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • What a great quiet place in the mountains to watch all the different kinds of birds at the hostess's bird feeders! She is a great hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. The bedroom is small with a full sized bed but we were not in the bedroom much. She had all the extra toiletries one could think of-even slippers and a robe to use:)Would go back again.

Sycamore Bend Cabin and River Retreat are located beside the Cowpasture River on a 360 acre family farm in Bath County, Virginia. For photos of the cabin and the surrounding country, please visit sycamorebendonthecowpasture.com.
Best for people who understand Rustic. Free Wi-Fi no closer than a mile away; no hot tubs; no air conditioning. River play, and peace and quiet is what we're all about.
  • Amanda is a very attentive and comprehensive host ! The house is amazing and well located near to a river. We had a nice time and I warmly recommend Amanda and her house for big groups !

    Alexandre2019-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a girls get away at this amazing cabin and property. We loved the very rustic nature of the entire experience. We floated the river, sat on the amazing covered porch and enjoyed a rain storm, marveled at all the wild flowers, birds and at night, the dance of the fireflies. We'll be back.

  • Great place

    Lisa2018-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I loved this cabin for a secluded getaway. We loved the gorgeous valley and river it was on. A weekend with no cell service and nothing to do but relax on the nice deck or in chairs down by the river was perfect. The drive there is very scenic and wildlife abounds. Be advised that this is a real cabin, not some new-built pretender. As with any old structure there are plenty of creaks and idiosyncrasies but that is part of the charm. If you are looking for all the amenities of modern life then go stay in the city. This place is a getaway from modern life. That said, the cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer, full kitchen and even a record player with some pretty good old vinyl.

The Granary is a charming 2BR/1.5BA getaway nestled in the mountains just minutes from Lexington, VA. It provides a unique and pastoral setting on a historic 100 acre farm. Perfect for up to 6 guests. Idyllic location in the Shenandoah Valley.
The Granary at Owl Moon Farm was originally constructed in the early 1900's and was operated for many years as part of a turn-of-the-century farm. It was completely renovated in 2006 to provide all of the modern comforts and conveniences of a mountain farm retreat, but with its exposed, hand-hewn beams, rough sawn boards, and broad expanses of windows, it retains a unique and historic charm all its own. The Granary comfortably sleeps six people. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed plus, in the great room, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in addition to a sleeping nook with a twin-sized daybed. One bedroom is located downstairs with an antique queen-sized platform bed, luxury bedding, walk in closet, reading nook and direct access to the private rear deck. The other bedroom is privately located upstairs and features a four poster queen-size bed with luxury linens, antique dressers and walk-in closet. There is a very comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa located in the great room. The sleeper sofa has an extra thick mattress and luxury bedding to ensure a comfortable night's sleep - even for adults! The twin sized day bed with memory foam mattress is located in a sleeping alcove of the great room and is great for kids. If you are traveling with an infant, we can also provide a crib with an organic cotton mattress and sheets - just give us a few days advanced notice. Located on the main floor, the full bathroom features a one-of-a-kind shower/tub combination, antique marble sink, radiant panel heating and a high efficiency washer and dryer. The kitchen is large, bright and fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and gas range. We provide locally roasted gourmet coffee, an assortment of teas, creamers and sweeteners, including local organic honey. There is a sun-filled dining nook with views of two of the smaller pastures and an historic barn from the built-in seating under the antique bay windows. The living area is a spacious great room with vaulted 20' ceilings and original exposed post and beams. Free WiFi, Smart TV, Blu-ray player, DVD collection, numerous games, puzzles and books are also provided. The spacious and private deck overlooks a rock-strewn stream. There is a stainless steel gas grill for your use and plenty of seating for relaxing, star-gazing and listening to the calls of the many owls that make their home in the surrounding forest. Location: The Granary is nestled on the southern slope of Hogback Mountain between two ridges and is privately situated on a 100 acre working farm with barns, woods, fields and meadows. Besides the sheep, goats and chickens, our farm is home to abundant wildlife including turkey, grouse, deer, bear, hawks and numerous regional and migrating birds. The Granary is perfectly situated to serve as your home base as you explore the Shenandoah Valley and area attractions. It is only 15 minutes from the Virginia Horse Center and just 9 miles from downtown historic Lexington, Washington & Lee University and the Virginia Military Institute. The Humphrey's Gap entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 25 minutes away via US 60. Becky, Tripp and their children live on the farm, but The Granary is secluded from the main house. We love the pastoral seclusion of our farm. However, we are less than 15 minutes from the historic city of Lexington where there are several fine dining restaurants, excellent diners and cafes and even a couple of local coffee roasters and microbreweries. We feel very fortunate to be a part of a thriving small American town and community. This property cannot accommodate parties or large groups.
The Granary is located off a gravel road, about 5 minutes from Interstate 64 West.
  • Great location on a farm with animals. Two full/queens but a small kid bed for the third bed. If you just need to sleep it’s great but if you’re a tall adult not so much. Overall great cozy place :) would love to visit again.

  • This is a great cabin tucked into a mountain hollow. The cabin was very room and sparkling clean. They had everything we needed and it was a great place to getaway for the weekend. A wonderful country get away. I would recommend this stay for anyone. Thanks for the hospitality!

    Jim2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • We loved Tripp and Becky's place. It suited our family of five perfectly for a wedding weekend in Lexington, VA. Beautiful location, lovely design touches, everything sparkling and welcoming. We recommend it to one and all! And we also recommend spending time outside around the farm and country roads nearby. Really fun to walk by the chickens and sheep and their guard-dogs and watch the sun rise or set on the mountains in the distance.

  • Great experience with nature and animals

    Connie2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • This is an absolute jewel in the heart of one of the most beautiful places in Virginia. A perfect place for relaxing, visiting with friends and family or just hanging out. There is easy access to Lexington, the place was sparkling clean and had a wonderful modern vibe to it. Well stocked and beautiful kitchen. We loved how quiet it was in the evening and especially loved our welcome by the beautiful and friendly doggies!

    Teresa2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at the Granary - such a beautiful farm. After the cozy fall weekend there, our two-year-old daughter kept calling it "the big warm house" because it was so nice to relax there, stay warm, and soak in the leaves changing colors. Everything was wonderful and easy: great hospitality, communication, and easy check-in/check-out. We were there for an event in Lexington and going back and forth between the Granary and the areas downtown around W&L and VMI was all very easy and accessible, about 15 min by car. We would love to visit again sometime in the near future! We have never seen so many stars, and it was a wonderful quiet retreat from our day to day. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

    Kieran2019-10-20T00:00:00Z

Goshen is a small mountain town of 400 in the George Washington National Forest. Whether you experience the natural wonders of Goshen Pass or Natural Bridge, the many breathtaking hikes in the area or enjoy the cultural offerings of Lexington, Warm Springs/Hot Springs and Staunton, the Hummingbird is a nice home base. Steeped in Railroad history, our Main Home, the Hummingbird Inn is circa 1853 with the original 2 rooms dating back to 1780. The train passes in front of the Historic Inn! Serenity Cabin is located on the property next to the Inn and sits further back facing Mill Creek, a lovely trout stream that will lull you to sleep. We have one restaurant in town you can walk to and many dining options all within a 25-35 minute scenic drive from the Inn & Cabin.
  • After a beautiful drive through the mountains, Sandra was very welcoming to us both as soon as we arrived. The rooms were even nicer than described and the common area was a perfect place to make a cup of tea, sit, and read during the rain - particularly the beautiful, windowed solarium. The entire Hummingbird Inn is exquisitely maintained and tastefully furnished. Our room had a very comfortable bed and plenty of space for us to relax. The bathrooms were clean and modern and bathrobes were provided, and the option to purchase Virginia wine right in the Inn was available. Sandra provided some great suggestions for places to see and restaurants to check out. There is not a strict lock up time at this BnB, so we felt free to go explore the nearby area at our own pace. That being said, we still got back relatively early so we could be sure to enjoy the property. Sandra and Jeff put out firewood for the fire pit by the creek, though it was raining so we couldn't enjoy it. However, we both appreciated the effort they put in to setting it up for us and hope the guests that followed got to enjoy it. Breakfast was wonderful the next morning and served at a reasonable time - no super early wakeups or pressure to be seated unnecessarily early. A great experience overall and a highly recommended place to stay. We'll be doing our best to go back again soon, hopefully for longer than just a one night stay. The Hummingbird Inn is a charming and comfortable place to stay and I highly recommend making time to enjoy the Inn itself if you plan on staying.

    Andrew2016-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • Had a wonderful experience at The Hummingbird Inn with great company during our scheduled stay. The house and grounds were gorgeous and the drive through Goshen just as pretty. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the wraparound deck with coffee, wine, chatting with family while watching the hummingbirds fly in and out. The rooms were cute and comfortable, with some of the softest sheets we've ever felt! Breakfast was delicious and you could really tell Daniel and Patty took care of all of the little details to make your stay over the top. We raved about the weekend to our friends and hope to come back again some day!

  • This was our second stay so we knew what to expect. There were a couple of small issues that were resolved immediately. The owner lives on site only a short walk away making it easy to communicate. Short easy walk to the river with good access to a swimming hole. The house is nice and the AC works great. We plan to go back next year.

  • What a great weekend! The leaves were turning so beautifully and the cabin was perfect. It was more than I expected because Becky really has the place stocked up. The kitchen has everything, crockpot included. We've stayed at tons of rentals and this one by far was the most well stocked. We did need to bring all our groceries from home because it's a ways to the closest store, but we brought stuff we didn't even need to. The cabin was VERY clean and the cabin was furnished with towels and sheets which was great. Everything you'd ever need besides food for the most part. It's a beautiful spot on a perfect setting. We took our beagle and he was so happy, I think he thought we'd moved there and he was completely happy about that! Lol. We walked all around outside many times a day, walked the creek, played cards, did a puzzle which I left there for other folks, sat by the fire pit a few times, and watched movies together. There was absolutely no service and we have Verizon and get it everywhere. I'm totally okay with that. We needed to take a break from everyone zoned in on their phones and we gave our family who may have needed to reach us the house phone line for emergencies but it fortunately never rang. We will DEFINITELY be back!

    Lorraine2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great place for a weekend getaway! Beautiful property and decor. Thanks!

  • We had a wonderful stay at Becky’s cabin. It has all the comforts of home but is free from the hustle and bustle. It’s a perfect spot to leave everything behind. Her cabin is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the perfect spot for relaxation. We’ve already recommended to our friends and will be back again.

    Bill2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin was all we could ever wanted for an awesome weekend of chillax. Located in a National Forest, fully equipped and decorated with great care and detail. The cabin is the perfect spot for a comfy and cozy getaway with friends far away from the city, and away from mundane distractions. You might have to forget about your phone signal around the cabin, but quite honestly that was a blessing (if needed there is a land line in the cabin but we didn't use it). Highlights: The coziness of the place will make you stay (and come back). Stargazing by the fire pit on a clear dark night was simply amazing. Pro tip: Make sure to plan your meals and bring the food/drink you'll need during your stay, you probably don't want to go around to find a grocery store in the area. Time runs slower in the country, perfect time for those good ol'board games. A shoutout to Becky, she was very attentive and helpful: an amazing host!

  • The farmhouse was a fabulous place to stay for our long weekend. Our whole family was comfortable there. The extra touches were thoughtful and nothing was left out. Helen resounded promptly each time we needed communication. The house was spotless and spacious. The views were gorgeous and the animals were fun to watch. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

  • We spent New Year’s at the farm house celebrating with friends. It was a perfect place and layout to relax and hang out for our group of four couples and one child. The kitchen is well equipped, so we comfortably cooked most of our meals at the house (including big breakfasts with fresh eggs from the farm!). Spending time outside on the deck stargazing and walking down to see the horses and chickens was a highlight. Communication with Helen was excellent. The house is clean and immaculate, with many thoughtful touches. Hope we can make it back again!

  • This is a beautiful property. Helen is a wonderful host. She responded to every communication within seconds and consistently went above and beyond. The home is perfectly clean and well equipped with books, games, and kitchen supplies and equipment. The view is gorgeous, especially at sunrise. We were a group of 6 and had more than enough space to stretch out and have privacy. We can't wait to stay again.

  • Loved staying at Cindy's house! We were there for W&L Parents' Weekend. It is always difficult to find a nice place to stay when so many people are visiting the area. I almost hate to write a review, because I know it will be hard to book it in the future, but this house was great! It is spacious, comfortable, has all the amenities you need, and the farm setting is gorgeous!. Cindy even brought us fresh eggs from her chickens! Helen (the host) was great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. We loved this house so much that while we were there, we booked it for graduation in May.

    Tracy2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay on the farm. Lots of space to spread out, kitchen with all the necessities, and really cute animal friends.

    Emily2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Everything about this home is amazing. Our stay was made not just because of the house, but because of the people hosting us. Nothing shy of spectacular. This is a little slice of heaven in the mountains! Bring the family- you won’t regret it.

    Jessica2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • The house and the property are beautiful and unique. Loved having the opportunity to interact with the sweet horses and the owner's dogs when she was on the farm tending to the other animals. The space is large with everything you could need for a comfortable stay with a group. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well-stocked and it's clear a lot of love and thought have gone into making the house feel luxurious yet rustic. Loved it!

  • Everything exceeded my wife and my expectations. From the interesting history tour throughout the property delivered by Sandra upon arrival, to the beautifully maintained property, this B&B is worth the trip. The gazebo on the creek is remarkably tranquil, and we were able to utilize the fireplace during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were amazing as well. We just wish our room was not booked the next night or we would have happily extended our stay.

Welcome to The Bend Farm! We invite you to explore this unique 165 acre property located right on the Cowpasture River. The custom-built home has 360-degree views of open pastures and mountains. There is a main house with 4 bedrooms, as well as a guesthouse with two additional rooms. The property is connected to Fort Lewis Lodge, a full service country inn. Activities include fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, or just relaxing and taking in the views.
The property is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to escape to the mountains. The accomodations in the main house are upscale and the guest house offers additional sleeping arrangements. Guests will have full access to the 165 acres which includes 3/4 mile of private Cowpasture River frontage - great for swimming, fishing, tubing, etc. The views are magnificent and the farm adjoins Fort Lewis Lodge, a full service country inn where dinner reservations are available upon request.
  • The Bend House is very comfortable for a large family/gathering - it is beautifully decorated, well-stocked with amenities, and the hosts are very responsive. We had a great family celebration there for 3 days and were disappointed to have to leave! Highly recommend. Only caveat - the house is plumbed with well water and if you are sensitive about the taste of your water (the water is fine, just has a slight iron flavor), take some bottled water with you.

  • We had an amazing weekend staying at the Bend House. The house is stunning and the views all around are beautiful! We came to stay with our large family (9 adults) and there was plenty of space. The home has lots of great touches, e.g. spices in the kitchen, soap and toiletries in the bathrooms, tons of books and games. The space was so serene and comfortable. We would absolutely sty here again!

  • The Bend House provided a perfect place to relax after a hectic week leading up to our son's wedding, and the accommodation was flexible enough for the comings and goings of a group numbering up to twelve. The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped, and the countryside is picture book with the quiet only broken by the sound of the birds and occasionally by livestock. Dinner at the nearby Fort Lewis Lodge is greatly recommended. Erin and David were easy to deal with and responsive to requests.

  • The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything that we needed. Beautiful views in the master bedroom to stars and sunrises. Great location for a relaxing vacation in the country!

  • Our stay was amazing! The house is perfect, comfortable, there is all you need in the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms. We were with small kids and we all have enjoyed to be outside from sunrise to sunset! The view is incredible from all parts of the house, there is plenty of terraces and patios to admire it! We recommend this place for everyone who like nature, big spaces and confort!

  • The pictures don't do it justice, nor do they show the tremendous views you get from every room in the home. Erin has anticipated every need you might have (a hairdryer in every bathroom!) and the kitchen is incredibly well appointed. The home is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, and Erin and her family were so friendly and gracious. We had a fabulous time and are very likely to return!

Experience warm country hospitality in a cozy, romantic setting with a visit to The Hummingbird Inn. This unique bed and breakfast calls the Virginia railroad town of Goshen home and offers a welcome blend of rustic charm and modern amenities.
Generously proportioned, the Franklin Room features a queen size rice-carved four poster bed, and comfortable seating for two. An electric fireplace lends a cheery glow and warmth on cool nights. A 150 year-old boxwood in our shade garden and the old livery stable beyond are visible from the back window. Around the corner, a door affords access to the 2nd floor wrap-around veranda. A comfortable modern bathroom with a large whirlpool tub/shower combination. In good weather, with the windows open, guests can hear Mill Creek bubbling along by the deck next to our historic 1875 barn.
Though there are other homes on our street, the landscaping has created a small oasis that surrounds the Inn property. Our location in the Shenandoah Valley, puts us just 13 miles from the entrance to a Virginia State Park (Douthat ) and within driving distance of history, culture, good food, wine, breweries and ice cream!
