Cable Car
“You can see most of Langkawi Island from the top of the cable car. Not recommended for people who are afraid of heights although it's safe. There's a skywalk which is a see-through bridge for the gutsy! Beautiful views!”

Shopping Mall
“Cenang Mall is a two-storey shopping complex in Pantai Cenang which houses a pharmacy, supermarket, as well as a number of restaurants and local retail outlets. It is comparably less frequented compared to the countless souvenir stores and duty-free complexes in the vicinity, but Cenang Mall provides a more comfortable shopping experience during the more scorching afternoons in Pantai Cenang. Shoppers can also dine and have a friendly chat with fellow travellers at several eateries located in the mall, including a 24-hour KFC and Starbucks, McDonald’s, The Loaf bakery, Old Town White Coffee, as well as Wakaba Japanese restaurant located on the upper floor. ”

“Ok, so I'm not part of the party crowd. But it's no secret that the local islanders head here during nightfall for their clubbing. Busier after 12 mid nite. Price of drinks on the high side though.”

Asian Restaurant
“We recommend you try the Nasi Campur once whilst you are in Langkawi. It is very popular with the locals. Trays of cooked food to choose from (fish, meat, chicken, vegetables). It is self service. Get a plate, get your rice and spoon whatever takes your fancy. You can eat for as little as MYR5 or it can go up to MYR20 depending ononwhat what you take. Go to the cashier for your plate to be priced. Tip: Go early, 11:00-12:30 is the best time to go, avoid going too late for food safety.”
