Perfect cottage retreat near the Brecon Beacons

Lovely old cottage, great for a relaxing get away with family or friends. Ideal quiet location on the edge of Llansadwrn village with the local friendly pub within walking distance. With the Brecon Beacons on your doorstep there is plenty to do including lots of gardens, castles and mountains to visit. A car is ideal to get around although there is a local bus stop close to the house with a service bus travelling to llandeilo or Llandovery. The nearest railway station is Llangadog.

Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Inn" serving good home cooked food. Wisteria Lodge is attached to the owners' Farmhouse and is totally independent. It has it's own front entrance and parking. The room itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, an extremely comfortable king sized bed, a lovely en-suite and a clever little kitchen corner where you can make tea and coffee. There are radiators and underfloor heating. The view from your stable door, as with Barley Cottage, is straight down the valley to the distant hills.
