Our spacious suite with private bath is comfortable, well appointed and close to everything. 1 mile to the beach. Lots of extras included ! The suite consists of a large studio, with private bath. The bathroom is shared with a second bedroom which is only rented in conjunction with the suite. The second room rents for $55 per night for a second or third person in the group. Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
