The kitchen, lounge and dining room are open plan, with a view on to the garden, and lots of birds to watch! The two bedrooms are at the front. The double room has an ensuite. The single room has a day bed which pulls out into a double made up of two single mattresses. The flat is clean and warm, and there is a dedicated parking space right outside.

It's a lovely, light filled property, tastefully decorated with quality furniture, art and comfortable beds, and offers a patio, garden and off street parking in a village, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes the City Centre. Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.
