On Elmwood with off street parking and private entry. Newly renovated, full kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. a keurig coffee maker and coffee. The living/bedroom area has a couch, chair, desk, 50" tv, and a new, pillow-top queen bed. Short walk to Buff State, Albright Knox Gallery, and numerous restaurants. Hidden Parkside Carriage House near everything.

This beautifully redone 1915 Carriage house that is just 2 blocks from Delaware park , The zoo and the Darwin Martin house. Fully updated with plenty of room to cook and relax. 55in Smart tv and all brand new furniture. If you do not want to drive it is a 2 block walk to the train that can take you right downtown, Canalside or the Keybank Center (Sabres Arena) . Located right off the 33 so minutes to the airport , downtown and about 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and 20 to Highmark Stadium.
