Lee's place is wonderful. The artwork on the walls of the rooms are a great touch. The on-site restaurant has some of the best food we've had. The Thiéboudienne was amazing, and all the fish dishes were brilliant. It is in a perfect spot, with the breeze from the ocean keeping things cool and a short walk to Fadiout. Lee was very friendly and arranged a Fadiout guide who spoke English.

I stayed together with 7 friends in the villa and it was great! The house is spacious and beautiful and the pool is amazing. Rebecca was a great host and always responding fast. I can totally recommend it.

Rebecca was very responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with. The house is absolutely gorgeous, in pristine condition, and well-equipped with everything you could need. We were three families: 6 adults and 4 kids, and I wasn't sure we'd find a place big enough for us all to be comfortable, but there was plenty of space and all that we wanted for a good weekend. The pool is lovely. The rooms are decorated nicely, the place was spotless, and really, it was just great. There's enough space in the garden to keep small children occupied, and older ones can even ride their bikes in front of the house if they start to get a little antsy. The house is in a new development, not on the ocean but for just a three-day weekend there was plenty to occupy us, and if we'd wanted to go to the beach it was only a few minutes away (by car, longer walking). The only part that was less than perfect was the housecleaner/ cook, who did not organize things well. We were fine anyway, but I do recommend sitting down with her at the beginning, making sure everything is clear, and so on. Other than that, the place was really wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Communication with Rebecca is easy and fast, she was very responsive when we found the house locked when we arrived and it looked for ways to help us when we realized that we had forgotten a baby bed. The villa is quietly located at the edge of a forest reserve. The monkeys were we make evening visits ... The house is beautiful, very comfortable and very well equipped. The garden and pool are well maintained. The rooms have their own bathroom and are isolated from each other except for the upstairs bedrooms separated by a bathroom. It was ideal for our stay friends with many children. At Rebecca feels so good you want to stay. The only downside is that television is not actually included since we must pay for access, and the lady in charge of the household every day was not very reliable. Overall, a great experience that we would like to renew!

It was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dakar to this beautiful oasis that can easily serve for a work space. Agnes is a great cook and extremely nice. She made the stay even more pleasant.

We spent a wonderful week with family in the beautiful villa of Michel. The house is much larger than the pictures. The beautiful garden with plenty of fruit is very well maintained. El Hadji and his wife were present all the time since before my arrival. For those traveling alone, so find a couple and a house like this is a huge satisfaction. We had an amazing stay with El Hadji to say the least. We booked the night before heading down to Sine-Saloum and El Hadji made sure everything was good with the transportation and stay. He has fishing trips, tours around the islands and much more to offer on site. This is a hidden gem honestly, you will not be disappointed. One of the best Thiebou Djeun I've had in 6 months in Senegal! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez El Hadji. Même si nous avons fait la réservation la soirée avant notre descente au Sine-Salium, El Hadji a su bien nous acceuillir. En plus avec sa pyrogue il offre de la pêche (a la canne), des tours dans les îles et beaucoup d'autres choses. Cette résidence est une perle du Sine-Saloum, vous ne serez pas désappointés. En plus j'ai mangé un des meilleurs Thiebou Djeun depuis mon arrivé au Sénégal il y a 6 mois!

Frédérique and Mamadou received me and my 11 year old son in their home for a week. In a word, magnificent. They did everything to make us feel good and comfortable. Frédérique cook very well and showed us some of the typical food of Senegal. The house is just across the sea and a few meters from the entrance to the Saloum Natural Park. We made walks in the park, boat ride on the river, canoeing on the river, carriage rides walk-drawn, rent bikes. Everything went very well and especially my son loved knowing Senegal.
