Jazz Club
$$
“Live jazz, soul and funk set in a well thought out venue serving great food? There are a few good choices to be had in London. But those in the know have, for the last six years, been heading to SW16. With a varied programme of British and International artists, this intimate 250 capacity venue has quickly earned its reputation as one of the finest live venues in town, scooping up the prestigious Parliamentary Jazz Live Music Venue of the Year award along the way!”

English Restaurant
$$
“Probably the best restaurant in the area. This is a really good local restuarant, serving contemporary European food, paired with some great wine and beer. A bit more of a proper restaurant than the local gastropubs, but it's still ultimately an informal meal out. I'd recommend booking, but there should still generally be space.”

Pizza Place
$
“This is potentially the best pizza place in London! It's run by a really cool set of twenty somethings, all of whom are Naples natives. It gets busy, so don't be surprised if you go there and find there is a wait. Usually it's only 20 or 30 minutes, and there is a pub (Pratts and Payne) about 20 seconds walk away. You can just give Bravi your number and they'll call you when a table is free. If you don't fancy waiting, they do takeaway. Be aware, they often only accept cash.”

“You're making your way down South for one reason and one reason only, the beer gardens. So where to find a hidden gem this side of the river? Join The Wheatsheaf as their boozy garden space isn't just cosy and akin with fairy lights, there's craft beer and pub classics on the menu. ”
