Very enjoyable stay at above the treetops! Photos represented the place very well, and price was a bargain. Only problem was they randomly started mowing the lawn directly outside the sliding doors at 9pm.... Was a bit weird and creepy

Up Above the Treetops is a comfortable and well-located property with beautiful views. The studio was neat, cosy and ideal for a beach getaway. We would recommend it.

We have such a lovely stay at Scott & Michelle's the apartment was perfect! Their little personal touches of orange juice, fresh milk & cereals were great! I will definitely be staying here again :) The bed was very comfortable, as was the apartment on a whole.

Scott and Michelle place was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was central to many great spots and had a beautiful view to wake up to. Also visited the suggested restaurant that was in the booklet they had prepared and loved it. Thank you for your amazing hospitality !

We were welcomed by Sue who showed us around the apartment and gave us local information. The apartment was so spacious, much more so than the pictures suggest. We had everything we needed and were very very comfortable, it was like a home away from home. Additionally the location and views were amazing, would love to go back and have a whole weekend there sometime. It was overall a great experience! The hosts were friendly and eager to assist us in any way to make our stay amazing.

The accommodation was exactly as described and everything we needed for a weekend away. Clean and comfortable, with great hosts to welcome us and check we had everything we needed. A 10-15 minute easy walk into Terrigal, and close to everything else the Central Coast has to offer.

Tony and Sue from our very first meeting were so friendly and helpful. Tony even drove us to a nearby party that we were attending that night. Their accommodation was perfect and so clean. Very private and tranquil with gorgeous views, a generous lounge area, comfy bed and great bathroom facilities. It's a short stroll into Terrigal cafes and beaches. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Nice and close to the beach and town centre for cafes, restaurants and shops. A great location for anyone into stand up paddle boarding - just walk across the bridge and you're in the lagoon where you can paddle right up to the beach. Sue and Tony were great hosts who met us and showed us the space where we would stay and were quick and clear with communication in the lead up to our stay.

We would definitely recommend this place for your holiday. My partner and I were on a little getaway with our overseas friends and found the apartment to stay in. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and loved the styling and homely feel. Jackie and Jake where very helpful and always replied to you needs. The location was great and only a few minutes walk from a great bar. Terrigal and Avoca beach were very close by too. This is definitely a place we would love to stay in again.

Accommodation is clean, tidy and comfortable. It's closed to the beach and shops. We like the spacious lounge and dining area especially the wifi and Foxtel platinum cable. My guests from America didn't miss their Fox News which made them very happy. The place is what it says in the listing. The place was as advertised, clean and cute. The walls and windows are quite thin so you can hear the neighbours talking so i highly recommend wearing earplugs. But apart from that, it was a great location in Terrigal and suited my needs.

Jaimee's place was great for my trip to attend a friend's wedding. I didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment. It is walking distance to terrigal beach and shops and a very comfortable place to lay my head to rest after dancing all night.

This studio was lovely! It was spacious and had everything we needed for a short comfortabl stay. It's a short drive from Terrigal and easy to find! Would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Terrigal area!

Susan has thought of everything which really created the WOW factor. We loved the comfortable bed, beautiful 'top shelf' towels & linen and easy instructions for working the appliances. To top it off, Susan provided little snacks and a variety of drinks in the fridge. Studio 11 will be our first preference when we come to the Central Coast and we have no hesitation in recommending Studio 11. Susan and Wolfgang are the best hosts, really the most outstanding hosts I have ever had at a holiday place (and I have stayed at a lot of them over the years). Nothing is too hard and no questions stays unanswered. Everything you could possibly want is at the apartment, from a super well-equipped kitchen, great working and quiet aircon, a super comfy bed, great wifi, an awesome pool, and the easiest parking right outside your private entrance, as well as seating in the front of the property and out the back where you can eat your home-cooked meals or have a lovely glass of wine. I stayed at Susan's place with my 10 months old baby and Sue provided a cot and lots of toys for him which was so appreciated. Also, the place is very child friendly I could just let him roam free with minimal supervision knowing the place is child proof. From Susan's place it is super easy to explore the area, there are lots of beaches and cafes close by as well as a mall not far away either. I loved that it was quiet which is important when you are traveling with a toddler. I will be highly recommending Susan's and Wolfgang's place to my family and friends and can't wait to go back up to the Central Coast for another weekend break or hopefully longer. If you are looking for a convenient, well looked after place in Terrigal / on the Central Coast with lots of amenities and the loveliest hosts look no further! Studio 11 surpasses expectations. Of all the AirBnBs my husband and I have stayed, this one was luxury. Every single aspect of our stay was simply superb. Susan is an exceptional host and her property is immaculate. From the bed linen, to the appliances, there is nothing to fault. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed Sue's place. Peaceful yet well located short drive to Terrigal beach and restaurants. Well appointed comfortable and very good condition with all we needed including snacks. Susan and her husband made us feel very welcome, they showed us around and told us how things worked, there was plenty of information about local attractions, they were always available and told us when they were going away and how to contact them if we needed to. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed and more, we felt at home and very comfortable, it was a beautiful quiet location. We would stay there again if it was available. Susan and her husband are great they did not intrude but let us know they were there if we needed them. I would recommend Susan's place to anyone it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment we made first contact, to the day we left, everything about our stay was perfect. It turned out that we were Sue and Wolfgang's first 'official' booking and they welcomed us with a card and bottle of wine to say thank you, which was so lovely of them. The studio was incredibly well equipped (towels, flannels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, extra blankets, pillows, air con, electric blanket, breakfast juice, snacks, etc), clean, comfortable, quiet. All of the good things! They even offered us a lift to the coach for the wedding we were attending, and provided soy milk upon learning we don't drink dairy milk. We would definitely come back to stay if we're in the area again. Thanks to both of you for such a lovely stay.

Lovely house with a very classy and well furnished home. Despite being an apartment with 3 other apartments in the same building we did not notice any sounds or noises from other guests. 5 minute walk from Wamberal beach and only a short drive to Terrigal, this spot has a great location. Close to Erin fair as well for shoppers and great Cafe spot down the street on the corner. Highly recommend this stay for everyone and will most definitely come back when we head up north again!

Amazing position

Grant and Paula were fantastic hosts and would definitely recommend staying. The apartment itself is more spacious than the photos show, is well fitted out and a 10-15 min walk from the beach. Additionally, Grant and Paula went out of their way to provide us with everything from fresh eggs to shower amenities.

Grant and Paula are a lovely couple who provided a pleasureful holiday experience for our family. They are great and prompt communicators. The apartment was clean and the garden was particularly attractive-lush and green, relaxing and tranquil. The family loved spending most of the time there. Grant and Paula provided fresh eggs and fruit. The apartment is outside of the central part of Terrigal. Would be happy to stay here again.

My girlfriend & I absolutely loved staying with Grant and Paula. The place is beautiful and spacious, with a large outdoor area. It's a pleasant stroll to the lagoon (in which we caught our only fish!), the beach, and the main shopping strip. Grant was incredibly welcoming, and even gave us a much appreciated lift in to Gosford for the football on Saturday night. We're so glad we stayed here instead of at a motel, which was our other choice. I'm sure we will be back next time we're up that way to watch Sydney FC play!

Grant and Paula were very welcoming and the accommodation spacious and comfortable. The fresh bread, butter and eggs were appreciated. We were able to eat the delicious passion fruit from the garden too

David was warm and welcoming. Place was clean and had everything I needed. Great location, easy to park.

David was a great host- he kept great contact even when he was away to make my stay as smooth as possible!

I arrived at the accomodation late as one of the sub-Aqua dives I was doing ran over. However, David was very patient and accomodating. I was offered tea, coffee, toast on arrival (and for breakfast) and made to feel very welcome. I was in the property less than an hour (quick shower, clean and warm) before I left for a night dive. David gave me a key to let myself in on return. Double bed and room were comfortable and I left early the next day. considering the cost, perfect for divers or surfers who need a bed and shower for the night.

Great location: right next to the beach. Out of the "hustle" of the CBD but an easy walk along the beach back to it. I didn't get to meet David as he was away but he had everything organised for my stay and was very friendly. A very clean and comfortable place to stay.

David was a great host , easy to deal with and made contact with me on receipt of my booking also just prior to my arrival. Access was easy even though David wasnt there when I arrived. The location is perfect very close to the beach and township. I also lorft my sunglasses there which David is very kindly posting to me Thankyou

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Yvonne and Mel's house. Made even better by Yvonne's warm and generous welcome to our dog Obi who had a fabulous time hanging out with her dog Dusty. We satyed for 2 nights the house was nice and comfortable we were welcomed by mel who was great told us where everything was and things to do etc. There was a essential items provided like bread coffee etc which was unexpected but helps out alot. The beer and wine was very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others for a quiet stay on the c coast or a good base for sydney as we did. Thanks Yvonne and Mel

The apartment at the rear of the complex has everything you need for two couples or a small family. It's location is amazing, only a few steps to the beach. Modern furnishings with all the amenities you need, we absolutely loved staying here and hope to return again for our next holiday. Amanda and Micah are also very helpful hosts.

We (2 adults, 2 boys and 1 blue heeler) had a fantastic extended weekend at Anacapri. The apartment was exactly what we needed, with good kitchen facilities and direct access to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place and looking forward to visiting again.

This was our second stay and it was nice to return to familiar territory. The place is lovely and sunny and perfect for a couple with a child . We took our spoodle and he loved it too. the beach is accessible in less than a minute and the local area has a nice cafe and surf club.the walk to Terrigal along the beach is only about 20 mins and the beach itself is beautiful. The unit was immaculately clean and is nicely self contained . Foxtel was a nice addition for a rainy day.

If there is anyone that loves to have the whole family with them including their pet then this is the place to go! The neighbours are delightful and very welcoming, the beach is breathtakingly beautiful and is located right at your back door! If you forget anything the owner had provided it for you in including a bed for your pet. Would go back in a heartbeat! Private but centrally located we were within 15min from Gosford city and 15min from the beautiful Entrance.

We booked Anacapri as overflow accommodation during the Christmas period. It worked perfectly. The apartment is in such a great location, right on the beach at Wamberal. You can't go wrong there. Amanda was flexible during the initial booking process, which I appreciated. She was also prompt responding to sms messages and everything went smoothly during our stay. We had a very enjoyable relaxing stay, beautiful view and lovely waking up to the sound of the waves. The place was clean and Anna was quick to drop off tea towels that had been forgotten. We owuld love to come back sometime.

Close to beach/cafes and activities for the kids. Apartment had lots of space and great to have the balcony looking over the beach. Probably not good for elderly or people who have trouble with stairs.
