Sarma and her friend was very easy to communicate with, the apartment is not far from the coast, close to Riga and is situated in a quite neighbourhood. Perfect for travellers with car or motorcycle. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I would gladly stay here again. Отличная, удобная квартира недалеко от Риги. Рядом с домом парковка во дворе. Excellent spacious apartment, convenient that 2 rooms are completely isolated. Plus, the guest sofa and a kitchen. Really very spacious. The first floor windows in a very quiet courtyard. Parking spaces directly outside a lot. There is everything for living, cooking in the kitchen, etc. The hosts are very pleasant and contact people by telephone, through the application generally no problems with communication. I recommend.

We pasate two nights in the apartment Sama and although she is very nice apartment lacks some amenities. The double bed is a sofa in the dining room. for us it is not comfortable to sleep in a sofa bed. Although rent is for three people there were only two towels. The area is next to Riga and quiet but quite ugly ... We recommend apartment Sama groups of friends or families but couples

Pavel went out of his way to make this the most wonderful experience. His house is beautiful and it is like being in paradise overlooking the most beautiful lake. He provided everything that you can think of to ensure that the stay was comfortable and was very welcoming and warm. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Really hi-end class property for a very fair price. Nice, quiet, and stoning view. You have to be with the car though. Anyway, taxi is about 11 EUR from or to city center.

Flat owner was very hospitable. He answered all our questions, made good price for big company, has organized more places than it should be. The apartment was fully consistent with the description and photos and even more. Modern kitchen with all necessary (ice machine, grill, wonderfull induction cooker, toaster, coffee machine and much more). Troughout the apartment there is great sound system with wonderfull sound. Even with the temperature -15 outside there was very warm in the apartment and fireplace attached greater comfort. There was all necessary (towels, linens, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee and much more). Great view from the apartment, all latvian nature you can see from your windows. I recommend this apartment and its owner.

Everything went smooth as planned. Place is nice and very luxyary, probably most homes have less luxuary than Pavel place. Driving to location with GPS is easy, the road fully asphalt and dont have to take much turns. No complains (Y)

Paul is very nice, hospitable host. Kindly met us spent in the apartment, all the details shown and described. On the table we waited a little compliment to the host, which could not cause joy. The apartment itself is in perfect condition, very spacious and bright, even better than in the photos. From the center of the apartment is a 10-15 minute availability on the car. Location is excellent, a quiet place with a covered area on the river bank. On the territory there is a tennis court, football goals and even a trampoline) in general had a great time!

Paul was very pleasant to talk to people after the settlement came again - brought the match to the fireplace and heater, the next day in control of how to connect the center heating and brought firewood for the fireplace. Special thanks for the compliment by Paul as a good champagne. The apartments are comfortable, the view from the windows is excellent! Equipment of good cuisine, just enough.

It was beautiful place. Very quiet and private. Exelent for our 4 members family needs. We all loved big windows terrace and magic lake view. Everything was allmost new and very clean. There was a whole second floor around 120m2 with separate entrance, but nobady used a first floor. Normally place like this is worth at least 100 eurs a day. Eva herself was away but houskeeper was really nice friendly man. Its a good place to stay if you like privacy and space .If you are going firs time don,t be afride when road starting to be narrov and pumpy, then you are close. Its 16 km from Rigas centre, by car around 30min. Avoid traffic hours!!!

Those seeking peace and relaxation is the right place. It is incredibly beautiful. Lots of space and lots of nature.

When we arrived Eva showed us everything in the house and gave us many information about the city. She explained everything we need to know and gave us different phone numbers for emergency and the housekeeper. During our 2 month stay Eva wasn't there herself but we always kept contact through the phone. She was so friendly and helpful and so were the housekeeper and Janis. The place is a bit off the road but very nice for relaxing and also for exploring Riga. Shopping center was about 15 minutes from us and a smaller shop was 5 minutes by car. The flat is worth more than just 40€ a day or 660€ a month even when hot water is not the fastest. We got a lot of help from our neighbors too and our dogs played well together. We had an unforgettable great stay. Thanks for the experience and the help.

Excellent apartments! Very spacious and comfortable. Huge windows in the lobby and dining area with beautiful views. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds and excellent linens. A wide selection of towels. Two bathrooms. Hall, who is also a dining room, there is a kitchen, where a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, dishes for cooking and eating. In the lobby is also a television, a table with chairs, a sofa and an armchair. Good Wi-Fi, available in all parts of the apartment. Warm floor. We rested a family of five people with older children. We liked everything. We arrived by car and move in the desired location and surroundings of Riga on it. The distance to the Duomo, which is in the center of Riga's old town - 14 km. Public transport is not used, but it works there regularly. Near the final stop of the bus, which takes you into the center of Riga. But I do not think that someone would go to the Baltic states without their own or rented car - you'll be deprived of the necessary mobility. With the mistress Eva we started to talk before the trip via Whats App. A very nice woman speaks good in Russian. She was not present during our stay, but the host function perfectly executed Zigurds - he met us and suggested all that is needed and served house. To summarize: I recommend these great apartments all. And in the summer here, in general, is gorgeous. And, importantly, a very good price for a stay in these apartments. Once again many thanks to Eva and Zigurds for providing comfortable conditions for rest.

Spring and summer wonderland - skies and lake full of birds, many sunshine. Every step in hands with nature. My both little kids loved the place. Very well organized hous planing and nice interior.

Booked a stay for my parents in late 50s, and they enjoyed their stay. Nice, modern and well equipped flat close to shops and transport. Polite, hospitable and accommodating host Sergey. Would reccommend this place.

Clean, spacious and bright apartment. Sergey has provided supplies for a shower, the kitchen also had everything we needed.

We totally recommend this place, check in worked fine and the transport to this place is running every few minutes, it's a little bit far away from the city center, so if you're coming to Riga to party this might not be you're place. For us it was perfect though. Kitchen is well equipped and WiFi runs fastly. We also got some postcards from Riga as a gift, which was really nice. It was also really clean.

Sea very close -m 3 minutes to go, and this is the best part of the beach Saulkrasti. Shops and a bicycle rental is just 10 minutes, or maybe even less - we are not pinpointing - it was nice to walk around the village :)

A bit too expensive in our opinion for what we get, other than that it was just fine.

Everything was nice, communication, place itself etc. perfect for bigger group of people. 2 separate bedrooms plus living room. Small but nice sauna as extra. Clean and cozy. All needed things available. Sea very close.

We were met by parents of Matiss. They were very very nice people and we felt like very good friends of theirs in few minutes. Everything was as written in description of apartment. Really simple but comfortable for staying by the sea. We were two families and it was enough space for all of us. We were very pleased during staying in this place. Sea really in 2 minutes by walk :) And the seaside in this place really good. You should write that white dune is there as well. Thank you very much for all support.

Apartment arranged on two floors in a small house. Near the apartments have nice neighbors. Well equipped with everything you need. Near the house is an area for barbeque. The landlord offered his grill. Very close to the sea. A walk or a swim during summer.

Jānis was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The flat itself is very spacious with everything you need for your stay and some amazing interior design :) The location was perfect us, very quiet and it was easy to park our car just outside. There are shops a short walk away and good transport links to the centre of Riga. I would definitely recommend Jānis' flat :)

Rested Janis on 07/05/16 to 02/07/16. Liked! All consistent with the description. The owner is very friendly. I feel like home. The situation is interesting, here it is simple and unusual at the same time. Quiet area, access to the center quickly and easily, near the forest and lake. I recommend.

Vadim was friendly and focused on the details when described the equipment of the apartment and recreational opportunities. Apartment is nice and well equipped. House is situated near the real forest and has wanderfull view from the balcony. Don't hesitate I'll come again.

We all really enjoyed it. Vadim at the meeting throughout the orient, told everything important. The apartment is cozy, warm, has everything you need, including so that, for example, to prepare a small breakfast or snack. Underground parking for us was a big plus. If anyone needs the center, it is not very close. But the car is not a problem. And we have held the event and did just the same next to the house to Vadim. Thanks again!

Firstly, Vadim is really great host , friendly and very helpful when I needed him. Secondly, it is a lovely, spacious,warm and clean flat, and the bed was very comfortable, so I enjoyed my dreams. The flat is exactly as described and shown on a pictures. This flat is located not far at all from Old Riga about 20 min, transport links and connections are great, walking distance (5-7 min) walk through the pictures wood or via road located Huge shopping Mall, has all shops you might need. There is a lot of space for your luggage and other stuff. In a flat are all things you might need for cooking, as well as cleaning. Great TV with plenty of channels (Smart TV), so you can use internet on it. Very comfortable sofas. Nice,spacious bathroom. Last but not least is the thing about this views from the balcony ...the view to die for. In front is a stunning green wood (so the air is fantastic), on a right hand side beautiful view of a lake. In general from Vadims apartment balcony you can see some building in Old Riga. If I will go to Riga again and will be in need of service apartment I will definitely consider this one and it would be a joy to stay there again. Very highly recommended. Thank you very much Vadim.

Cool apartment in new building, clean, comfortable, convenient location. A lot of useful and enjoyable nishtyakov as tea / coffee / spices / oil / etc. Especially appreciated the underground parking. I recommend to everyone.
