My stay at Anna's studio was excellent! The place is really beautiful, clean, cosy and very well equipped. Anna and her family were really kind and attentive.The place is located in a relaxing and picturesque village, surrounded by nature and castles. Around 20mn away by train from La Spezia (entrance city to Cinque terre). Stores/restaurants are reachable on foot within 15mn, and a taxi ride to the train station is pretty cheap.

The apartment was very clean and welcoming Anna friendly and attentive. Well placed to visit the Cinque Terre, Pisa, ... while being away from the tourist flow in a charming village.

We were 4 days at Anna and it was really very nice. Very clean apartment with great terrace. Coffee maker, small breakfast and wine were ready for us. It has everything worked out great. We will come back safely.

Wonderful and very relaxing place to stay. We did advise the host to put a shower curtain or door in the bathroom. The bathroom is beautifull but in the current situation we had to put many towels on the bathroom furniture and the floor to keep the place dry and clean. The host did have sufficient towels to do so. This accomodation was one of the most relaxed places. The terrace features an outside kitchen. We were outside most of the time on the terrace as it was such a nice place to sit and relaxed. We did really come to rest here. Furthermore the accomodation lacks a proper inside kitchen but there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area or affordable supermarkets providing nicely prepared food. We prepared spaghetti bolognese ourselves once. When we arrived the accomodation was really clean and smelt as a field of flowers. Very Nice! Would certainly recommend staying here.

I spent three days in the apartment of Anna. We were very good, the apartment is clean, cozy and equipped with everything necessary. quiet and relaxing place. Deserves !!

Anna and her husband are excellent hosts, I travel a lot for work and I must say are among the best I've ever (URL HIDDEN) house is gorgeous and is more beautiful than the pictures. It really shows the attention to detail, also was recently renovated so everything is new, the bathroom is a (URL HIDDEN) terrace is beautiful and since the days were nice, I had the good fortune to dine outdoors enjoying a peace and an unforgettable atmosphere. We were greeted with a tray of delicacies and fine wine, we provide coffee, tea, herbal teas, breakfast items and everything necessary for the care and personal hygiene. the country is well connected to the lovely Cinque Terre and close to everything you could want. It 'was one of the best places I've stayed, will definitely be back, thank you for everything.

We stayed for one night, but wish we had stayed for a month as this was a truly exceptional stay. The interior was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything one might need. The exterior, with the flowers, was so nice in the evening to talk, and in the morning for breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They had thought of everything to make us comfortable, and one can only be grateful to them for the excellent work they've done creating this outstanding space.

We stayed in 3 for 2 nights in Nadia's home which is really perfect for 4 people too! Comfortable, cozy, clean and easy to reach from the highway. Nadia is polite and caring, a friendly relationship has just begun! I will definitely be back!

Nadia is a great host, her apartment is even better than we thought from the pictures. It was all clean and comfortable. The nature around the neighborhood is beautiful. Nadia gave us many tipps about the neighborhood and was very helpful.

Excellent place! It is cosy and nicely decorated and has everything you need for a long or short stay. Nadia is very friendly. Keep in mind that you will need a car to commute to pretty much anywhere nearby. Only the pizzeria (icaro's pizza and take the signature pizza !) and the supermarket are within walking distance.

Nadia's place is absolutely lovely and she herself is the perfect host who will go out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as she possibly can. Being close to la Spezia, beaches, the marble mountains and Cinque Terre this is also the perfect (and quiet) starting point for exploring the region. Highly recommended!

The apartment was fantastic. It was very clean and well decorated. Nadia is a superhost, she answers very fast and is very nice! We recommended this apartment!!

We were greeted by Oriola who speaks perfect French which facilitated communication. We were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of fruit, wine, and many other food staples that the owners had planned for our arrival. We felt really welcome. The owners do not live on site but when we needed them to come they were very responsive and Oriola was a very effective way. Housing absolutely corresponds to the despription is very clean and has all comforts. Access to the village is very easy and the residence is very secure with CCTV cameras on the outside and an electric gate. The kids loved playing foosball and table tennis. We enjoyed the pool which is huge and has a hot tub !! The first week there was hardly we at the pool and the second week, the tenants of the other houses were there and were very friendly, we even participated in improvised Water polo games with them! Another owner has offered us one day antipasti. In summary we loved our stay in Vaccarechia and this beautiful area. It is located at a perfect distance from all the places of interest to visit, including the 5 lands (about 35 minutes from Portovenere, ideal boat as a starting point).

We were very well received (very warm). The hosts helped us down the luggage. Fruits, fresh water, wine and beer were available to us on arrival. The place is very beautiful, very well decorated home and great pool. Avre of peace to rest and discover a splendid area as well on the side of Tuscany that the Ligurian coast.

We had a wonderful stay in Vaccareccia. The house is fully equipped. It has great views from the terrace over the mountains. There is a nice and quiet pool with private sun loungers. Nice things to visit: Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, Genova (Aquarium!), Apunian Alps. Cinque Terre is very crowded (maybe too crowded) in summer. We did 3 towns by train, but because of the crowds it was a bit disappointing. Off season they are probably a must see. The borgo of Vaccareccia is a bit remote (10-15 minutes to town of Aulla), but that is also the charming thing about the location. Moreover this made us also feel save to let our children (5 and 7) play free around the borgo. There is a football table and a improvised tabletennis. In Aulla there are restaurants, supermarkets etc.

We had a fantastic stay. It was even better than the pictures! The apartment was beautiful- styled with attention to detail. It was extremely clean and well equipped. The hosts were there on our arrival and gave us a tour of the surrounding area. We were even given a basket of fruit and some food to make a meal when we arrived which we thought was very thoughtful. The views were actually incredible. Waking up to them every morning was an absolute dream. The pool was a great size and very clean. It was just a shame it was too cold for our baby this time of year. The hosts were always on call and responded to any queries we had immediately. It is very secluded which we enjoyed but it's worth noting you would probably benefit from having a car to get around in as there are no restaurants/ bars etc in walking distance. We would highly recommend staying and plan on doing so again one day.

The host was very nice and helpful. He arranged everything perfect and was available all the time. A welcome gift was in the fridge:-) Not common and usual. everything you need was in the house. like at your own home. The casa was very cosy and garden with a wonderful view over the hills around. Pool very nice and clean. For our children a lot of space to move around. Everything was perfect and l definitely can recommend this for a relaxed and sunny holiday! Terribly nice people around the borgo:-)

We stayed in Casa Vaccareccia for one week at the end of June/start of July. We have two children and they got their own room upstairs. The place is a paradise. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and everything seemed to be almost brand new. Everything worked very well and the host was extremely kind and helpful (even had provided something to eat and drink for us at no cost). The location is amazing, very peaceful and quiet and scenery that you can look for days. Sharp mountains on the background and Tuscan hills surrounding in all directions. There's also an old medieval tiny village at the site with now abandoned houses. The near-by town (Aulla) is within 5-10 minutes by car and has a few great restaurants and supermarkets to buy food from if you want to relax and cook at the house. The swimming pool was also perfect. Very spacious to swim in and surrounded by the same amazing scenery. The house did not have air-conditioning at the time we stayed there but even with day temperatures at +30 C this was not a problem. The house stayed cool enough and we had no trouble sleeping at nights. For day trips you have many choices as the Ligurian coast is within 30 minutes by car. Cinque Terre is also nearby and can be easily visited from the house. We had a great time and can recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful house at a beautiful location. We had an excellent experience at Casa Vaccareccia. The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard, and the conversion is of an equally high standard, with a private terrace and lawn. The position is astonishing, part of a "borgo" high on the hill with views of the mountains. We were well looked after on arrival, with generous and thoughtful provisions. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool from where you can see the high alps. Everything was immaculate and clearly a great deal of pride is taken to make sure it all works well. It's a short drive down into Aulla and we enjoyed some great food in local restaurants. All in all a very good stay.

The view of this house is amazing. It is very peaceful and quit. We loved the Pool area with a nice large, clean pool and many different chairs to relax either in sun or shade. Facility's in the Poolhouse are very good (shower, kitchen, fridge) The house itself is very big. Enough space for a large family with children. The kitchens, there are 3, are all very well equiped and the Pizza oven outside worked well. The summer kitchen has a large table outside and again an amazing view. In fact you live on 3 different levels so you will do some exercise during the day. To get to the house, it is only possible with a car and you have to take a challenging private road. You get used to it. There are 2 large supermarkets in Aulla. For fresh and daily shopping you have to drive 15-20 minutes. If you like to go out in the evening, this might not be the best place to be. If you appreciate peace and like to relax you will be happy in this place. To drive to the coast you need around 50 minutes. A day trip to CinqueTerre is highly recommended. Take the Boat in Portovenere to see Cinque Terre from the sea and hop on and off.

Our family of four stayed in this absolutely beautiful villa in June 2017. It was a lot more than we expected when we booked. The villa is very well equipped and clean, with wonderful three different living areas (the main villa, summer kitchen in the annex building and the pool and pool house). One of the best things is the amazing view and the nature and silence around you. Just be ready to walk some steps up and down, as you are on the hill, that was no problem for us. Ennio and Paolo were both very helpful and friendly all the way through from booking to leaving the villa.

The villa was lovely and the pool area was absolutely amazing. The owner was attentive and came to fix the water immediately after it cut out. Cars are essential as the location is remote but that makes the setting for the villa so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this villa

What an amazing house in the countryside. Plenty of space for four adults and one baby. Lovely pool with unbelievable views. Waking up to the church bells and harmony of birds each day was quite a treat.

Great house, amazing views, perfect pizza oven: the perfect home to relax and unwind! We shared the house with friends and the home was very suitable for that purpose: 4 kids shared a room and the parents each had their own with an ensuite. Because of the fact that the house consists of 3 different buildings and there is some distance between the main home (with the sleeping rooms) and the pool, it is easy to get some privacy. The communication with Paolo was very good and he was very helpful with picking up our friends. The last 500meters to the house are pretty steep and turned out to be a little challenge for our car but we succeed :-). The location of the home is about 20/30 min by car to shops and villages and therefor we think the home is best suitable just to enjoy it, read books in the shade, use the swimming pool, bake amazing pizzas and spend your evenings drinking wine with the best view ever. We were the first time to five in Tuscany and enjoyed every day in fantastic weather. If you want to relax peacefully and secluded secluded, with a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps, is right here. The access is tricky, but feasible and after the first night you have also got used to all the sounds of a traditional farmhouse. We have been very refreshed and enjoyed every day!

We stayed at Ennio`s house for two weeks and we loved everything about our experience there. The house is rurally set and the sounds of civilization seldom reaches you, and never disturbs you. We were two families traveling together with two small children each. The house had more than an enough space and room for us, and also Ennio provided two small children’s beds and two bigger children’s beds. The house really made us relax and enjoy our days there, spending lazy days at the wonderful pool and enjoying the scenic surroundings. It is should be mentioned that that the house comes fully kitted out with all the utensils one hopes for when traveling, eg. washing mashing, fully equipped kitchen, a great outdoor grill, clean sheets and towels. When planning our trip and deciding upon renting the house, Pablo (Ennios English talking helper) gave prompt and detailed answers to our enquiries. When we arrived at the house we were well greeted and given a through introduction to the house and surrounding area. We would like to recommend everybody spending time at Ennio house , and we are certain that you would find, like us, that Ennio is a gracious host and the house is everything you would dream of for your holiday in Tuscany.

Very nice, big investment in three levels in steep terrain. Super panoramic views. However, very isolated position, very difficult to achieve as unpaved roads. Well-functioning WLAN. Beautiful and clean pool.

The villa exceeds expectations! And 'really great, perfect for three families with many children. The large common spaces and levels created "private" spaces, so we could be comfortable all 12 together, but separate, so that everyone could enjoy his leisure. Equipped kitchen, heating great, great garden for the kids to run.

An absolute dream! We had an absolutely great time. Highly recommended and absolutely clean. Any time!

We stayed in a nice and well furnished house. We had a very pleasant stay. The communication with Marta went smoothly and she answered our questions very quickly. The location is beautiful. There were other guests staying at the guesthouse but this wasn't disturbing. The pool had a nice temperature. From here you can reach La Spezia in 35min. There is a market on friday. Nearest shops and restaurants are a 15min drive. Due to the high price we spent for being there, we expected it to be perfectly OK which was not the case. Kitchen and barbeque were still dirty from previous tenants, the shower at highest level provided only cold water when it was used while other showers were being used, there wasn't enough hot water in the kitchen and gas range is not well regulated since flames are too high, the big refrigerator is not cold enough

Marta was everything you would want in a host. She helped us with everything - gave advice on how to visit the sites (take the train not the car). Where to eat, where to get italian take away, and even helped with reservations and ordering. We can fully recommend booking a home with Marta as a host.

Very nice place

Very quaint place and Llaria was very sweet. Her son made us a nice dinner too. I think the only thing that was a bit difficult was that there was no wifi but if you don't need it then no worries! The place was close to a wonderful hike and waterfall and a quaint little town.

Ilaria was a charming very welcoming host. We stayed for two nights and ate wonderful food cooked each evening by Illaria. The stay in Quarezzano was great for our two children who enjoyed playing in the property and visiting the donkey. It is a spectacularly beautiful and peaceful location. I wish we had had more time to explore some of the local walks. I recommend it to anyone who loves food and nature!

The reception is at the height of the place and culinary talents of Ilaria: EXCEPTIONAL !!! It was too short, but we'll be back!

Turn off your iPhone (after you found Quarazzana) and stop thinking about the outside world. This beautiful place in the middle of the hills of Toscana and Liguria just lets you relax. Have a swin in the nearby small river and make sure you enjoy Ilaria and Stephano's dinner, no reason to go anywhere else.

We had a great experience. Ilaria was incredibly friendly and a great host. They treated us like family. Her food was some of the best we have had in Italy. It is a bit off the beaten path, but worthy of a short stay for the food and experience.

A large and wonderful house in a very beautiful setting. Very secluded and peaceful - far away from the typical tourist path. The pool area - totally private with a separate lounge area, toilet, in- and outdoor shower and fridge - with a view of the valley,hills and mountains was absolutely fantastic.....but mind you, it was not easily accessable if you have walking dissabilities (wheelchair etc). Lots of good restaurants in the area - especially the Luna Di Quaranzza was outstanding. Il Bottacio comes highly recommended

First of all Ilaria and her team are exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. The villa of course is very idyllic and the private pool area including lounge is simply beautiful. The villa interior is old school style, rather darkish, but the veranda part where living takes place is just great especially for kids too. Thanks and see you soon

The pictures simply don't do this place justice. Big house, gorgeous surroundings, and a pool area that's worth the stay in itself. Great hosts - we had some issues with power outage at one point and it was quickly taken care of. Highly recommend.

This house is absolutely fantastic ! Very spacious !!! Very private and most Wonderful views !! The swimming pool is very big with Many chairs for a perfect lazy swimming pool day. Also the surroundings and fizzizano are very Nice and pittoresque. Don't hesitate to book it , rosalind is also most friendly and relaxed. An incredibly beautifully situated house with a magnificent view of the Apuan Alps. The house offers more than enough space and is very lovingly furnished. The pool is the highlight in the house. The pictures are not even nearly as good as the house in real. Rosalind is super nice and helpful and always accessible. We will come back in any case. The house and the sorrounding were awesome. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Rosalind was very helpful and the communication was perfect. The pool is awesome as well. We will definitly come back.

We (six adults, two two year olds) spent a week in this house. And it was truly amazing – a piece of perfection of earth. The AirBnb images of the view do not justify the actual vista – it was heavenly. It was an amazing feeling to sit and eat breakfast on the veranda, gazing down the forrest valley, up upon the mountains – when all of a sudden the not very young neighbour lady (it's impolite to guess a woman's age, but she most likely defended Fivizzano during the WW2...) comes driving "il trattore piccolo" to collect some wood, greeting us all with a beautiful smile and a "buon giorno". The house is very big and very nice. A lot of rooms. We were eight, but enough room to have one bedroom unused. The living rooms downstairs were plenty and completely fulfilled their purpose. The terrace areas (yeah, plural) and balcony (the balcony!) give an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside. The kitchen was a great place, a lot of cuttleries and the window served as a serving disk out to the terrace. The pool was excellent, and very very big. We had tons of toys in it, but it never felt crowded. It's bigger than you think based of the images. Our contact with Ros, the owner, was fast and correct and we were given a lot of tips of what to do in the surrounding area. To sum it up: go there. For us, it was incredible.

We had a really great time in Rosalind´s house. The communication with Rosalind was very good and she helped us with our wishes, where she could. It was wonderful up in the hills. The way up to the house is long and winding, but however, the view to the Apouane Alps is so spectacular and fascinating every new morning and day. This view and the peace, as well as the great huge pool compensate for every kilometer of the journey through the hills. We had great weather and so we enjoy the swimming in the pool very much. The children had a lot of fun as well. From the hills we started to some excursions in the region Tuscany and Liguria (for example to Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre). The day trips in this region were absolutely interesting and we loved walking, sweating and swimming in the Cinque Terre especially and there are so many places easy to reach in a day trip. The house is very generously built and the beds are very good for sleeping well. The kitchen is big and there are a lot kitchen utensils over there. We had a really great time and we thank Rosalind for these fascinating holidays. The children loved it so much, they will never forget these days and we of course as well. Excellent pool, fantastic views: we loved our seven nights here, and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Fivizzano. The house is wonderful and is set on a hillside with an amazing view. My children enjoyed the pool tremendously. Our travel plans changed at the last moment and Rosalind was extremely easy to work with. She and I communicated quickly and efficiently while she arranged everything with her house caretaker. From initial contact to our arrival in the home was less than twenty-four hours although we did pay an additional 50 Euros for that assistance. We feel fortunate to have been able to stay in such a wonderful home.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvana's place. We found the place really easilly and she was there waiting for us. We really appreciated the food that was left for us in the fridge for our breakfast. Not to far from la Spezia also! Thank you!

Its a really nice apartement for 2 people. We had breakfast and other things you need for cooking, in general its very cozy. Its located about 3km outside of Aulla, but in Aulla you get everything you need. Perfect to start trips to cinque terre, if you have your own car.

Silvana is a great host, he took care of everything, including products for breakfast (Italian, so sweet). The apartment and the surroundings are very climate, I recommend to all who want to feel the atmosphere of the Italian province of Silvana :) Grazie!

Our arrival and stay has been fantastic. Silvana was waiting for us on our arrival and very kindly showed us her house which is very nice and cozy. Also, he informed us of what we could see in the area and on the excursions to les cinque terres. A love d hostess. We left everything ready in the frogorifico to be able to have breakfast the next day. You can not ask for more. We highly recommend it.

Sylvana's house is all cute. The proximity to the 5 Terres and the stations that allow you to go without taking the car is nice. Apart from that, from Costamala we were able to go to Carrara, to Lerici, to bathe in warm waters and to visit small villages perched very authentic far from the crowd of tourists.

Silvia's house was a charming complex house with everything you need; kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Me and my boyfriend arrived after 23 and Silvia was kind to let us check in late. Everything went well and communicating with Silvia was easy. Also, the house is about 30 min from La Spezia, which was perfect for us to visit cinque terre. We recommend!

Apparently perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre and for those with a car. Costamala is not easy to find it is better to have a GPS. A bit of noise in the room because of the neighbors above. Silvana welcomed us and showed the apartment and we were able to be self-sufficient throughout the stay. I recommend.

The villa is wonderfully secluded in a huge and well-kept grounds. At the same time, you can quickly get into the local town on foot for example. to buy bread. There is a beautiful view from the terrace and pool area. The villa is tastefully decorated and was well prepared for our arrival. Claudia has responded to our requests immediately and it has been a very pleasant experience to rent the house of Claudia. It is highly recommended ..

Dejligt hus i smukke omgivelser. Værtinden er meget venlige og hjælpsomme og taler flydende engelsk. Vi fik masser af gode tips og hvis noget er det straks opløst. havde en øverste ferie!

Vi kan varmt anbefale at leje Claudias villa. Vi var 6 voksne og 3 børn afsted i 11 dage i juli måned, og havde en skøn ferie! Villaen ligger super smukt på en kæmpe grund med fantastisk udsigt til bl.a. bjergene. Villaen er stor og velindrettet og ligger tæt på en masse dejlige seværdigheder. Poolområdet er dejligt med hængekøje, skyggeområde og solstole, og poolen var meget velegnet til både store og små. Claudia var meget hurtig til at svare på diverse forespørgsler, sød til at skaffe fx babyting til os og tog imod os med gode råd og vejledning da vi ankom.

Our stay at Tony's place was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the neighbours were very friendly. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Very nice small flat with everything what you will need. Acces inside the appartment is easier than explication. We choosed this location for visite 5 terre, its 30 min by car from La Spezia where you can take a train for 5 terre. And if you like meat and local product, 2 km from Rometta is nice place agriculture Azienda Agraria La Valle where you can buy meat and make there barbecue direct.

Très bon logement pour un prix plus que raisonnable, le lieux est calme et paisible, nous n'avons pas trouvé le logement du premier coup, mais les habitants sont très sympas et ont pu nous aider sans même comprendre notre langue.

Tony a été très sympathique dans nos échanges en amont et nous avons été très bien reçues par son ami Renzo et par d'autres personnes du village ! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région :) Merci pour l'accueil !

Nous avons choisi ce petit studio de Rometta dans le but de visiter les Cinque Terre. Il est très propre, avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner et l'endroit est vraiment calme. Le studio est "caché", il faut bien suivre les instructions de Tony pour y accéder. Heureusement des habitants de Rometta nous ont gentiment aidé pour trouver l'entrée du studio. Rometta est un petit village isolé mais on y trouve un bar tabac et une épicerie pour dépanner. Il est très facile de stationner sa voiture près du studio. En revanche la photo de la piscine ne correspond pas au studio. Malgré cela nous recommandons vivement.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Norma. It was lovely and tranquil. The grounds and pool area were absolutely stunning with all comforts from a dressing area to luxury sun loungers. We were treated with impeccable hospitality from a lovely family. Breakfast was gorgeous with lots to choose from. All recommendations for restaurants from Ilaria were of a high standard and also good value. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Ilaria and her family were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to plan a return visit.

Hands down one of the best airbnb hosts ever! We had troubles with the car rental so illaria was so kind to pick us up..Room & pool were great. Also make sure to visit azienda agricola la miona for the best bistecca money can buy! All in all highly recommended !!

Like a familly!! We stayed in Villa Norma for 4 days.The house is splendid, great decoration swiming pool, garden...but the best is the charming feeling that the familly gave us , we feld like home and we recomend to go and discover the little villages of the area.A diamond in Itali, I recomend 100%

Non potevo chiedere più di così! Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati davvero bene. La padrona di casa, la signora Gianna, è una donna eccezionale, gentile, premurosa e piena di vita. La location è bellissima, ti permette di dimenticare la frenesia della città. È come ritrovarsi catapultati in un altro mondo, fatto di relax, buona compagnia e buon cibo. Che dire... consigliatissimo!

Endroit fabuleux dans les montagnes ! Maison de rêve avec une belle piscine pour se relaxer. Accueil super d'Ilaria et Giane qui nous ont conseillé pour visiter les 5 terres et ses environs. Si vous voulez vous reposer ou bien si vous êtes de passage pour visiter le coin, C'est endroit est top, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés !!!

Une location aussi agréable que dépaysante ! Petit village haut perché avec une vue incroyable depuis les 2 terrasses. les 3 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain/douches sont parfaites. A qui je recommanderais ? A tous ceux qui aiment s'évader, être proche (des Cinque Terre, de Pontremoli, ...) sans être dans la foule, qui recherche un endroit authentique, ressourçant et confortable. Les amoureux de la marche seront encore plus comblés, tant il y a à découvrir dans cette partie moins connue de Toscane. A qui je ne recommanderais pas ? A ceux qui préfère la foule et la fiesta, ou qui sont tristes de devoir prendre leur voiture à chaque fois pour des visites. En tout cas, moi, si j'ai l'occasion, j'y retournerai.

This property was great for our group and Marta has been amazing during our stay. Always available and ready to help she has assisted us when needed and made sure to make us feel comfortable. The only thing i would like to mention to other clients would be that a side of the property is directly onto the main road so with the windows of some bedrooms open at night, you would definitely hear the occasional traffic quite well. The Pool and garden as as big as shown on the pictures but as every house in Tuscany, make sure to take mosquito and horsefly repellent/after bite products with you.

It is beautiful place, fully equiped to 12 persons. It makes you feel at home. Nice garden. Large pool. Unfortunately the pool had some problems but Martha struggled hard and quick to manage it. We would like to return.

The House and the pool area was even better than the pictures showed. Marta was an excellent host, speaks very good English and helped out with any kind of questions. She organized that we got a private dinner at the house prepared by an Italian couple - really delicious.

Beautiful location in the mountains. Wonderful accommodation in a classic Tuscan house. During our stay we visited Florence, Pisa, Genoa (aquarium), Cinque Terre and the splendid beach of the city of Vada. We thank Fabio grandfather Ugo for everything you've done for us. They were beautiful days spent in Tuscany. Accommodation in Peretola recommend to all those who love beautiful rural surroundings of Tuscany and want to experience the beauty of Italy.

It is like the house. Beautiful old furniture (except the kitchen, bathrooms and sofas). Very nice host and his friend Hugo, who met us and showed all (much late arrival).

La maison est située dans un hameau d'une dizaine de maisons, la vue sur la montagne est spectaculaire, l'ambiance est calme et reposante. Les voisins sont très accueillants. Fabio a été très réactif, nous ne l'avons pas rencontré directement mais un voisin était présent à l'arrivée et au départ. La maison est impeccable, parfaitement (URL HIDDEN) du nécessaire. Elle est éloignée des plages -- c'est ce qui fait tout son charme. Si vous cherchez un havre de tranquillité, je vous recommande vivement la maison de Fabio et la gentillesse des habitants de ce village !

The welcome from Mark was very hospitable and friendly. Mark also gave us all the information on the house, on the characteristics of the country and on tours to do in the surrounding area. The country is quiet, but offering the necessary services also the people are very helpful. The house is located in a panoramic position above the Aulla valley with views of the Apuan Alps. Me and my family we found ourselves very well and, if we have opportunity, we will return to spend a few days in this apartment. Aldo, Bologna

Marco is a fantastic host, he was very helpful and greeted us with warm and hospitality. He only speaks a few words of English, but we could understand each other. Marco left us a bottle of wine, fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereal, and coffee and tea. The kitchen area is small but it is enough to cook a meal. The internet worked well and the TV had one or two English channels. His property has an amazing view of the Sea Alps from the balcony and is cool, quiet and very spacious. Set in a beautiful village it is a great base (by car) for the Cinque Tierre - we parked our car in La Spezzia and then took the train to the villages (as driving is not allowed). Highly recommended host and property.

Marco was a great host, although he doesn't speak English very well. We got a warm welcome from him. He got us some fruits, drinks and a small breakfast, and even brought us extra fruits the day after. The appartment was lovely and we didn't miss a thing. It's a perfect location for exploring the neighbouring cities by car. We even booked an extra night.

Highly recommended apartment. Great location just a minue or two from a couple of bars and restaurants (the pizzeria, which also does great fish and meat dishes, is particularly good). Marco was the perfect host, incredibly kind and thoughtful but without imposing on our privacy. We'd love to go back!
