Great hosts, quite neighborhood, local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Clean and quant living quarters. Great first experience with air B and B.

We were greeted warmly and host made sure that we had everything we needed. The location and ambience of the house were very nice.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Caitlin's Carriage House. As I told her, the online pictures don't do it justice. Upstairs, the main living area, is attractive and quite spacious with a "living room" with cable television, couch, and desk. We appreciated this because our Middlebury student could come over and watch a movie with us, or just hang out, in great comfort. The other 1/3 of the upstairs is a very comfortable bed with nightstands and lamps on either side. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower. There is also a modified kitchen. We were able to easily have several breakfasts there with the provided equipment: microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, cooktop, and basic dishes and utensils. There are a few stores close by to pick up supplies. We like the Middlebury Natural Foods Store. The kitchen was a pleasant place to enjoy a leisurely meal, watching the lovely hens waddle about the yard, and waiting for our college student to wake up on the weekend (noon). The home is located in a pretty, quiet Middlebury neighborhood, about 1 1/2 miles from the college campus. Not quite as close as some of the inns in town, but we had a rental car or it makes for a nice walk. Caitlin and her family live in the "Big House" right next door. She was responsive, easy to talk to, and available in case of issues. We highly recommend The Carriage House.

First level combination kitchen ((hot tray and small fridge) with keurig coffee/tea machine and bath with small dining table. Bath has oversized stainless sink to accomodate kitchen needs and great shower. Upstairs is beautiful loft space with comfortable bedroom area on one half and tv and living room space on other. Very cozy!!

This spacious apartment is the perfect spot for visiting Middlebury and the college. It's very close to town, and a reasonable walk to campus, while also being removed enough to be quiet and private. Lovely area, very professional airBnB operation ... the most "hotel-like" I have ever stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay at Caitlin's carriage house! Upstairs was exactly as pictured- spacious, plenty of lighting, and super comfy bed and nice blackout curtains, great wifi. Downstairs was even better than we expected- we didn't think there was actually a kitchen setup, but there's actually a great electric range with everything you need to cook a small meal- pots, pans, cutting board, knives, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc. There was a super yummy selection of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, and cider for the Keurig and there was even sugar and half and half in the mini fridge. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Property is beautiful with an adorable chicken coop (which are not at all noisy, by the way- no crowing!), hosts were super friendly and went out of their way to get something we needed, and check in was easy as could be. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at Christine's apartment was perfect for our quick visit to Middlebury. The apartment is spacious, clean, and peaceful. The bed and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing food. Christine provided everything and more that we might want to cook for breakfast including already made muffins and fruit upon our arrival. Christine was very friendly and offered to help us with whatever we might need. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful country apartment. It is perfect for short or long-term stays.

We had a lovely (though short!) stay with Christine. We were a crowd- two kids under two and a mother-in-law- and managed to sleep comfortably in Christine's basement apartment. It helped that the sheets were all incredibly soft and the beds as well. We also couldn't believe it when we entered the kitchen and found a fully-stocked fridge and a freshly baked coffee cake and cookies. We had been planning on going out for breakfast, but ended up dining in with all of our provisions. The icing on the cake was that the apartment was also equipped with toys and books, which helped us entertain our wild little ones. How thoughtful! I would highly recommend this space for anyone traveling with kids and wanting to explore the area.

We had a fabulous stay at Christine's! She was very communicative and checked in with us before and during our stay many times. Her place was lovely -- she left many breakfast items to enjoy and there was a great walking path our back for us and our dog to enjoy! The location is wonderful, too -- Lots of breweries and restaurants and hiking. A perfect spot for a getaway! We would love to go back!

Staying at this apartment was an amazing experience! We felt at home the minute we had arrived. The Newkirks went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and as pleasant as possible. Needless to say, they completely succeeded. The location was great as we were looking for a nice spot by the country from which both quaint towns and natural landmarks were accesible. The accomodation itself was very cozy and clean. Everything was in great condition. The fridge was fully stocked with local, high quality products and then some. There was not a single moment where we felt our needs were not being met. Perhaps most importantly, the generosity of the Newkirk's themselves was unprecedented. They were very warm and welcoming with us from the moment we had arrived. We spent our first night sitting with them by their firepit (which we had access to), gazing at the stars. Great people.

Very convenient location, and a beautiful property! Christine was extremely accommodating and welcoming to our toddler and pup! She even provided age appropriate toys/books, a pack and play, and milkbones. The kitchen was stocked for breakfast and snacking alike. We were able to cook and clean easily throughout our stay, very relaxed and also saved us money. We also took many walks outside and found a lovely path down to the river! The only catching point was overhead noise. They literally live upstairs so if you are a light sleeper, or retire earlier than 10:00 it may be a bit loud with footsteps and creaking house sounds. We brought our sound machine, so fortunately our son slept through it!

Christine and Michael were generous hosts! We arrived after dinner and they enthusiastically greeted us and showed us around their basement apartment. The space was comfortable, private and very well equipped. Chris had thought of everything- fresh baked coffee cake, treats in the cupboard, eggs, yogurt and juice in the fridge. They had a binder full of suggestions for where to hike and eat. It was so wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us and have such so much space for her to use. If only all hosts were like Chris and Michael!

Larry's home was absolutely perfect. The farm was ornate and unique complete with a lovely landscape and sheep. Larry was a gracious host and made us a farm breakfast each morning. Everyone should stay at Larry's farm, whether you're traveling for a specific occasion or just want to get away!

An Oasis of Hospitality! As a Marriott employee of 10 years it is not often that I do not rely on my EMPLOYEE ROOM RATE PRIVILEGE. I decided to give a rustic BnB a try and was very glad I did. The Antique home was nicely furnished and true to its historic charm. Larry was knowledgeable and was there when you needed but not over bearing or intrusive. To top it all off, we had pancakes and ham in the morning!

My fiance and I had a lovely stay at Larry's farmhouse. Fantastic location, cheerful hospitality, and delicious blueberry pancakes with homemade maple syrup. On Larry's suggestion we had a great hike up Snake Mountain for an amazing bird's eye view of the area. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay with Larry at Marker Oak Farms. Continues to be a 5-star experience. Lovely opportunity to experience an "off the path" rural VT life with a friendly and considerate host. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, look no further!

Larry responded very quickly to our request and was very hospitable. He had the heat already going in our room upon arrival. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom and he made an amazing breakfast for us in the morning set at the table next to the gorgeous fire place. It was a really wonderful experience and we would definitely go back in the future.

What a pleasant stay! My daughter and I were in town to visit Middlebury College. We had a lovely spacious room, gracious hosts, and a delicious complimentary breakfast. We would make this same choice if we were in the area again!

Paul has a wonderful master suite with a delicious complimentary breakfast & morning note. The space is actually much larger than pictured and the ceiling is an awesome surprise! It will surpass your expectations. He was an excellent host with delightful stories from his past and offered good suggestions for my girlfriend's upcoming physician residency match. We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip to Middlebury!

Paul was a wonderful host. He and his wife were very welcoming. The beautiful house is located on a quiet street close to downtown Middlebury. The master bedroom suite is huge, with lots of windows. We had a wonderful weekend at Ellen's yurt! It was everything we had hoped for and more. Ellen was kind and welcoming when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed while settling in. She suggested a great local restaurant called the Bobcat Cafe and Brewery where we enjoyed a fantastic dinner. The yurt itself is beautifully decorated and incredibly welcoming. The beds and couches are both quite comfortable, and there are plenty of lights and blankets for the evenings. We were provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and explore this quiet area of Vermont. Ellen's sweet cat Lily visited and kept us company for a while too! We will definitely return in the future. :) During warmer weather, both Lana Falls and Bristol Falls are very easy to get to from the yurt and offer beautiful views and fun swimming holes.

Ellen was great. Made us feel right at home. Her place is beautiful and private. My kids and I did not want to leave. We will definitely come back :-)

The yurt was in a peaceful and beautiful location. It was spacious inside. Ellen was an attentive host. I would recommend this unique experience.

We had such a great time at the yurt! Our expectations were exceeded. The yurt is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the pellet stove provided plenty of warmth even on cold nights. We loved falling asleep under the stars and waking up to blue skies above, and having big open windows looking out to the woods. Ellen brought us extra pellets for the stove, wood for the fire pit, and was on hand right away when we had questions. The property was easy to find on GPS and close to the village for gas/food, but very secluded and private. It was the ideal stay.

My girlfriend and I just left, and our stay was amazing. The yurt was fantastic and recommend it to everyone. There's nothing like waking up to the sunrise and sitting next to a fire with a cup of coffee. Next time we are in Vermont, we will be staying here.

The yurt is wonderful - comfortable yet rustic, set in a beautiful area and not far from the small village of Bristol. Ellen was a great host. I would return in a heartbeat.

We were on a road-trip from Quebec City, heading back to my house in Connecticut. We chose to stop in Vermont for a couple of nights in order to break the trip. This was our first stay in a yurt. This particular yurt is surprisingly large and is fully furnished with nearly everything that one expects to find in a “normal” house … apart from the lack of solid walls … :-) We were quite comfortable here. In particular, there were plenty of blankets, duvets etc. to keep us warm. Despite the fact that we stayed here in August, the nights were quite chilly. Ellen greeted us when we arrived and had stocked the fridge with basic food-items for our convenience. This is always a nice touch, not provided by some other Airbnb hosts. The yurt is beautifully located. Just a few miles down the road is the neat little town of Bristol which, although small, provides everything one needs. Ellen recommended that we eat at the the Bobcat in Bristol. This place was jam-packed when we arrived at 7:30 on a Thursday night and we are not surprised. Our meal was excellent. Altogether, this was an unusual and pleasant place to stay, exactly as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay with Wendy in Middlebury. Fortunately the snow shown in the picture was all gone and the weather was great.

I was beyond impressed with this home and our stay. It was a small guest house attached to her home and included a full kitchen (she even provided us with local eggs, cheese, milk, and bread for breakfast!), private bathroom (with toiletries and even a heat lamp), and bed nook. All of this was brought together with the fireplace and nice big windows. She was very friendly and her home was welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Middlebury

what nice people and what a cozy studio! would be very happy staying here again. it's a snug little place with a gas fire stove, kitchenette (and fridge left stocked with breakfast food to cook), very comfy bed. wendy and her husband are extremely friendly and pleasant and made me feel like they'd do whatever it took make my stay a nice one. it's a fabulous alternative to other, more traditional local lodging options in middlebury.

Wendy was a lovely host to me and my husband! She was very accomodating, happy to answer questions about the surrounding area, and helpful in all kinds of small things throughout our stay. We had a good amount of privacy but also felt extremely welcomed anytime we interacted with the whole family. The studio is an easy walk into main street Middlebury and was a simple, comfortable place to be for our week-long stay.

This studio is a great place to stay if you are visiting either the town or college of Middlebury. It is a decently long walk to campus, but not an unpleasant or difficult one. The room itself is exactly what we needed, and the hosts left us some basic food supplies so we could take care of our own breakfast. The room has a comfortable bed, and stayed warm for us even on the coldest days. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in town, this room is a great choice.

Another great stay at Wendy's. She is so accommodating and adds personal touches. We always enjoy the fresh breakfast items she stocks in the fridge!

This was our first experience and stay with Airbnb and let me say that Theresa has set the bar really high! The apartment was very spacious for a studio and the space was very smartly utilized. The place was clean, cozy and just overall a wonderful place to stay. We have family in Middlebury and have stayed at a hotel and B&B during previous visits but neither compare to Theresa's place (space, amenities, price, etc.). Theresa left very detailed instructions, as well as, suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. We were located right in town and walking distance to some nice spots. We will definitely stay here again!

Theresa's home was in a great location. It was very comfortable and met our needs very well. She was very accommodating. We would stay there again. The only thing we missed was having Wifi. I thought the listing said that it was available, but perhaps I was wrong. Thanks for the hospitality, Theresa!

Theresa was very accommodating and communicative, and the apartment was completely ready for my arrival. It’s charming from stem to stern—hardwood floors, a high ceiling, a full kitchen, a nice sitting area, two work / eating tables, and a comfortable bed. And if you want to be in the heart of the village, consider this: In 30 seconds you can be ordering coffee in Carol’s Hungry Mind Café; in two minutes you can be browsing the fiction section in the Vermont Book Shop; in three minutes you can be listening to live music at 51 Main; in four minutes you can be sipping a Switchback Amber Ale at Two Bros. Tavern and Restaurant; in five minutes you can arrive at any number of good places to eat; and in six minutes you can be on the Middlebury College campus, which is as beautiful as college campuses come. If none of that appeals to you, I can’t help you. I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Theresa's lovely studio! This space is beautiful, with gracious and generous dimensions, wonderful big windows overlooking Middlebury's charming downtown and even over the rooftops to the river. The space feels like far more than a "studio", with a full and well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, and then sleeping area. It is all tastefully decorated with a restful feel that echoes Theresa's notion of hospitality as a spiritual practice. Theresa was extremely helpful and her responses to all my questions were lightening fast! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Theresa's studio was exactly as described - "sunny and spacious". I would also add "peaceful, warm and comfortable". The bed was so cozy, and I wish I would have had more time to lounge on the couch looking out the window. It was so sweet to have farm fresh eggs, english muffins (my favorite), and tea to choose from in the morning. The location was perfect, just a couple steps from an amazing coffee shop, stores and also close to the college. Thank-you Theresa!

We had a great stay at Theresa's place- my boyfriend and I stayed for a week and went skiing, to Burlington, and other areas around Vermont. The location was perfect- nothing we did was more than an hour drive from the apartment. The apartment was clean and functional, and was exactly as much as we needed for the week. Theresa was also very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I'd recommend to anyone!

She was so wonderful! A warm welcoming from her and also a warm fire for our stay. The place was perfect with everything we needed. It had the feel that we were staying in a cozy cabin. I would highly recommend her place if you are traveling through Vermont. Wish we would have stayed two nights!

This was probably our fifth visit to Kateri's rustic barn with loft space. We love the spaciousness, the southern exposure, the sound of the rushing stream, and best of all the wood stove. We are able to sit and have coffee and pastries in the morning thanks to the efficent kitchen. Just a great feeling in this warm and relaxing place in the little village of Salisbury. Did I mention the host is very thoughtful and considerate as well......you'll never get rid of us now. Deb & Joe

Kateri was as wonderful a host as can be wished for. So welcoming - she even brought toys over for my four year old. She helped us with whatever we needed, was always available and extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

We stayed at Kateri's place for 2 nights, and loved it. Very cozy, quaint, Laura Ingalls Wilder-esque. It was perfect for the beginning of our hiking and climbing trip. Kateri was very helpful and friendly, and Lucille the wood stove kept us warm!

Hosts like Meg and Rachel are reasons why I love AirBnB. I was in town to visit Middlebury College and ended up having great conversations with both of my hosts. Having said that, I accidentally showed up a few hours earlier than the time I had originally noted (long travels can make you frazzled like this) but both Meg and Rachel were gracious and accommodating. The room is comfortable and clean with a desk and a chair, and I had no problems parking. (The bed is so comfortable! Even with my bad back enduring days of traveling across the country I slept well with no back pain.) Their home is in the heart of the town so I was able to hop over to get some dinner at a local Thai restaurant as well as enjoy a great lunch at the delicious sandwich shop near the waterfall. The night before I stayed at the Marriott, and *NOTE* I prefer Meg and Rachel's place many times over the hotel. Rachel was kind enough to take photos over a couple of notes (small documents) I left by accident in the room. All in all, thanks for a wonderful stay!

I arranged this stay for a dear friend who came to Middlebury to attend my wedding, and she said it was absolutely perfect. I don't know if she met Meg or Rachel, but she said her host was warm and friendly, great to talk with but also respectful of her privacy. The common areas were clean and comfortable, and the bedroom was quiet with a very comfortable bed. One of the things she liked best was having the cat curl up and sleep with her - not mandatory for those who don't care for such things, but for my friend it was great! Based on my friend's enthusiasm, I would recommend Loft in the Heart of Middlebury without reservation! Thanks, Meg & Rachel, for giving my friend such great lodging.

My husband and adult son were the ones who stayed, and my husband wrote this review. "Christal was available on our arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. She is a very nice person and I enjoyed our conversation. My adult son and I were there for cycling and appreciated being given space in the garage for bikes. There is a Keurig and refrigerator, it could use a table to prepare food. My son found the rollout bed uncomfortable and he and I ended up sleeping in the double in the bedroom. There is a kitchen upstairs in the family's living area if you are comfortable with sharing that."

Christal was an amazing host. The house is in a beautiful little neighborhood and the unit was very clean and nice. The separate entrance makes it easy to come and go.

Our stay at Crystal's was great. We stayed one night and everything went very smooth. The place was simple and clean, and there were clean towels and a functional wifi. The family could not have been nicer hosts. We had a great stay at Erin's beautiful new clean basement apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Erin made us feel incredibly welcome even bringing us homemade blueberry muffins. Great spot for a stay in Middlebury.

Erin and family were awesome. The room is completely self-contained with its own entrance. very close drive to Middlebury and a short walk as well, since it is closer when you use the walking path. Erin was very helpful, even when I lost her key and locked myself out. Sorry Erin.

Nice and spacious room with comfortable bed and private bath. Happy family sounds in the morning in a very family friendly new neighborhood development. Great nights sleep. Enjoyed my brief stay.

The cabin was absolutely perfect and just as described. We went with three kids 7 and under and it was great. The little rec room on the property was such a fun spot for the kids with tons of toys, board games, books, etc. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. There were plenty of boats and life jackets for us to use (we brought our own for the two younger ones but borrowed ones for us and our older child). It is a great spot for families or a grown ups only trip, would highly recommend and definitely plan on going back!

The cabin is rustic and as pictured. We didn't realize that this was essentially one cabin on a compound of about 6 other cabins in very close proximity (about 50 feet) - we could hear out neighbors music and bonfire conversations and therefore, was not the secluded getaway we were hoping for. Requiring guests to bring their own linens/towels (stated in the listing) is fine but should be reflected in a lower price.

Our experience with Laura's cozy little cabin was a pleasure and a breeze, from the moment we first made contact. Laura was polite and the local caretakers were very hospitable. The cabin itself was a delight and the area was filled with entertaining options. We most enjoyed the Lana falls and the nearby trails. Highly recommended!

Great little cabin! Very cozy. The weather was bad, so we didn't end up going out on the lake, but the boats looked serviceable. Middlebury is a fantastic little town! Highly recommend the marble works area.

The cabin was rustic and cozy, which is what we were looking for. While we did appreciate the appearance of the cabin, we only had one small fan, which was not enough to get the air flowing during really high temperatures in the middle of the day. This was not a huge issue because we spent a great deal of time outdoors. The other issue is that the cabin had multiple cobwebs still in place in the bathroom and bedroom windows. It's a bit discomfiting to wake up with dead insects on your pillow or see them in the shower. We had do a sweep through ourselves to get rid of the cobwebs. Otherwise, a relaxing trip.

The cabin was clean and cozy. Communication with Laura was excellent. Everything was prefect!

My guests and I had a great 2 day get away at Laura's rustic cabin. The variety of things to do and the relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to be. We definately plan on returning to Dunmore Acres in the future.

Abigail and Bill are sophisticated gracious hosts. We were treated like family and the room and house are both comfortable and full of art. We were very pleased and look forward to returning.

It was a beautiful house, a lovely set of rooms, very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Abi was flexible, generous and friendly and we felt right at home, but the rooms were very private. (What more does one need aside from a beautiful setting, shelves of good books, a deep bathtub, comfortable bed, and a glass of wine?) The location was great -- it's really a perfect option considering that affordable places are limited in the Middlebury area.

Our experience was fantastic! The carriage house exceeded our expectations and extremely clean, spacious, fully equipped for our needs and had coffee, milk and some some small food items. Bathrooms had toiletries and great towels (heated on the warmer). The hostess was wonderful and provided just the right amount of contact to ensure a comfortable stay. All in all a great spot just outside of town, Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This carriage house far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful building and every detail has been carefully planned and executed. The carriage house looks out over the fields and across the valley to the Green Mountains. I only wish we had had more time just to enjoy the view! The house is beautifully furnished and stocked with treats and surprises. My son loved the indoor swing and my 78-year-old mother said she needs to go back and spend a week listening to the incredible record collection - all recordings from her youth. A very special spot.

Amy's carriage house is spectacular. Located in central Vermont in the western lowlands the site offers distant views of the Green Mountains and miles of gorgeous rolling pastoral farm land. The carriage home has one well-appointed bedroom and two trundle beds appropriate for 4 people. The house was recently remodeled/decorated with a fresh look and wonderful attention to detail. The house provides the user a warm charming Vermont feel. Amy was a responsive and gracious host. She had eggs, bread and snacks available at no additional cost. If you need to pick up your own provisions a grocery store is only 25 minutes away in the town of Brandon. Lake Champlain and Killington resort are only an hour away respectively. Overall the carriage house was a great getaway from the city and would be a perfect spot in all seasons for those who want to escape into nature.

Beautiful house! Close to everything we needed, but relaxing and off the beaten path. Exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to come back!

Amy and Colin's carriage house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is lovely, yet very comfortable and easy to feel at home. There is lots of attention to detail from the well-stocked coffee solution to the towel warmers. We had everything we needed and more. Staying here is definitely a must to have that quintessential Vermont experience - a pastoral, restful setting but with easy access to the town of Middlebury and places to hike and explore.

We stayed for one night and it was wonderful, my best AirBnB experience yet. Francois was gracious, welcoming, warm, funny, and entertaining. We got to see the quasi-museum of his career in the basement and to play with his great little dog Princess. The room had everything we needed, and the whole place was very clean.

Francois could not have been more welcoming and friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with him about his very interesting experiences in life. Princess, his dog, is extremely well behaved. The house is cozy, toasty warm, and full of posters and memorabilia that are fun to see. Francois had a pot of coffee ready when I got up in the morning, which was a nice surprise, and he has all kinds of great tea on hand too. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, very convenient to Middlebury.

Stay here when you are in Middlebury for any occasion! Francois has a wonderful personality and a home full of love and care! He takes good care of his guests and warmly welcomes them with open arms! Thank you Francois! I will be back! You rock!

Convenient location, close to campus and dining, but on a quiet residential street. Francois was a wonderful host. He is a unique host, as retired Artist in Residence at Middlebury College and Officer Clemmons on Mister Rogers. We enjoyed his stories and knowledge.

Francois is a true gentleman and the most interesting person I've ever met through AirBnb. The value is unparalleled. I couldn't recommend his home more. And it's a 5 minute walk to campus and 10 to the vibrant village of Middlebury.

Dr. Francois Clemmons is a gracious, top-notch host, and a fascinating person. My stay was everything I hoped for, and more. Generous with his time, Francois showed me his beautiful museum of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood and Harlem Spiritual Ensemble memorabilia that he created in the basement area of his house. It was a pleasure and honor to spend time with such a talented trailblazer. Francois' dog Princess is very sweet and adorable. Everything I needed was provided for, the bed was very comfortable, I got a great night sleep, and woke up to delicious coffee and fruit. Francois' house is right next to Middlebury College. It was very easy to get everywhere I needed to go. If you have an opportunity to stay with Francois, don't miss it!

We are avid cyclists and chose Middlebury based on the terrain (hilly) and some of the Six Gaps in reach to tackle. Loved the area and relatively quiet for a college town. The apt. was perfect for us. Very clean and nicely appointed. Dan and Diane were quick to respond to any questions we had. They made us feel welcome. Fabulous hosts. We never had a bad meal or cup of coffee in Middlebury, Bristol, Burlington , or Brandon. Book this but just not when we want to come. :-)

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Well-appointed with a full kitchen, washer & dryer. Located in the center of town, it’s walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the college campus (right across the street). From start to finish, my experience here was first-rate. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, drinks, fruit and snacks upon arrival. Dan and Diane were in touch regularly, asking if there was anything I needed and offrered suggestions, support (and more fruit and supplies). I loved staying here—it really felt like home—and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Middlebury. In the years I have been coming to Middlebury, this is by far the best place I have stayed.

Dan, Diane, and Emmy's place was fantastic! Perfect location for visiting Middlebury College as well as the town. They were very responsive and kind. I will definitely try to book here again next time I visit.
