We had a great time at Rick & Carrie's place. The room was spacious and had complete amenities. The staff were polite and accommodating. Carrie was very nice and really made an effort to welcome us when we arrived. She was also there when we checked out. She is indeed a superhost. Thank you New Manila Suites for a relaxing staycation.

Fast check in and check out. Prompt communication between owner and staff. Staff are alert and eager to help. Owners very friendly, caring and helpful. Really feel like at a second home :) The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The garden is very pretty and I felt like I was in Baguio. The room was very big and amenities such as water heater, kettle, microwave, tv, sky cable working excellently. Location is excellent. Jolibee just right outside the hotel. Two supermarkets in walking distance. Shakeys, max restaurant etc all in walking distance. Will always have food in stomach. Yeahhhhh.

Great value for money. The room is clean, neat, well-lit and ventilated. The ambiance makes you feel comfortable. It's like you're in a hotel but gives you the home-like feel- relaxed. Amenities are provided, and the service are excellent. The staff are courteous and accommodating. And we were delighted with the complementary drinks and snacks. The place is near main road and establishments which make it accessible to major areas. They also offer hearty breakfasts but you may opt to buy outside.

The place is awesome! The balcony is perfect. We're on the top floor for crying out loud!!! :) The hosts are very kind and accomodating ensuring that we have everything that we need! Great place for couples, family, friends, a place where everyone is guaranteed to enjoy! The interior design is classy! The pool is great, a must try! We'll definitely be back!

This was an urgent trip and I booked Ida's condo last minute. Yet everything went smoothly. Jeannie, her property manager in Manila did her best for us. The location was central -- restaurants, shopping, clinics, hospital - they were all walking distance or can easily be reached by Uber. The condo had a step-up transformer, a washing machine, a full size refrigerator, the wifi was fast, there was even a telephone (landline)! The only challenging thing was the shower. It was difficult to mix the right temperature, so, you either have a hot shower or a cold shower. Overall....this condo was a very good choice for its price. Thank you, Ida....Thank you, Jeannie, for your kindness and assistance.

We had a great stay especially that it was very near the Greenhills Commercial Center. You never have any problem finding good food, shops to buy things, and even finding taxi rides. The unit was found as advertised. We had complete amenities (kitchen, washing machine, hot shower, cable tv), great views of the surrounding areas, and fast Internet. Great value for money.

Nice location just behind Greenhills shopping mall. Place is secure and also has available pool, jacuzzi and gym on the rooftop which offers an amazing view of the city. The room is fully furnished including a washing machine which is easy to use.

This is the first time where there was no actual contact with the owner, Ida, or the property manager (caretaker), Jeannie, so I was a bit weary at first. But it all worked out well and all I had to do was pick up the keys from the security office. It is a very nice place where the bed is comfortable, the fridge is large compared to what you would normally see here in Manila Airbnb units, it had a full cable TV package, and the wifi was fast. Staff on the property were very nice and it was right next door to Greenhills Shopping Center where there are a lot of restaurants and shopping. The road can be a nightmare, though, as traffic really builds up in the area at peak times. Catching a taxi is easy enough but using Grab might be a problem as the drivers that I encountered were unfamiliar with the building (they get confused between Swire Elan and Greenhills Elan). Overall, a very pleasant stay and I wish that I would have been able to extend.

My nephew stayed at this place for a couple of days. Host provided clean sheets, towels and a set of toiletries. It could have helped to provide more toilet paper, at least a minimum of 2 rolls. Everything else was cozy, and very convenient since Greenhills Shopping Center is just a few minutes walk, literally you just cross the street to get there. Thank you guys for a good stay, for being very accommodating, and for replying right away when I have questions.

I stayed here for 5 days and I'm definitely satisfied with it. The place is affordable, secured, organized, and clean. The location is very accessible because it's near (walking distance) to the malls, restaurants, public establishments, and MRT / transportation. The host is very accommodating and approachable too. The room is also complete with the basic things you need when you're away from home. Another thing that I like about this listing is the privacy. It is really a great choice if you're really looking for a peaceful place to stay in. 9/10

Anthony let us check it at 5am with no extra charge which was amazing after a long travel day! And check out was at 12pm so it's really good value for money. 7 11 and McDonalds near by for snacks. Only stayed one night so can't comment too much on location but it was pretty cheap to get Grabs to places.

The room was clean, the place is near the public transport and malls. Perfect for travelers.

Not sure the detail of the access as I and my 5 y-o daughter were able to be driven by my local friends' car to get there but as I saw a train station sign near there, and as long as I saw their explanation, it should be pretty easy to get there by yourselves. Our flight was very late, arrived at Manila at midnight but Anthony was so nice to accept our very late check in and we got very quick reply every time too. When we checked in like 2 a.m, the staff was also kind to show our room and explain the stuff. The room was so cute with the wall decoration as shown in the picture, my daughter really liked it :) Only a negative thing was the electrical outlet was out of order in this room so we couldn't charge my mobile, but I found it at the living room area so not a big problem. The room was clean, the air con works very good, they provided clean big towels, and shower was good, everything was enough for our short stay there. They also have a free coffee and water server, lovey for my need for the morning :) We would like to stay there again if we have chances!

This is a bomb place :) You'll def get more than what u paid for.,Great location. It is close to everything. A lot of good places around and it is very safe. Would absolutely recommend to any business or recreational visitors! Location: extremely safe area, near several 24/7 convenience stores; a bank to exchange money; and a lot of food Room: as pictured - the shower was quite good in particular Communication: can't give enough plaudits to this - Jake and Caren resolved any problems substantially faster than I expected, very much was appreciated! Excellent value.

Among all the places I've stayed in Makati, Jake and Caren's cozy, spacious and SUPER CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL unit at Serenity Suites definitely stands out among the rest. Stayed for 1 night but should I have another choice I'll probably stayed longer. Caren and Jake are very accommodating hosts. All my queries and concerns were answered immediately. I got so much for what I paid for ❤️

Jake and Caren's place was really nice, clean and centrally located. It was also very close to the major malls and we never ran out of options in terms of food and entertainment. They were also kind enough in giving us tips on places to have dinner and have some drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to book again with them in the future! :)

Their unit is very clean and well-kept/maintained. The moment we enter the room, it smells good, it felt good that made us very happy. It is in close proximity (walking distance) to malls. It is also close to supermarkets and the Greenbelt chapel. It is truly in the heart of the city yet the unit provided us the space to rest, relax and really had a good night sleep. Our hosts, Jake and Caren provided us (through text and email) detailed informations prior and during our stay, which came in very handy. They promptly responded to our inquiries which we really appreciate. We will definitely recommend their unit!

We stayed at Alfonso's place on a business trip, having meetings in different buildings, all in the Makati area. The location was just perfect for us, close enough (within walking distance) to where we needed to be, and far enough from all the noise. We loved the neighborhood too, a lot of very good restaurants and safe to walk around in.

I stayed in the condo for 8 nights, 9 days with my parents. which worked out perfect. Theres a very comfy queen bed and I slept in sofa-type bed along the window which was also comfy. From the very beginning, as soon as we landed, up until the day we left to the airport, I was in touch with Alfonso (the host) We landed at 430am, so he woke up early to make sure we landed ok, and knew the best transportation to get to the condo. He even accomodated us with an early check in, and met us at 6am to deliver the key. He was very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. And when questions came up later, they were answered very quickly. I felt like I had a concierge at my fingertips 24/7, no kidding! As far as the condo itself, it was amazing, I would say 4-5 star quality, from the design to the amenities, everything was very nice or high end. Bath has a very cool rainfall shower head, which even my Dad liked! Full kitchen, and everything you need as far as dishes and utensils. Nice view as well. Tips I would add for future visitors, make sure you know which way is north and south, this would be my fault, but I got lost walking around on the first day because I went the wrong way using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps, and ended up going the opposite way. This is minor, but may save you time. Also, if you use Uber, you can let the front desk know, and they will tell the guard in front, so he can track down the driver and let him in when they arrive (an added convenience for you) Nice gym and pool, conveniently accessible. And kids playground. You can walk to many places nearby or take a Uber which doesn't cost that much at all. Overall, everything was awesome, condo, location, and hosts. I would stay here again!

Alfonso was a fantastic host - easy to contact and communicate with and had everything all sorted along with recommendations for the neighbourhood and tips for the trip. The studio itself is ultra modern yet comfortable and cosy. Will definitely stay again.

I was one of the few people who are hesitant in using airbnb.. and like any first time airbnb user, been comparing reviews and looking at different properties.. Alfonso's place immediately caught my eye with a lavishly styled place for an affordable price. All I can say is, Alfonso's place is just SUPERB. Truly, the place is far more better than I expected from the photos. And Alfonso's assistance is just great, he was eagerly attending all my inquiries/needs when I needed it. My advise to anyone, who's been reading this review of Alfonsos's place, BOOK IT NOW before anyone can book here first haha Would choose Alfonso's place over any other 5 star accommodation any day! Best place I've stayed in Manila so far, by far the hottest water I've had, the kitchen comes with essentials needed to cook the bed was decent and the view was amazing. Only downsides were the slow wifi and the noise from the highway. But that's what's expected living in a major city, other then the wifi I have absolutely no complaints about this apartment. Would and probobly will book again

Pros: -The size of the apartment was perfect for the four of us (2 adults and 2 children). -The view was amazing. -The pool was great. -Centrally located. -Helpful security guards. -Decent wifi. -You can't beat the price. -Cleanliness (although the linens could use updating). Cons: -We had no hot water during our stay. -The host did not provide toilet paper (which would have been nice to know since we didn't arrive until after 1 in the morning. We had to go purchase some after we arrived. Thankfully there was a small store right next to the apartment building). -Her assistant took pictures of our passports (with her personal cell phone) upon our arrival. We provided the guards in lobby with copies of our passports as requested but still had to provide them to the assistant. This made us feel very uneasy. This should have been communicated to us ahead of time.

A pleasant introduction to the place with someone waiting at the apartment for our arrival - and a really beautiful view. We were really happy with the overall experience! In particular, the room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was nice, and the view is stunning. Top for location, too, close to most of the major things.

Fairy and her partner made us feel very welcome as soon as we got to the place. We arrived a little later than expected & she was totally cool with it. The apartment itself is as pretty as the photos-- special mention to that uber chic purple couch & that wonderful view of Manila Bay. The place was very comfortable and homey. The sunset & sunrise view was amazing! The AC unit was just quite noisy but after some time, you get used to it. It's better sleeping with the humming of the AC than hearing the abrupt street sounds of Roxas Blvd. at night. It was tolerable. We were also provided with a pocket wifi and a little black book of food delivery menus. That was helpful. As for the neighborhood, almost every needed establishment is within a few steps away-- the mall, Starbucks, convenience stores etc. I'd definitely recommend Fairy's place to anyone looking to be around the Manila hub.

We stayed at Fairy's place Dec15-17, 2015. We loved the location! It is very central and close to Manila's main attractions. Although we were not able to visit very many attractions because of the weather ( Typhoon Nona),her place was convenient and comfortable enough for a staycation. We were able to use her kitchen to cook our daily breakfast, and buy basic supplies from 7/11 closeby, there was also a family mart beside the building. Baclaran and Intramuros was on jeepney ride away. The guards were very helpful with information and also for hailing cabs when you need it. Although we were not able to meet Fairy personally, i find she was always easy to reach via emails , or text messages for wuestions or inquiries since i started booking her place. I will stay here again. In fact i have another 3 nights booked in her place in January and i am looking forward to my next stay already.

Vonn was very accommodating. He met us at the apartment when we arrived from the airport and gave us a detailed run-down of the place and everything around it. The apartment was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. In a great location, and a very nice building with friendly staff.

Vonn is a wonderful host who was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He also had a maid come through mid stay who cleaned the place better than I clean my own house haha. The flat is very clean with a nice view. There were always at least 3 to 5 security guards on duty, as well as maintenance staff for any issues. Very safe area that was close to plenty of public transportation and plenty of really good food & nightlife spots. Also, really close to a mall and lots of tourist attractions. I highly suggest this place. I will for sure be booking this spot on my next stay! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Vonn!

Great place to stay in Manila. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation and a convenient business trip. The building stands in a great location. The apartment was well-decorated. Thus, kitchen was complete and fully-functional. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Vonn was one of a kind, he made sure that everything went well for us. He is helpful with our concerns and even gave us tips & advices for our trip. We would definitely book this again and recommend this unit to our friends.
