A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, bikes, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.

Comfortable 1 beds apt. There is unique trail close by property that most customers really enjoyed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great landscaping in the backyard with pond and the property is sitting on 3 acres land. It is close to the foot of White Mountain. Mt. Washington is close by. 15 minutes away from Franconia Notch State Park. Bretton woods ski resort, 10 minutes to Littleton, NH. Story land and Ice Castles is half hour away. We have snowmobile trail entrance on the property.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

There are several acres of lawn for strolling and wonderful hills for sledding in the winter. If you are more ambitious, you can hike or snowshoe the primitive trails on 35 wooded acres. And nearby, you can hike, golf, fish, kayak, and swim spring to fall, and snowshoe, ski and sled in the winter. Then return to this lovely bungalow at the end of your active day and relax.

This private unit has plenty of space to stretch out. Located on the second floor, this newly renovated unit is the first of 8 units of a historic building being fully renovated back to life. Nice touches like a restored cast iron sink are complimented by high efficiency heat and a/c. Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is a 12 minute drive from the cottage.
