This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you can taste the authentic atmosphere. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance from passing traffic. Everything you need, you will find literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transport. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large living room-kitchen, fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We only use it as a passage. A supermarket in the neighborhood, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates at the stairs. The stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen neighborhood “Oost”. The property is located on a quiet path where you especially hear the birds. Still, it's right in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes walk you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants.
