  • A really lovely studio space with plenty of room and completely private. Everything you need with a lounge, dining area, good size bathroom and separate full kitchen. Sparkly clean and nice comfy bed and pillows. Good towells provided, with olive oil, ample milk, tea and coffee etc provided which is always appreciated. Lovely and quiet at night and close enough to drive to shops, cafes etc. Trevor was very kind to allow us a late checkout which we also appreciated. We highly recommend staying here! And will be back!

  • The house is a new built. The house and the room were modern and were very clean and tidy. Anthony and Vivian did a great job of hosting while we were there. I and my wife had unristricted access to all the amenities of the house. It is a quiet neighbourhood so we had relaxing sleep. The room was clean and tidy. It has a big bed to accomodate 2 people without any hassle. Anthony and Vivian helped us everytime we asked about services/restaurants around the area. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place.

    Our home is located in a secure estate surrounding 2 Championship Golf courses. The golf clubhouse provides a café, a restaurant for dining, health club with indoor pool in addition to tennis courts & walking tracks throughout the estate. Close to a regional shopping centre as well as very good beaches. You’ll love our home because of the tranquillity of the neighbourhood and the private and comfortable ambiance we provide. Our home is approx. 32km from Melbourne CBD.
    Our home is 2 storey and the accommodation is the on top level. The upstairs is very private and you will have the full use of this area. There are two large Bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the second with a Double bed (this bed can be replaced with a queen if required). The modern Bathroom is spacious and contains a bath. There is a large Living/TV room. This area also contains a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided. The upstairs space may not be suitable for very young children due to the stairs however a barrier could be provided.
    The surroundings and the Golf Courses make this a very pleasant place to stay. The estate contains several kilometres of walking tracks that weave in and around both golf courses and parklands.
  • I have stayed at Gwen's place a few times now, she is a fantastic host and i would highly recommend her accommodation. The location is safe and quiet, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, there is AC in both the lounge and one bedroom. Note access to the room is via stairs only. I also like the location to the Sandhurt Golf Club. There's safe walking/running tracks nearby and the Golf Club's cafe is only a few minutes walk.

  • The accommodation environment is very good, a separate floor, and the privacy is very good. The landlord is very good prepared milk, instant noodles, cereals, bread, coffee, ice water, fruits, and biscuits for free in the apartment! The landlord grandma also helped me to look after my baby and gave my baby a gift. I really like her and want to spend more time with her! The host was very enthusiastic and introduced us everything in detail! Much better than the five star hotel we stayed at! Thank you for her!

    The apartment is self contained and situated at the rear of our property, completely separate from our house. Our house is opposite the beautiful Seaford beach. A private entrance takes you into our yard and the apartment is up a ramp. We supply a continental breakfast for your first day. It is a few minutes walk to The Riviera Hotel, ideal for dinner. We will greet our guests, help you with any questions etc then we will leave you to enjoy your time here at The Grove undisturbed.
    The Grove consists of a living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom and a large bathroom with laundry facilities. There is a deck at the front for your personal use and we have an undercover private area, just inside the property which has a cane couch for your exclusive use as well. There is free wi fi available and we include a continental breakfast for your first day.
    The Riviera Hotel is just a few minutes walk away and is a lovely friendly hotel with good food and drinks. Crackerjack is another lovely restaurant just a little further along which is right on the beach so wonderful views whilst enjoying your meal.

The apartment is fabulous, including everything one needs, and lots of extra thoughtful touches. The bed is very comfortable.     Bright, recently repainted in light colours, clean, quiet, homely, relaxed, smart large TV, the listing here 'suggests' cheap but I'm new and keen to get some high Stars !! . I have another double room on here so if you need more rooms check it out. Thank you. People come and go...Please note , there is ONE double bed in this room, not 2 beds, lockbox for entry.... thanks
    I actually have 2 toilets, nice outside sitting veranda, shower is shared... there is 2 "sleepable" couches if you need to save cash. If keen to have another 'double' I can juggle a double bed room and or caravan.... pls check first. I have another Airbnb room so often there are other people around. Ty
    a quiet clean beach, hotel, small block of shops including IGA, a bus stop all within 5 mins casual walk, train is 20 mins walk although I could pick you up if required from (URL HIDDEN) is 50 mins on train to CBD. Its an 8 min drive to Frankston-10 mins on train, the local hub with movies and large shopping complex, 4 mins to long walking track along Kannanook Creek, its close to wetlands....approx 1 hr 20 minutes to airport, you can use Skybus to get here (about$32) their local depot stop is 8 minutes away, Airport shuttle to Airport is $19 after train ride from here costing $8.00

It is stylish, comfortable and includes modernized fixtures and such. Ten minute walk to nearest train station; 20 minute walk to grocery store; laundromat; restaurants, etc. Well recommended!

    A modern townhouse situated 100m from the white sand and blue water of Aspendale beach. Your stay will be on the ground floor in a double bedroom with a separate private TV lounge and private bathroom. Your host is on the 1st floor, giving you plenty of privacy. While there are no kitchen facilities, there are nice cafes within a 1 min walk and the with the train station right across the road, Mordialloc's bars and restaurants are only 1 stop away. Free street parking.
    You have the ground floor to yourself! You have a double bedroom with a queen sized bed. The mattress and pillows are very good quality so you’re sure to get a good nights sleep. You also have your own modern shower room and comfortable tv lounge. There are *no cooking facilities*, but there are plenty of good breakfast, lunch and dinner dining options close by in Aspendale and plenty more just up the road in Mordialloc.
    Aspendale is one of many quiet beach side suburbs down this way. The beach is clean and stretches for miles. The sea is perfect for swimming, with shallow waters and gentle waves. Aspendale has several good cafes and shops while Mordialloc, a 2 km walk up the beach or one stop on the train, has many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

    Here's a place called home. It's a very warm and comfortable place to stay. We are a couple willing to offer help and sincerity to all the guests. We hope you all have a lovely memory staying in our home.
    It's a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the backyard. The room still gives a lot extra space with a king bed. Backyard is in the process of making its own beauty but that doesn't affect you or us live comfortably in the house. Living room and Dining room as in the photos are spacious and shared. You will have a kitchen all to yourself if ever needed as we have got two kitchens in the house.
    It's located in a quiet court, which means peaceful, quiet and residential. You won't get any noise.
  • Room was larger then I thought, very clean, lots of space, with large shower. Me and my partner stayed for a week, we had weird work hours and we stayed up late gaming. Which never bothered Jenny and Joe who were amazing hosts, genuine, cheery and their home felt warm and welcoming.

It’s a beautiful little apartment with everything you need to self-cater, and situated perfectly for the beach, railway station, and a one or two shops and cafes. We travelled with our infant daughter and the apartment was just perfect. There is private off-street parking and free on-road parking but with restrictions. The owners were very responsive - we had a couple of minor queries and they got back to us right away. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Not recommended for very small children who still nap - the blinds in the bedrooms don’t block out much daylight and there is only a split system air con in the lounge so bedrooms get pretty hot during the day with the door closed. Off street parking, patio and back yard area with another access door, the bedroom contains a queen size bed, a single bed and an additional bed that folds down from the wall for children if required (note, this bed is only suitable for children under 12 or not tall and under 60kg) We also have a divan which can be brought in if you require an adult bed instead of the kids bed. I also have a portable cot if required, please let me know so that l can make it up for you. A lounge/kitchen area with TV and chairs, breakfast bar & chairs, a full kitchen which includes jug, toaster, oven, microwave oven, 4 burner electric cooktop, sink, electric frypan, sandwich maker, fridge, crockery and cutlery. There is also a washing machine (free use, powder supplied) and dryer (due to increasing power costs we have to charge $5 per load for the dryer) however alternatively there is a clothes line (pegs supplied) or a clothes hoist You are also welcome to use our bbq outside if you wish and our outdoor entertainment area. Your own separate toilet, a bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Some toiletries are supplied, also a starter pack of groceries including breakfast for the first day. A lot of people comment about our lush green grass, feel free to walk around and explore or even have a picnic outside. Please note that the bedroom is large but it is shared by all in the Airbnb, so if you are a group of friends or backpackers, this may not be suitable for you. Also please be advised that there are 5 steps up for the entry, please keep in mind if you have any disabilities, thanks.
    It's a lovely area with plenty of parks and wetland areas, only minutes from main arterials and highways, 30 minutes to the beach or Melbourne CBD, close to the Dandenongs and Puffing Billy, approx 90 minutes to Phillip Island.

  • Such a hidden gem. Easy access to head out to places of interest, yet so lovely to be in, book an extra night and enjoy the space. Local info and handy maps to local shops, as you will need to drive, but only 5 mins, or stock up on food on the way, kitchen has proper size freezer and fridge, and is well equipped. Great outside area for private alfresco dining, and amazing inside area too. Ideal for a family as equipped with games and enough room for little ones to play. Jacqui has great local knowledge and is generous with her time, but you wouldn't know she was around unless you seek her out. Cannot fault anything.

  • It’s a lockable, nice room (No-4) and enough for a single person. Fitted with single bed (3ft), laptop friendly table, bedside drawer, sufficient wardrobe and a table lamp. No heater or AC in the room. Washing machine available with detergent, pegs and hangers. Cloths line just out side your window. Located close to the princes highway, but hardly hear any noise. Two bus halts towards the city you get Sandown Park Hotel and similar distance towards Dandenong you get the Sandown Regency, with an authentic cafe. You can cook your own meal, but more suitable to re-heat something. Place has quick access to many suburbs like Springvale, Dandenong, Clayton (Monash Uni), Glen Waverly, and Mulgrave, but you must have your own car. Only one bus (route 800) serves this area and it’s a very poor service with no buses on Sundays or public holidays. In order to go to city by train you better go to Oakleigh station.

  • Donnie communicated early and sent me details of the check in procedure os i had no hassle upon arrival. Everything was pretty much as described but he didn;t tell us about the wonderful 'boulevard of bonsai plants' that we passed on the way to the unit. That was a wonderful sight on walking to & from the room. We were very comfortable & it was nice to have a few food items to access for breki. Everything was clean and comfy. Thanks!

    We are located in the heart of officer, close to shops , public transport and anything else you may need , located in the beautiful Arcadia estate with schools , parks and walking trails, only 1km up the road we boast Club Officer , new state of the art pub (as per pictures) fantastic place to relax , have a drink and eat great food. Not to far from our house are penguins , located at Phillip Island , around a 50 minute drive. You can see a magnificent penguin parade spectacle at dusk.
    We can offer a private room or two, we will be in the house when not at work and we have three beautiful children and a Kelpie. Easy going , happy to help in anyway and looking forward to your visit. We are after open and honest people , let us know how we can help and we will do our best to accommodate, if you like to be social great and if you like to have your own space that's fine too. There are no steps to be negotiated to the apartment but there is a step of 20cm into the ensuite. We supply a complimentary Continental breakfast basket on arrival.     Our neighbourhood is right along a beautiful golden sand swimming beach. Lovely in summer or winter. There is also a bike path nearby with many trails to explore on foot or bicycle.

The photos don't do it justice... the accomodation is A+, the garden which sits right outside the property is gorgeous, and the beach literally steps right up to their backyard. Some great restaurants in 10 min walking distance (2 Farm Girls, Le Feu, Nachos Cantina) including a couple homewares stores. I used her AirBnb for work as I had some interviews to do in Melbourne, but I could see how perfect her place would be for a tourist as well. Personally, I will be coming back in the future :-)

  • Cute little studio, private and just perfect for a single or couple. The bed was very comfortable (I had an amazing sleep!) and a great shower in the bathroom. This is located just outside the bedroom area via the outside decking. Very close by and the shower is very roomy but the rest of the bathroom area is very small and narrow. Fine for 1 person though and was sufficient for my needs. Small fridge outside was also suitable for myself and there were a lot of nice toughes such as Water Bottles, Muffins, Milk and even Tim Tams in the fridge as well as fresh apples in the room. It was a stinking hot day when I arrived but a new Cooler in the room was perfect. The location of the Unit was very handy to the Beach, Town Centre, Shops and the Cinema. Martin was also very helpful in assisting me with information on Melbourne Tolls.
