Very good stay. We are a couple of Seville and had no problem booking. Celestino was extremely prompt in answering our messages and the house is great. We would say even that the photos do not do it justice, it is wider than it seems. The only slightly negative thing we could say is about cooking. Utensils, pots and others are something old and agree to renew and oven. We also miss a microwave and toaster did not work, but they were not essential. Otherwise great, we received perfectly, and even gave us information about the area. Cleaning the bathroom and the rooms were great. We have spent a wonderful week there. Jesus was very flexible and attentive regarding schedules and all questions we had about the house. The house is located in the village of Cazorla with very attentive neighbors. The house is an old, but is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The place is unmatched in quality / price ratio. The old house is charming and ideal for summer: fresquísima. Very comfortable with the basics for a good weekend two couples. The host was in contact with us and the locals were very welcoming. The nature of the area gives you everything else. It was a very good trip.

The place is very well located, everything is 2min walking distance an it's in a cute pedestrian street where only locals live. Inès the woman who welcomed us is adorable and very helpful. However, equipment and decoration of the house are very old limiting comfort to a rather basic level, especially in the bathroom where there is not enough hot water for 2showers and which is so small you need to bend your knees.... we've had better for cheaper during our trip in Andalucia. Our stay was nevertheless memorable as the Park of cazorla is incredibly beautiful and the location of the place very handy.

Everything perfect, very friendly and indicated the best places places to eat, drink and make typical purchases (oil and egg pudding). The fresquita house for all the heat out. The kitchen had everything but hardly was used. 100% recommendable

Es una casa antigua pero esta todo muy limpio. Los anfitriones muy atentos con todo, y amables. La ubicacion es muy buena si quieres conocer Cazorla, lo unico que es dificil aparcar. La recomendamos, ha sido una buena experiencia.

We were met by Carlos's sister who was very helpful. The house is in an excellent central location with beautiful views. We were able to walk from the house to lots of cafes etc and begin our walks in the national park directly from the house itself. Accessing the house by car is tricky and it can be difficult to find somewhere to park. The house itself is comfortable with some basic cooking facilities. it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside.

They were lovely, made any effort to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. The apartment is great and very special and clean. Fit for family, especially because of the separated rooms. You should know that there is no internet in the apartment but it is very close to a central plaza nearby with free wi-fi. You should ask them to pick you up and show you the way to the apartment. Never more! The house was not very clean. FLEA !! HABIA My wife was covered with pikes them. The announcement says that is a room with bathroom. The bathroom is fuerra of the room and have to go through public areas if you want to go to the bathroom. In soil nails they were out of wood. You can not walk barefoot without risk of injury. Communication with the owner was not very good. Sometimes it took more than one day for a response. Here we do not go anymore!

We spent 2 days in Maites place and enjoyed every second of it! We would have loved to stay longer! The place is very beautifull and with its terrace with views to the mountains and the Castle we felt really relaxed. Maite is besides a very nice Person and was very helpfull with our questions. We can really recommend this place. Cazorla is also ideal to go for walks in the nature. One can do so directly starting from the house or travel a bit and discover the Natural Park. We had a great 4 nights at Calabaza & Nueces in this amazing old house, beautifully renovated and with everything you needed. The view and the outside space are exceptional -eating on the terrace overlooking the town & the castle a joy. The bedroom was very comfortable -two windows with lovely outlook, very quiet and airy. There was a wonderful walk from just behind the house along a small road brimming with poppies and other wild flowers & more views. The shop nearby very useful too as the house is high up but it is walkable .. slowly on the up. Cazorla was very good with excellent taxi service when wanted! Thank you. Viv and Frank

La casa está ubicada en el mejor sitio de Cazorza, al lado de la plaza vieja. En una calle tranquila y que se puede aparcar a 10 metros de la puerta. En la plaza está la oficina de turismo , la bóveda de la Iglesia, el molino y unos cuantos buenos bares. También tienes la ruta del río cerezuelo desde ahí y la subida al castillo. Todo a solo 50 metros de la casa.Inmejorable. Cuenta con todo lo que necesites, microondas , tostadora , cocina etc. Pablo nos dejó un montón de leña de olivo para la chimenea lo que es un gusto. Aún así la casa tiene radiadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado de sobra. Está decorada como antiguamente pero es nueva. Sin duda para repetir

We have had a wonderful time in El Monton in the Cazorla NP. The house is beautifully located, with great views from the balcony and with a lot of privacy. The house is very well equipped and stylish decorated. Hermine is a very relaxed and helpful host with a lot of suggestions for activities in the Sierra de Cazorla. The house is located in a remote area, but Hermine was very detailed in her instructions how to get there and came to meet us a few kilometers before we reached the house. It is a starting point for great walks and trips through the Cazorla NP. Staying in El Monton gives you a lot of value for your money. We thought it was perfect: 5 stars. Nico en Hetty

Hermines place is very nice, quiet and secluded. The location is great for active people who like to walk in the national park or people who like the quietness and the awesome view from the balcony. She was very helpful with our arrival and always around if we needed her.

Hermine was incredibly helpful and considerate from the beginning of our trip. We were coming in from Malaga which took longer than I had expected and was late arriving and she was very patient my tardiness. The house and setting were beautiful and were exactly what we were looking for. The place is really tucked away in the hills so offers a wonderful secluded get away. For those interested in birds it offered fantastic opportunities to see many of the local specialties. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the countryside of Spain. The only minor criticism we can come up with is the double bed was two mattresses put together so the gap was sometimes uncomfortable. To our shame the wind caught one of the window shutters and smashed a window which our host was very gracious about it which could have been a stressful situation to resolve.

We have spent unforgettable days in a perfect house for disconnecting and maintain a special bond with nature as it is in a privileged enclave of the Sierra de las Villas, a place surrounded by hiking amazing hiking with wonderful landscapes. VTAR enjoy the silence and enjoy the birds flitting house is priceless. The house is very warm in winter, well prepared for the cold with his wood stove. The terrace has sun all day thanks to its excellent orientation. Hermine is very attentive and a great hostess. Overall highly recommended for nature lovers and those looking to get away from the city and eliminate stress.

The place where the house is located is ideal, however the cleaning has not lived up to my expectations as it was felt that although it was not dirty at first glance, had fluff everywhere noticing that had been closed for quite some time. Furthermore, heating upstairs was great but, on the contrary the lower left in cold times. As for the shower, too small for my liking and hot tub you can be enjoyed just so little space. Also, if you showered, you had to then wait enough to be returned to heat water and showered the other. Finally, thank the good treatment of encarni, which is the person who took us to the house. In conclusion, it has been a great bridge that Cazorla has much charm, however valuing the price of the house and its conditions, I think they could improve.

We never got to meet Alberto but Luis met us at the car park and brought us around the flat. The house is amazing, great garden/terrace for star gazing at night. Quiet and tranquil from the bustling of the little town. We had a good time at this house and would come back when we next visit.

The experience has been very good. Both Alberto (which are not met in person) and Isabel were very friendly and attentive. The house (actually it is rather a small apartment on two floors) is very nice, it had everything we needed and was very clean. The shared patio offers great views of Cazorla and allows magical moments such as breakfast or sunset. Safely we repeat. On the downside comment that parking in that area is complicated, but there is the possibility of leaving the car in a nearby garden for a small fee.

Alberto has followed closely and accessible for our stay in the house was great. The house is tastefully designed and very charming. Additionally, the site where it is is great, has beautiful views of Cazorla and courtyard garden to be enjoying the sun and the views. It has been a revelation and we are already thinking about the next date to return. Thanks for everything! :)

We were 4 friends with a baby to pass the bridge November 1 and we went hallucinating this piece of property, we could not get better. The house has it all, excellent heat home with a lovely decoration that has preserved the rural charm of the house but with all the modern conveniences. It has a good heating in all rooms and kitchen and fireplace in the living room with an electric heater in the bathroom. We did not spend any cold, but quite the opposite. The classroom environment is magnificent, with fireplace and sofas so comfortable and beautiful. The mattresses are new, large and very comfortable. This is essential for us and we slept like in our own home. The spacious enough rooms and generous closets. Separate mention for the owners. Of the best we've found. Several brothers who welcomed us from scandal. Very, very friendly and gave us all sorts of explanations of places to visit and restaurants to go to. Always ready to solve any problems, they made us feel right at home. David thank you and your brother for making us feel so comfortable! The other highlight is the garden from the Castillo de la Yedra is. It is exactly as it appears in the photos, but better. Spectacular breakfast there. Our favorite place in the house. I do not know if there are many like that in Cazorla. Overall the house is much better than in the photos, they said they were doing new to climb. And would mention something to improve hot water heater. We have already commented that it is something small, 75 liters, but not enough for two showers totally comfortable with hot water. It was very warm very quickly. This I believe is easily solved by raising the temperature of the water, but I could not do it because we did not see where the temperature was regulated. As discharge owners say that we did not mention it. If we had made sure we fix it fast, but in the end we managed well by turns. Try to return everything we can to this accommodation as the Natural Park is huge and beautiful and often have to go to cover a fraction of its full extent and enjoy the many animals we could see and hiking trails so beautiful. Great apartment for 5 or more people. Located in the highest part of town a few meters from the start of 5 or more trips in the Sierra de Cazorla.

The house is really sweet. It's a three storey house. On the ground floor, there's a lounge and a kitchen with a fireplace, on the basement floor there's a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and on the first floor there's a room with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. It is ideal for two couples traveling together because there's a lot of privacy and the lounge-kitchen floor is the perfect communal space in-between the floors with the bedrooms. The location is excellent, parking is easy, the heating works perfectly. The kitchen could be better equipped but it has enough utensils for cooking simple meals. The area is simply amazing for hiking and Pablo is an excellent host.
