I had a wonderful time at Putus house. Jasmin and Jan live in the house as longterm guests and eventhough I had a short stay we connected easily and they were very helpful with recommendations about Bali. The house is lovely and clean, beautiful garden with a nice hammock to chillout and I loved that the location was close to the beach and Canggu area. Hope to see you again, thanks Putu and big thanks to Jasmin & Jan :)

The house is about a 10 min. walk along rice paddies to Echo beach. We had a private room & our own bathroom & shared the kitchen and living room with Jan & Jasmine the long term guests (and their kitten!). The house was very clean and Jan & Jasmine were great hosts with lots of info about Bali. Definitely stay here if you want to experience a quiet and beautiful part of Canggu.

This is a modern, European-style house set in the local village of Pererenan. The house sits next to rice fields which you can see from the upstairs balcony, and has a lush tropical garden for a backyard. It's an easy 700 m walk to Pererenan beach past rice fields, and then another short walk down the sand to Echo Beach. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. And Sonya was very gracious, knowledgeable and kind. It really could not be much better at the price I paid!

This was such a memorable weekend visit to Bali and much of that was because of Sonya's home. She keeps a very clean and tidy home and her knowledge of the local area, particularly spots to watch the amazing sunsets, and wonderful dining suggestions made my visit one of the best Air B&B experiences I'v had. The house was way bigger than I thought it would be and had updated appliances and the proximity to the beach was just as advertised. I would surely stay there on my next visit and highly recommend it to all.

Had a terrific stay Adam's house! All the furniture bedding is brand new, super clean and designed well. Wonderful location and close to everything. Can't wait to come and stay again!

Dear possible guests of the villa in Chaggu, Bali, we want to give you some useful information about this place of stay. We were visiting the island for the first time and of course didn’t know where it’s better to live. For those who are in the same situation. This villa is a perfect place to stay at: -if you want to live far from touristic place but very deeply in the usual place of living of the locals. It’s a small village in the middle of nowhere. Nearby is the temple, there are usual sounds of cows, forest and wild insects everywhere. Gives a chance to have a rest from our big cities, roads and city noise! -if you don’t need all-inclusive services and don’t want anybody of the tourists/servicemen to disturb you! Enjoy urself, feel like you have always been living there -if you like a road and 15 minutes by car to the beach is not disturbing at all! And it's worth doing just not to live with tourists nearby! -if you are good at surfing and you need good waves. Nearby is only Echo beach with big waves and no facilities for usual beach rest. -if you want to spend calm time on the villa, enjoying nature without a need to go to the town each day! May be, you won’t choose this place - If you want to have a beach nearby with on foot access. - If you don’t want to do surfing but need a beach resting. To get to more or less convenient beach for such type of holidays (in Seminyak) will take you at least 40 minutes one-way in traffic jams) But have you come that far away just for beach holiday?I think it's better to use this chance and try true surfing. - If you are not friendly with pets. A dog and a cat living on the villa will almost eat with you from the same plate! But you again feel close to nature;) - If you need service each day. Even towels were never changed during 1-week stay on villa. But believe, you will not understand what Bali is if you live in 5* hotel in Nusa Dua or Jimbaran. - If you can’t imagine how is it to take a shower below sky, especially during heavy rain. But you will never forget this close-to-nature experience. - If you need infrastructure (shops, cafes, clubs etc). the way to Seminyak and Kuta is too tiring because of traffic jams + you will pay too much money for the taxi that will exceed winning in the cost of this villa. But all advantages may in some cases overweigh disadvantages.. Thank you to the owner Tricia, her assistant Dia, maid and driver Ketut who did their best to help us though it was a period of Indonesian holidays, of celebrating New Year and very heavy rain period! We will never forget famous Balinese smile, your relaxing and calm attitude to life...

Great place for "live like a local" experience. Spacious villa, fully equipped and located in quite area of Canggu close to nice cafes and restaurants. Tricia was very helpful and stayed in touch during our stay. Thanks!

Seeing one's name in a sea of crowded faces after a 20 hour flight is most uplifting and welcoming!! Thanks Kim for the arrangement. We spent minimal time in your home but the character , tranquility was appreciated. Breakfast and hospitality was always available , and to Gede especially , we offer deep thanks for his friendliness, smiles and assistance. Your pets added to our stay and we were very comfortable with them. Although the dog's habit of scratching and being given the freedom of all the couches made us wary. The bats were interesting ! It was our first visit to Bali and much had to be learnt. The pretty terraced rice paddies of the neighbourhood and the hectic traffic on the lanes surprised us. Cafes and good coffees are readily found in the area, regrettably the litter on the beaches and even sea disappointed. The friendly Balinese need to urgently restore their paradise by educating all about the litter and mess.Your staff Gede and Made were caring and kind, and deserve the highest praise.

The villa is pretty good! It is same as the picture completely. The house is clean,what's more, Made and Gede are friendly and kindly. The dogs and cat are cute very much. Tricia, the hostess, is a very kind woman. She has Very good taste. Her villa is a romantic place. My English is not enough to express my feel, so I write below in Chinese for Chinese.这次的巴厘岛之行完美得超出想象,特别是首次在bnb上预定住宿,本来是很忐忑的,凌晨来到后,Tricia 在家中迎接我们,简单明白地说明各个房间的安排,还特意说明给我们留了水果和冰箱中的食物,就留我们休息了。她在我们住这七天要去另一个岛度假,就把家放心地交给了我们几个刚见面的人,感谢她的信任。家离海边步行20分钟左右,是适合冲浪的沙滩,细腻的黑沙滩泛着点点银光,夕阳下天空整个倒映在沙滩上,估计跟团游的人是看不到这样的景色的。这片沙滩大多是欧美或澳洲游客,几乎见不到其他中国人,因为海浪不适合游泳。别墅周围都是碧绿的稻田,空气极好,最美的还是我们住的地方,宽阔的绿色庭院,能看到星空的卫生间,女主人独特的艺术品位,整个家温馨优雅。儿子最高兴了,因为他可以随便玩房东儿子的乐高玩具,滑板车,冲浪板,足球。房间的水,电,空调,床,被子,厨房,热水都非常好用,适合一家人多住些日子。房东给介绍的包车司机也特别棒。

We have found a large, clean rooms with private bathrooms, comfortable beds and air conditioning. The house and Canggu themselves are super. Nino took care of your transfer from the airport and on to Ubud, which was mega relaxed for us. If we had time we would certainly come back on our trip again and can only recommend the hotel. Nino and his roommates are super friendly and open. We felt very comfortable and could have stayed longer. Thanks for the warm welcome on Bali :) Hope to see you again sometime!

Really welcoming, tidy and clean. Hosts are able to provide you with pretty much everything you'll need, motorbike access to a pool, where to eat etc Nice quiet and relaxing, not too far from the beach

Homestay in a quiet area, a short scooter ride of Canggu. The property is located on the grounds of a family, that is, the exciting daily rituals of Balinese culture can be experienced firsthand. It is no shortage of privacy or retreat - the property has living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Who is a good walker, and the climate tolerates, Laundry can reach restaurants and warungs nearby. However, it is recommended that the means of locomotion scooter. This can be rented directly from uncomplicated Andini and then is ready upon arrival already. Also recommended is as airport shuttle services.

The place is awesome, people are very friendly! There is a very calm area and perfect if you come to chill without too much people or surf. They help me with everything and were always able to help me. In this area you will see how real balinese people live and it amazing. Suggest to everyone!

Andini is a dream! She is the kind of person you feel comfortable with in the first minute of your stay. She helped us settle in quickly and supported us with everything we needed, even arranging transportation to Padang Bai, checking how to get to Gili in the best way and giving us recommendations where to go and eat. Accommodation was spacious, clean and included more than we expected. It was situated in a not so crowded area and on the premises of local Balinese, which we liked very much but might not suit everyone in terms of the location, so, check first. Only downside to be mentioned: We only stayed for one night which was a pity and we should definitly have stayed longer to get the full Andini and local Balinese experience. Next time then ;-)

Great time, really nice family homestay and good apartments. Seperate bedroom/loungeroom, kitchen, toilet. Hot water, AC in bedroom. We actually booked for 2 nights and stayed for 10. Nice warung with cheap local food next door, red salt for coffee just down the road and a quiet jalan down to echo beach. We will definitely stay here again when in Canggu.

We had a great time in this wonderful piece of quietness in Canggu. The location is great and Putu and his family were the most helpful hosts i ever had. I highly recommend this place, which is also a very good value for money.

An adorable place with an adorable crew, this place has a special vibe, made us feel home immediately. Airport pick up went perfect, we had a motorbike arranged in just 15 minutes. The bed is so comfy, the outdoor bathroom clean and beautiful. When you wake up, breakfast is already served at your veranda without a sound. We left after just two nights and would love to come back someday. Thank you for having us!

As the accomodation was double booked, Putu offered us a room at another one of his places, the Tamantis. It was beyond expectations. Place was immaculate and staff were extremely helpful and professional.

One of the best places we stayed in Bali. Airbnb house with 5 star service. Really I worked in 5 start hotels that did not have the service as good as this place.
