This top renovated apartment is located in one of the most popular residential areas on the Auberg. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has just been occupied by the owner himself. In the morning, the sun shines from the east and in the evening from the west directly into the apartment. It's always bright. In 5 minutes you can reach the tram or a small shopping center on foot. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and also a few minutes from the most beautiful places of Linz.

This is a 60m2 Apartment & it is perfect for 2-4 people. You can park behind the House. The Check in is flexible and we try to answer quick. The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 10-20 min(🚌🚅🚘)
