Hi, I'm Maria, owner of this cozy apartment. Although I am the owner of the accommodation, the management is carried out by my son, Jorge, who will be the main contact during the stay. He will take care of receiving you and helping you with any questions and making sure everything is perfect for you. The area is ideal for resting, it is also very well connected to Madrid. Ubicado en una de las zonas más vibrantes y emergentes de Madrid, se encuentra a solo 3min caminando del metro Batan y a 4 paradas de metro de la plaza España - Gran Vía. Con un estilo contemporáneo y funcional, el estudio se encuentra a estrenar y cuenta con todos los detalles necesarios para ofrecerte una experiencia única. Cuenta con una cama de medidas 120cm x 190cm idealmente para una persona.

Very quiet and cozy apartment, ideal for 4 people with all the comforts to spend a few days in Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in front of a large park and 7 minutes' walk from the subway entrance with a direct line to the center in 35 minutes. 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one en-suite with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking area without payment, except Monday for flea market

Great loft, fully equipped. High speed 600MB WiFi. Ideal for working from home! Very quiet and bright with an outdoor terrace and beautiful views. With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and metro, there is a very smooth, fast and easy connection to the city center. Official "BiciMadrid" bike rental pick-up point 100m from the apartment. It allows you to cycle all over Madrid.

Welcome to our charming home! You will enjoy a location with excellent public transport connections, as there are several bus stops within a 2-minute walk and train options (Madrid Entrevias Assembly Station, lines C2, C7, C8) that quickly connect you to the center and airports. It's a room without an elevator.
