Dear guest, Due to building work outside the flat we are currently offering a 40% DISCOUNT on all bookings. This is a real bargain for you if you are prepared to put up with some construction noise Monday to Friday between 7:00 - 15:30. As for the flat, it’s conveniently located in the centre of town. By foot you are only minutes away from the beach, promenade, bars, restaurants & local attractions. A good bus service is only a short walk away to connect you to all major parts of the island.

Lovely beach house.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment, right on the beach, with undisrupted seafront views. It's close to watersport facilities, Cyprus Tourism beach, hotels and restaurants. A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!
