We arrived very late in the night. The hostess was there though to receive us and made up an extra bed when we needed it. For us this was a very nice stay to our motogp weekend in alcaniz.

Good address, to start again to the people desiring the calme.la house is furnished seré the old one but it is very clean. We stayed under the great price motorcycle alcaniz, a bit far from the circuit but I recommend this address people coming for motorcycles and not for the bazaar, it's a choice. again thanks to our host

The accommodation is as seen in the photos, very cozy and perfect for two people. When we entered the house was the heating on and wood to light the fireplace, a detail that we loved with the cold it was. 100% recommended for disconnecting a few days and hiking around.

Adorable rural house, very cozy, is distributed on two floors, in one is the living room, dining room and kitchen, and in the other the bedroom and bathroom, but both floors are very spacious. The town is very beautiful and in the surroundings there are several routes to do and a via ferrata.

It is a two-floor accommodation where the upper part is the access to the house and has the living room, kitchen and fireplace all diaphanous. The bottom a very large room and a bathroom enough for all three. The upstairs sofa is a very large and comfortable sofa bed, a joyful breakfast watching the views of the valley. Charmed.

Wow, what a view! Although we normally prefer a sea view, that was never going to happen in Castelotte, given how far it is inland! What we did get was the most fabulous view across the valley to the mountains beyond. The silence is unbelievable and we could even hear the bees in the trees on one day! The house is up a fairly steep, but quite short walkway (so that could be an issue for disabled clients, although it is quite a short distance) and there is plentiful free parking about 2 minutes walk away in the village. The house is on 2 levels, with the upper floor being the kitchen and living area, and downstairs being the bathroom and bedroom. There is a full size fan oven with grill and 4 ring hob, a microwave, a full size fridge and full size freezer and plenty of cooking equipment, including pans, baking trays, grater, coffee makers, electric hand blender, toaster etc. The bathroom has a walk in double shower, sink and toilet. All rooms have wall mounted electric radiators, although we didn't need to use them, and a wonderful log fire, although it was too warm to need that, sadly! There is a modern flat screen TV, DVD player (with a number of DVD's provided) and a CD player. The village has a couple of bars and a small supermarket (Spar/Co-Op size), and another small supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away in Mas de las Matas, with more bars there too. About 15 minutes drive away you can visit a river with a small swimming area which is crystal clear and very cold! We were visiting Motorland Aragon for MotoGP and that took us 40 minutes to drive to, and the town of Alcaniz is very near to that also. There is a Lidl and other larger supermarkets there too. Any questions we needed to ask were immediately dealt with by Susana by text, but it is all very straight forward and very clean, with towels etc. provided on arrival. We were so impressed with the house and we will certainly recommend it to all our friends. Next time we go we will try to climb up to the ruins of the Templar castle which overlook the village, but we chickened out this time as it's a long climb. A brilliant week all around.

Our stay was unbeatable, Pilar and Thier are very nice, we felt at home from the minute one. We dined with them in the heat of the fireplace, a great dinner, and we were chatting and laughing as if we knew each other before. The house is amazing and the surrounding landscape has a lot to see. The truth is that we have been left wanting more and we will repeat for sure. 100% recommendable !

Beautiful place, would definitely come back and stay Longer. Felt really cozy in the room. The warm fires kept us feeling good at night. Also the breakfast was delicious in the morning. The only thing to note, is that to get to the house it is a 7 km drive through the mountains on a dirt road. So you have to trust your car. But all in all, it’s definitely worth the drive.

The Pilar farmhouse is one of those hidden corners of Spain unique and full of charm. It is a beautiful and very quiet place. If you want to get away from the vortex and live in the middle of nature, this is the place. Pilar and Thier treated us wonderfully, they gave us breakfast and dinner as great hosts they are. We greatly enjoy your home, your hospitality and your company. Absolutely recommended!

Pilar is an excellent hostess. He is very kind and was always attentive to our arrival. The house and the room are cozy. Keep in mind that the house is on the outskirts of Villarluengo and it's hard to get to those roads, but if you want to be in touch with nature, this is the ideal place.

A full-fledged town house

The house is bigger than it looks and the surrounding areas are very nice. It has additional payment services such as the use of a grill. The location is good and the condition of the house too.

Great house, impeccable cleaning, we have been in December so we could not enjoy the pool but the wonderful area where the house is located, incredible landscapes and many activities to do. Accommodation highly recommended.

The house is lovely, in an idyllic place in the middle of the mountains. Ideal to rest and disconnect.

In an environment of Permaculture (integration of nature and art in everyday life) we find a small house (deceptive, seems smaller than it really is) with all the comforts and services you need. We were 4 (two adults and two children) and spent three days enjoying the surroundings and the tranquility of the place. The landscapes of the area are spectacular and can be seen with greatness from the castle of the neighboring town of Castellote (former mining town currently focused on rural tourism). We made the purchase in Más de las Matas (4 km) where you have the supermarket, the gas station, the pharmacy ... And in five minutes we bathe in the natural pools of the Bergantes River in the Aguaviva district. The owners are very attentive and live very close in the town of Abenfigo, which is very small but worth a walk. To highlight the pool of saline water that gives a plus to the house, great. There are cats in the immediate vicinity but they are not allowed to enter the house, one of us is allergic and had no problem. Totally recommended.

We had a great time in Abenfigo. The house is very clean and nothing is missing for comfort. The garden is beautiful, everything is pleasure of the eyes and senses. The place is very peaceful, a haven of peace, excellent for resting and enjoying nature. The pool is very nice. Patricia and her mom are very friendly, caring and discreet. The area is beautiful, the people are very friendly. I highly recommend !!!!

The farmhouse is totally spectacular, one of the most magical places we have visited. The facilities are impeccable and beautiful, all the comfort in a wonderful environment, the work of Pilar and Thier is a sign that authentic spaces still exist, as well as people who make them possible. The hospitality, the wild horses, the history of those walls, the heart of everything that beats there is immense and visible. One of the places you will always want to return to. Being in such a place is not a service, it is a privilege.

We have come in search of tranquility and we have really found it. The house is located in Villarroya de los Pinares, a very nice village with very friendly people. In the accommodation Visi and Tere have welcomed us and welcomed us and at all times they have shown themselves available for everything we have needed. The house has everything you need to enjoy a great rural getaway in a privileged environment. We will be back!!

The pretty town

Excellent accommodation. Home it is very well equipped, conditioned and adapted to the environment with stone, wood etc ... In the urban environment of Cuevas de Cañart a very attractive town in the Maestrazgo. Recommended for family, rest and to know this more than interesting region. Very good communication and perfectly attended.

Pilar and Cher are spectacular hosts and made us and our two dogs feel at home (which also arrived with a few extra pounds). The food is very good and complete, with homemade seasoning and wine included, which helps to enjoy the rest. They did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. The house has a particular charm where you can find a thousand places to rest and disconnect. We definitely recommend it 100%. To take into account: away from the main roads which is essential to take the car with enough fuel.

Really cool and unexpected stop over in our travels through Spain. Unique and quaint. The views and drive in are thrilling. Great hospitality!

They lend themselves to help without hesitation in case of any unforeseen event or something you need, for example, they opened the doors of their house to eat as soon as they entered, even though we arrived quite late and could not tell because we did not have coverage. Pilar made us a lovely homemade meal and we had a very pleasant time. Thier and Pilar are a wonderful couple, thanks for everything. The farmhouse is impressive and it is worth to admire all the effort and all the difficulties that have happened to move forward. A recommendation, being the farmhouse quite remote, go with time before dark to go calmly down the dirt track and think twice if it has rained a lot and does not go with a vehicle prepared.

We spent an unforgettable weekend. The Pilar farmhouse is one of those truly authentic places, a place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Pilar and Cher are a lovely couple, fun and friendly hosts who welcome you and make you feel at home. The exceptional food, delicious. The environment is ideal for walking, walking routes and discover the Maestrazgo.

Cannot recommend this Pili's place enough. Very rural away from everything, a cool experience. Pili and her husband are so nice and helpful, I will definitely go back. Very comfortable bed and fire in the room kept us toasty in December. Food was delicious with mushrooms picked that afternoon, best I've tasted ever!

It is an ideal accommodation for those who want to find a corner where to relax, live in a natural environment, forget about time and find privacy.
