Relax at this 55m2 air-conditioned contemporary home. On the 5th floor (elevator) and top floor it has a through view of the pines and the sea. Its exposure allows you to have the sun on the back in the morning and on the terrace in the afternoon and evening, it's great! Parking space in the gated parking lot. 8mn walk to the center. Bike rental upon request. There is no cleaning charge, the accommodation must be made as clean as on your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
