We had a great stay! We were two families and there was more than enough space. Beautiful house with garden and nice BBQ area. Very tastefully furnished and very well equipped house. Location is good, it's quiet but you are still pretty close to various grocery stores. Closest beach (5 min drive) is one of the nicest on Gotland. Bi is a great host, very friendly and always helpful and providing recommendations. We would definitely go there again.

We were two families with two children each, Altogether eight people who had fantastic Bi's farm north of Gotland. The house is newly renovated, with large dining and living room, cozy kitchen with lovely old-fashioned fireplace and four nice bedrooms. Two large bathrooms, both of which are newly renovated and very beautiful. There are two patios, one under a large Eucalyptus tree on the front, the other in the evening sun in the back garden where there is also gas grill. The outdoor area is absolutely brilliant! Beautiful trees, lots of lawn, bushes and ornamental shrubs and a huge yard to play football and play. Bi lives in the house next door, there is fence and bushes in between, so you are only seen when one takes initiative. But convenient having the host close, she gave great tips on area activities. We borrowed bikes and rode to a aktivitetsgårf nearby (10 min) having riding excursions, pool, tennis court and lamb barbecue every Wednesday. Ihre farm. Recommended! 15 minute bike ride from the house Ihreviken beach, very nice, perfect for kids and restaurant you that served good food. Otherwise grazing horses just outside the fence at the farm, cows grass on the other side, and it was peaceful and beautiful with flower beds everywhere. A large idyll! We would go back :)

Helena was good at quickly responding to questions and provided good information about accommodation and surroundings. It is a fantastic and personal accommodation in beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the nice outhouse. The house is well located for excursions in northern Gotland and Faro. The main hall is wonderful to stay in.

We made a super last minute trip and were delighted that Luella was able to accommodate us. Despite some early confusion and lost messages, (note, no reception on the ferry!) we were able to get settled into the lovely apartment. Beautiful countryside for exploring, it was everything we could have asked for. Thanks!

She sent us an email in which she said do not attend and leave the key in the door. When we opened the door was table full of insects, beetles, door we first removed all because we were afraid that they would creep. Inside it was superficially clean but behind the TV also hung dried (URL HIDDEN) beds and bathrooms were very clean. Her other guests who stayed there regularly called us or welcome. There was indeed a fine collection of nature books about the area available. That was a plus.

Luella is a warm and friendly person who lives on a nice farm with horses. We stayed one night and liked it fine at Avonlea, which we would recommend.

Avonlea is a lovely place to stay and Luella very friendly and hospitable. She took us out, lent us bikes and even did our washing! Gotland is interesting and very peaceful.

Our time at Avonlea was beyond wonderful. Luella was welcoming from start to finish. She was a wealth of information and provuded much printed information on Gotland and areas of interest We stayed in the studio which was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We had just a great time we wanted to stay longer. We plan to return.

Luella was a perfect host. She was very friendly and always helpful. She told us about where we can go, helped us finding good spots for swimming and made it even possible to paddle on lake Fardume as you can´t swim in it. The room was cosy and had everything we needed for cooking. It was super clean. Especially the balcony is awesome to have breakfast in the morning sun. Thank you Luella for the wonderful time at your place and for the help as well as your delicious cake.

We had a fantastic week on the farm! The house was very fresh and in good condition with an attention to detail in the decor which made it very homey. The large plot was perfect for games and football with the kids and the private location was an excellent place for relaxation. While it is very good for day trips to most sights such as the Blue Lagoon, Lummelunda Caves, Faro and Visby. Jenny was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions that we would have a good week.

And so I am back in Mallorca with the most loving memories of our two week stay at Elinghem. The house, the surroundings, the host, everything was just perfect. It has been by far one of our most precious stays in Gotland. The house was adorable in every way and so cozy! Our kids loved it! The area is very quite and not so trafficked so it was perfect for walking and cycling. Being very close to Ire Garden and Ireviken we could just simply grab our bikes for a morning swim at Ireviken or dinner at the lovely restaurant overlooking the Baltic sea to watch the sunset. Ire garden is great for kids, they have a pool, tennis court, horses and a restaurant and its just a 15 minute walk from the house! And by car you can easily reach some of the most beautiful places in the North. Although Jenny was not there in person she made sure to make us feel at home from the very beginning and responded to all my mails and messages very quickly. The main house is beautifully renovated with a bathroom to die for! the kitchen has kept its old charm and we loved to eat there! (we never used the main dining room) the small round table invited for evenings of card games, tea and scones :) I would warmly recommend Elinghem to anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay in the idyllic countryside at the north of Gotland. Rarely you check out from a place feeling nostalgic. I did that with Elinghem and hope to return again next year :)

We are so very happy with our stay!! Fantastic house! Spacious, clean, cosy and very well equipped. Ticked all the boxes really. Situated in a relaxing, quiet and beautiful spot, yet conveniently located for day trips and little adventures around the island. Jenny was very friendly, communicative and helpful. Beyond our expectations really. We are hoping to make it back here soon again!

The house over exceeded our expectations. Ireviken is a very beautiful and tranquil area. Lisa and Peter was super friendly to us and the key exchange went smoothly.

We had a great time at Lisa and Peter's beautiful house. Everything was perfect and just like the pictures on Airbnb. We didn't meet Lisa and her family, but the communication was excellent. Her neighbors were also very friendly to us. Gotland is a nice place to be. We would definitely go back to Lisa's place when we have the chance!

We stayed three adults and three children aged between 2 and 6 years in the house for ten days. The cottage is simple but charming and had everything we needed. We burned in the fireplace, washed in the washing machine and grilled in the grill. Everything worked very well. The cottage and the patio is protected from view in relation to the road and the big house. There is a nice swimming area very close to that was perfect for our small children. A short distance away is also the large shallow beach in Slite. Marie was a very pleasant hostess who helped us with everything we needed. We recommend the property to anyone looking to stay simple and rustic yet comfortable.

A really nice cottage with nice green garden and all commodities you need. Perfect location if you want to explore the northern part of Gotland. Also we really enjoyed the local site of Slite and especially the Slite beach. Perfect for a family with kids!

Marie was very friendly and helpful. Cottage was nice and simple. Kids loved Slite beach nearby and location was good to explore Gotland. Not too far from Visby and Fårö. Kids loved sleeping rooms upstairs and the feeling of old cottage.

Me and my partner stayed at Marie's charming house for a week in August. For us it felt position in large optimally when we traveled around by car and visited and explored the northern parts of the island. In the mornings we jogged along the water and took a morning swim at a nearby pier. Otherwise, we ate breakfast and grilled in the pleasant garden and utilized the amenities that the house offered, including dishwasher and washing machine. Marie the host was friendly and helpful and willingly shared with him their travel tips. We saw it also as easy to get in touch with Marie both before and during our stay. Fantastic accommodation in Slite fine. The house has access to a really nice garden where much time was spent. Marie was very friendly and keen that we would enjoy. I can heartily recommend the accommodation.

Nice small cottage suitable for a family. Nice beach in Slite and close to Visby and Fårö. Equipment and furnishings are older and simple but have matched the descriptions well. We were well cared for.

She sent a very nice email before we arrived. She wanted to give us tips on excursions.

Good description of the accommodation. Good equipment in the kitchen, we lacked nothing. Quiet and nice area, close to the simpler store, pharmacy etc. We had a great week.

We had a great experience at Eva's place! Extremely welcoming and nice hosts, a real farm feeling, beautiful surroundings, and a clean spacious place. It was a bit difficult to find it in the beginning, since the farm is a bit off the main road, but Eva explained how to get there. Highly recommended!

Eva is a very social and caring host. We loved staying in this small house full of personal things. The cows' presence and location of a återvändsväg made the stay very peaceful. Affordable and quiet. NOTE! No doors between rooms.

Eva was in the house when we arrived, so we could talk to her and get the information we needed. She was also available by phone. Location is fine if you like rural setting. The cottage was well with the right equipment and good air. But it was far to the toilet (located in another house), which can be a problem if you need to get up at night.

This was definitely one of the best AirBnb we traveled to! Eva is a great host, super nice and always available with suggestions and with showing our kid everything around. The house is so cozy, well equipped and with a lovely porch where one can eat, relax or read a book. All around there are animals and fields and the position is perfect to travel Gotland with a car. Really amazing!

Nice old house well located for visiting the island just 25 minutes from Visby. It was a pleasure to stay in an authentic house with a nice little garden in good weather. Full of things to discover on the island of Gotland with many historical sites and beautiful sandy beaches.

This house is so unique and cosy! It have been very nice days at Tingstäde and we would stay at Petters house again. It felt like home! You will find everything you need and it was very clean. It is furnitured with much love. We really enjoyed our stay.

Petter's house is a perfect place for people that love and appreciate an enchanting environment and vintage style. We loved the beautiful old house that is renovated well but not over-styled. It is very quiet and situated at a pretty lake - to our surprise there were no mosquitos! Petter and his lovely family are close, but you still absolutely have your privacy. It is a great location from which to explore Farö and Visby. It is a real countryside dream!

This house is just WOW. We stayed for a week in October. It was very nice to sit by the fireplace and watch the falling leaves and listen to the wind. The house was very clean and Petter and his family are fantastic hosts. Tingstäde is a got "basecamp" for exploring the beauty of Gotland. Lennart was a kind and helpful host and he made sure that our whole stay was comfortable. He picked us from the bus stop in the middle of the night when we arrived in Gotland. It was very easy to communicate with him during our stay. He has a cozy cottage situated in the middle of the woods and the location made it easier for us to drive around Gotland. It was a pleasure to spend our easter there. We would highly recommend this place for people looking for a cozy and quiet place in Gotland.

The accommodation was exactly like the pictures, ie a small cottage with two bedrooms, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a fireplace (with wood provided), a nice living room with a comfortable sofa and a good bathroom. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The cottage is very far removed in the campaign so the noise of the city. The host has its opposite house, but a hedge of separation makes you feel really at home. Lennart was a really nice host, always willing to help. We had difficulty finding Night Bike cottage but once some messages sent Lennart came to pick us up by car and bring us safely, even indicating that he could pick us up at Visby (25km from the). It was really easy to host via telephone, now just as it was necessary.

This must be the world's most congenial host! We got a really good reception, and the stay was fantastic! We felt right at home and will definitely come back to Lennars country place! Most of what we wanted to experience, was within about 30 minutes drive. It was a modern cabin, looked much better than the pictures! Highly recommended to all!

Lennart's house was even better than the pictures suggested: cosy, clean and comfortable, in an idyllic location. The area is close enough to Visby and everything else, but at the same time far away enough to be surrounded by wonderful nature, utter quiet, and remarkable artificial-light-free night skies. Lennart is the perfect host: communication was smooth and quick, and he was always helpful, a pleasure to talk to, kind, and ready to go the extra mile to make our stay a memorable experience. We definitely reccomend Lennart's house and Lennart as a top-quality host to anyone wishing to have a great stay on Gotland. We would be happy to stay again at Lennart's, and hope we will be back some time soon.

Lennart's cottage is the top of quietness ! Forest in the back, grass on the front, no other noise than Nature (you could have chance enough to meet roe deers "in the garden"). Inconvenience to the advantage, it is situated far from everything but so nice! Accomodation is as mentionned, very well equipped for the 3 people we were. Pay attention that third bed is shorter than expected (around 1,9m), which could be inconvenient if you're tall) Lennart is the perfect host ready to assist in any occasion (thanks for your efficient help on wood fire's lighting ;-) and provide information on Gotland.
