We are a couple with two children, we spent a great vacation on the island. Cristina from the start was very friendly and helpful to us, then from one ten hostess. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and the location was very good, near Palma, well connected and very quiet. Surely, if we return to this apartment Palma and recommend it to everyone.

We have spent a week in this beautiful apartment. We are a couple with two daughters and we felt at home. The apartment is very new and very clean. It has all the necessary details: full kitchen, beautiful room, sofa bed enough for 2 people and a terrace. It is located in a quiet area near Palma and easy parking. The communal pool is very well maintained and clean. It is a highly recommendable apartment. Cristina is a correct and gracious host. If we return to Palma, repeat secure apartment!

A great apartment for a relaxing holiday with friends or even with a child. Ideally located, 15 minutes from Palma, quiet but with a nearby commercial area where you can drink or dinner. Easy parking. The apartment has everything, cozy and comfortable, super, large air conditioned terrace perfect for evenings and solarium, is appreciated having wifi and wide range of channels with movies and series. Creek residential area own a great find, great for snorkeling, quiet and less touristy. Cristina greeted us every time we needed anything and gave us lots of information about the island. I Mallorca If I repeat I will not hesitate accommodation and I have already recommended it to several friends. Just a 10!

We have been staying my wife, me and our baby of 6 months and our experience exceeded our expectations. Cristina met us promptly on arrival; the apartment was beautiful and only when you open the door and you realized good taste in decor and small touches that made the stay very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for use, the kitchen needed for cooking (blender, pans ... in good condition rare in this type of apartments ..., pots and oven dishes, etc.) The room is spacious (put us at our disposal a cot for our baby bed with her clothes) and very cute bathroom, air conditioning working perfectly. The terrace is beautiful, perfect for a good dinner in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, a great apartment for a quiet holiday and enjoy Mallorca. No doubt if we will repeat staying in this apartment. We had a great week in Cristina's apartment. The apartment is really great! Very functional with all the necessary equipment (and air conditioning in the living room and quiet room). The terrace is lovely and overlooks the park of the residence is very well maintained. The pool is large and very clean. Christina welcomed us with great kindness. She had left enough to take our first breakfast, we asked during the week if all was well. The location of the apartment allows to make many visits that are of Calas or the rocky coast of the island. It was a really wonderful week.

The stay in the apartment Cristina has been excellent. Both his personal dealings as accommodation have been well above our expectations. Cristina is a very thorough host. We said very kindly all the possibilities offered us the island. Even I left us breakfast since we arrived on Sunday night. Strongly recommended.

Cristina is really kind. At the day of our departure we were allowed to stay until evening because our flight started late. Thanks for that! We can not say nothing but positive things about the apartment and the host, Cristina. The house is very cozy, ideal for 4 people. Very clean and equipped with everything needed for a good holiday. We arrived on a Tuesday at 9 in the morning and Cristina checked us without any problem and even let us things for breakfast if we were hungry. The complex is very quiet and is located just 15 minutes' drive from Palma and 10 minutes from the airport. In addition, very close had a creek (Cala Vella) which was lovely and was virtually empty. Before arriving we were advised about the nicest places to visit and have been available if we needed it, although it has not been needed since everything was perfect. Surely, if we return to Mallorca, we will not hesitate to reconnect with Cristina and stay in his apartment.

We spent a very good stay in the apartment carolina. Carolina is a very friendly host, smiling and available. The flat is located 10km from the airport and on the way to the beautiful coves and the South East. The residence is calm, all is very well maintained and very qgreable pool. We were greeted very friendly, the apartment was ideal on the location and size, and very clean. There was information material to the plant and to the island ready. Palma and the bay of Cala Pi can be reached quickly and a supermarket is just around the corner. We have felt really good. Unfortunately has hooked the shade on the penultimate evening, we hope that we can come back anyway ...

Rafael is super friendly and helpful. The check in was as simple as in a hotel. The house or the luxury villa is absolute madness. The view from the bedroom, the terrace, the pool, the shower, or even the toilet when morgentlichen business on the turquoise sea is breathtaking. The private beach access and sea views are fantastic. Guaranteed one of the best swimming holes in Mallorca. The house is luxuriously furnished and has everything you need. Shops or supermarket is nearby. We had a super time and would definitely come back! Thank you Rafael! Look at the price: Hole you pay the largest suite in the best hotel in Majorca and you'll be the 4-fold and one-tenth of the get what provides the house of Rafael. Come with 8 or 4 friends and you pay a super human price for the ultimate luxury vacation. The price is justified!

This house is amazing. The views are spectacular, and it was perfect for our use. Rafael was incredibly accommodating to our needs, and I would gladly rent from him in the future. The only downside is that the outside jacuzzi is not heated. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

The villa was even better than showed on the pictures, however it would be good to have a car to buy food or go shopping. The market near the villa does not have much choice, so one has to travel a little further than expected. Perfect for larger groups wanting to enjoy life. There's a lot of privacy and a really good view.

The house is beautiful and the view is magnificent. The kitchen is very well equipped. They were a couple issues but my family and I had a wonderful holiday in this oasis of peace.

The apartment complex is generally well maintained. Next door is a bakery where you can have breakfast low. Supermarket 5 min. Car hire is recommended.

The stay in the apartment Susana was great. The place is as shown in the pictures and according to the description. It was delivered in excellent condition clean, very comfortable and safe. Susana was traveling but was always attentive and willing to help where needed. The check in was made by his nephew Adrian who received us very kindly and with whom we are truly grateful to be resolved immediately a "small" problem last minute (forget the portavalores in the apartment and noticed since being in the airport about boarding ...) We had a lovely 4 night stay at Susana's apartment. The facilities matched the description completely. Susana's was out of the country but she arranged for a family member to meet us with the key at the apartment as well as providing us with relevant information such as the location of the nearest bus stop, bus timetables, emergency numbers etc. I had Susana and her family members mobile numbers in case of any problems. The apartment really lived up to our expectations and was comfortable, clean and tidy. Lots of nice touches such as DVDs and music to watch and listen to. Much nicer than staying in a self catering apartment via a tour operator. We found it a perfect size for the 3 of us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other Airbnb customers.

We have spent 10 great days at the apartment Susana. It has all the amenities, and the common area with 4 pools and garden are ideal to combine sessions coves and beaches of Mallorca. The attention and the facilities gave us Susana are appreciated. We will definitely return.

The apartment Tatiana is very well maintained, in a beautiful area, near the beach with stunning coves. The pool and common areas (tennis, barbecue ...) are remarkable advantages. Tatiana has been all very available time. A repeat!

The residence is very quiet and the pool is relatively clean and we were often alone in it. The amenities are very close to the lodging (only 5 minutes to the supermarket) ... I highly recommend !

Tatiana arrived in time to give us the keys, showed us the house and explained many things about the area to help us during our stay. The house is beautiful, cozy and very well located close to shopping, beautiful beaches and only 20 minutes from Palma. The complex is very clean and very nice neighbors. Toni was a Great host! The moment we arrived he made us feel welcome and made sure we had everthing we needed. The appartment was spotless and very well equiped. Toni told Us several times during the week we could call him if we needed anything at all! Sa torre is a peacefull and quiet location with good access to the main road and has a busstop near to the appartment. I would definitley recommend this appartment and Great host to everybody!

An amazing first experience on a Air bnb appartment, everything was perfect, the description was exact, in a residencial place , very secure, clean, amazing pools and gardens, the apartment was very clean with full comodities, we felt like in our home! very quiet place but only 10-15 min drive from Arenal and 10 min from beautiful Cala Blava! Everything was exactly as in the property description. A nice quiet area with a large pool and four smaller relaxation pool. The location is also good, just around the corner is a large supermarket and Palma is about 20 min. By car.

The apartment looked really nice and clean and is fully equipped. The only thing missing the WiFi, it did not it was. In addition, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host Toni was very helpful and gave us several great tips for exploring the island. Furthermore, had a great holiday with a nice apartment. Recommended!

The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Very quiet, spacious, with a great outdoor space with pools and terrace. Toni was very approachable and helpful, his help and advices exceeded all our expectations! We would definitely recommend this place, very good location if you drive a car (minutes drive to great beaches and Palma) and practical aspects (10 minutes drive to airport; Supermarkets, caffe, number of restaurants are within walking distance).
