Great hostess and clean home. Very accommodating and friendly. Cozy and welcoming. This was our first time using Airbnb and Suzi set the bar high :)

Staying at Suzi's place was great time. She has beautiful house, so clean and cozy. In case we come again to Indiana, we definately want to stay only at Suzi's place.

Suzi stayed in touch before my stay and made sure I could find her place and that I let her know what I like for breakfast. My room was very comfortable and even though I didn't use many things (like the iron), she seemed to have everything a high end hotel would. We had some dessert together after I arrived and just talked. She prepared a full breakfast this morning--omelette, hash browns, bacon, juice, yogurt, fruit, and tea. Her dog Tikki is very friendly, trained, and curled up in my lap for a while. Her house is only about 3/4 mile from a main road--easy to find--and surrounded mostly by agricultural fields, so it's nice and quiet. Very pleasant home away from home.

Suzi did a great job of communicating in very timely manner both before and during our stay. She seems to have thought of everything you might possibly need or enjoy during your visit. Fresh fruit and cookies greeted us upon arrival, a Keurig with lots of choices, water and snack bars were available 24/7 and she made us a wondeful breakfast as well. Her place is easy to access off a main road, and close to many restaurants and places of interest. We appreciated her recommendations for a good place to walk at a nearby nature park and suggestions for local places to eat. Even though our visit was short, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Suzi's.

We've stayed at Suzi's Airbnb several times and our experience during this visit was just as great as the others. We enjoyed some great conversation with Suzi, watched a nice movie and on the weekend mornings Suzi made us omelettes and chocolate chip pancakes!

This is a hidden gem - the pictures only capture part of the beauty of this home. The host, Suzi, is very kind and makes you feel immediately welcome. She is down to earth and also offers up breakfast (not always the case with airbnb). We had a private, very clean and comfortable room and a private bathroom. The home also has a back deck with a fire pit facing endless, sky and fields - a perfect place to relax and reflect. I am not so good with words so I hope I am conveying how wonderful of a place this is to stay. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the hospitatlity and comfort provided during our stay.

Suzi's place is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. She really goes beyond expectations. There's a selection of coffees and tees for your enjoyment as well as a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning. She makes you feel like a friend rather than a guest!

My 1st experience recently as an AIRBNB Guest was delightfully positive and everything I had hoped it would be (and then some). My most gracious host provided me with a safe, secure and clean, comfortable stay with the perfect accommodations & amenities just as described in the AIRBNB listing.

This is a great house for a group - there is plenty of sleeping space for at least 5-6 people. Everything Magdalene stated would be provided was easily found in the house, and there is a Meijer and Walmart just 5 minutes away for any other items/food/drinks you might need. Filtered water was provided, but would suggest getting a gallon or two extra if you are staying with a group as the house runs on well water. Overall it is a very comfortable house and met all of my expectations!

What a great homestead! Our hosts were phenomenal! Nice and clean home. Plenty of room for our 4 kiddos to play! We're looking forward to our next visit!

The Cottage is a beautiful home and Magdalene makes sure everything goes smoothly for your stay. Couldn't have asked for any better hosts. Hope to visit again.

The cottage was a wonderful, comfortable, quiet, and family friendly place for us to stay. We have 5 children, so lodging can sometimes be tricky to work out, but Magdalene made our stay easy to arrange and she had everything in order for our arrival. We hope to stay here again if/when our travels bring us back to the area, and we'd highly recommend this place to others.

Everything was smooth sailing. We grilled out and had a bonfire. The house was stocked with essentials and wifi. Perfect for our low key friend circle of 8 to unplug for the weekend! Go check it out!

Close to Kokomo, pleasant, quiet, clean, well-appointed

The farm home is incredible! There is no reason to stay anywhere in Kokomo other than here. Magdalene and her husband were very welcoming and gave me plenty of great tips for food and fun while in Kokomo. I was here on a business trip and the house was a perfect for all my needs. I highly highly recommend a stay here no matter what brings you to Kokomo.

Only a quick stay, but everything was great. Beautiful place inside and out. Breakfast was available, coffee was on, soda/water available. Will definitely stay again.

Pleasant room with daybed and desk; bathroom is shared with hosts' son but this was no trouble. Corgi was cheerful (as Corgis always are) but not intrusive. I was invited to use the pool but I was too tired. Be aware that any dining or shopping will necessitate a short drive to the next town. DeShawn set out breakfast with several options, which was another nice touch.

We had a great stay with DeShawn and her family. The house was lovely, bed was comfortable and we felt welcome. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality, DeShawn, Mike& Riley...and of course Leah.

DeShawn, her husband Mike, their son Riley, and their dog Lea were fantastic hosts. They were extremely gracious and even shared some of Mike's incredible Margaritas with me on the first night I was there. The room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed for a weekend visit to the area. I highly recommend DeShawn and the room.

We were made to feel very welcome and the owners were very friendly! It was in a tiny town, very rural setting but close to our son's university.

Such a welcoming, warm home and hostesses! The breakfasts were lovely and tailored to our special eating habits. The rooms were huge, full of personality with an abundance of warm blankets and fresh towels. They even offered personal robes to guests. Our hosts welcomed us with a plate of freshly baked delicious cookies. Their beautiful home is immaculate, the breakfasts are delicious, and Pat and Joe's hospitality is superb. We enjoyed a completely private, spacious bedroom, balcony, and bath upstairs, along with a comfortable common area with a large-screen TV. This bed and breakfast is in a very rural but beautiful community that is well worth the drive. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to the area!

What a gem for the value. My stay was pleasant, cozy and comfy with just a stunning private room, kitchenette right outside, and beautiful bathroom. Jayne has thought of everything you need and much of what you want! A well-stocked kitchenette with more than you'll expect. The decor and cleanliness was superb. Beautiful bed and breakfast. The upstairs rooms had their own stocked kitchen with coffee, breakfast food and snacks. Each room had their own bathroom as well. Great place! I would definitely stay there again.

Jayne has a beautiful home, with incredible accommodations. Wonderful soft towels, plenty to offer for breakfast, private entrance, quick Wi-Fi, quick and detailed responses. Literally could not ask for more in a location, nor a host. If you have any reason to be in this area don't think about anywhere else.

Great spot private clean and the breakfast was great.

Communication was perfect. We were met at the door and given great instruction on the room we were staying in. Room was very clean and decorated beautifully. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom amenities were great. We didn't use bathtub. WiFi worked great. Coffee was ready for us in big carafe in morning...before 6am! Breakfast was outstanding. You can't get a breakfast like that at a hotel. Breakfast pizza, fresh fruit, OJ, biscuits and gravy. I felt like I was at home on the farm, even though I was a "city" slicker. You can't go wrong with this place. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This place was awesome! Very clean and beautiful. Nice that it was a separate building from the main house, yet you could also go into the main house if you wanted to. Cute outdoor area if weather is nice. Very nice host. Makes a delicious, hearty (not necessarily healthy) breakfast for you every morning. Enjoyed my stay and there's a nice Mexican restaurant in walking distance.

This Bed and Breakfast is a stand out Indiana charmer that could easily be on a considered an upscale boutique hotel if it were located in Charleston or Fredericksburg. The home has been completely remodeled with every modern convenience yet kept all of the charm of 1870! Our room was white glove immaculate, everything detail is thought of, coke ice cold in the refrigerator and Reader's Digest to look at in the evening. No worries, flat screen TV are in every (URL HIDDEN) the morning Miss Lydia prepare you a traditional Southern breakfast, it is delicious!

My one night stay in Marion was very pleasant. Jolly and Cheryl live at the end of their street and next to a wooded area, so it was very quiet and peaceful. I stayed in one of their sons room upstairs and everything was clean and comfortable. I met both of them upon arrival and they are very nice people. I was able to visit with Cheryl before I left in the morning and we had a very pleasant conversation. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Marion area.

Nice little house that could use a little sprucing up & a couple new small appliances. It's right on a main street but the noise from the street isn't really all that noticed. Close to many of the areas attractions. However there is no TV or internet/Wi-Fi connection. The cost per night was really budget friendly, especially if you are planning on going out exploring Wabash & surrounding areas.

Good place for a group of people, especially if in town for a conference. Easy walk to downtown. There is no internet, but plenty of places downtown have wifi.

This house is surprisingly roomy! The amenities are basic, but we were just looking for a place to stopover and sleep, so it worked very well for us. Hosts communicated well and graciously met us there for a late arrival.

This place was great! Lots of room and kid friendly! We stayed here with our four year old, two year old and 1 year old. The location is walking distance to historic Wabash, IN. With food, museums and walking trails. Erica was super pleasant and easy to talk to and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
