We are Anne (56 years old, passionate about gardening, sewing and decorating) and Nicolas (55 years old, passionate about paragliding, ski touring and mountain biking); Located on the ground floor of an authentic Bauges house, our studio enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment. Access to a spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy a unique setting for nature lovers. You will be in Annecy in 20 minutes, Aix-les-Bains in 25 minutes, Chamonix in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Facing south, it enjoys a beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cosy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
